杭州滨江公共空间·三桥亚运公园 / 同济原作设计工作室

前瞻性规划与多维度的空间体验：项目成功地将杭州滨江区12公里滨水公共空间改造提升的先行段——三桥亚运公园，定位为城市性、人文性、生态性、智慧性、在地性与前瞻性深度融合的钱塘江新水岸典范。设计理念从“亚运”到“亚运+”，构建了17.4公里无围墙的城市运动体验带，以及从“安全”到“安全+”的复合型超级海塘，同时通过“城市切片”的手法缝合了滨水空间与城市腹地。特别是“橙蓝丝带”的构思，通过立体化设计，将跑步道抬升至建筑上方，使城市风景在不同标高上展开，实现了单一滨江公共空间的复合化和多维度体验的升级，充分体现了对未来城市活力与功能的远见。

水利工程与公共空间的精妙融合：本项目在响应水利工程需求方面展现了高超的建筑智慧与艺术手法。通过引入“超级海塘”概念，设计在满足300年一遇防洪标准的硬性要求下，巧妙地利用艺术混凝土消浪平台，在不改变沿江一线护栏高度的前提下，将海塘提升至10.3米，成功地将水利安全提升与滨江景观提升有机结合。此外，对生态性和运动性的响应，如打造具有湿地保护和科普教育功能的湿地公园，以及与奥体中心无缝衔接的运动公园，使得基础设施的升级不再是单纯的功能实现，而成为市民亲水、亲近自然的公共生活场景。

地标性公共建筑的场所精神塑造：“云渡驿”作为核心节点，是场所精神塑造的典范。设计通过对原有码头功能的承接与新环境需求的整合，采取了“场地手术”式的介入。通过结构和形体的上下翻折，将辅助功能隐于地下，地上则以轻盈的钢结构和菱形体块支撑屋面，营造出“漂浮的蓝道”效果，模糊了建筑与场地的边界。这种建构上的精细化处理（如200mm的檐口厚度）确保了建筑的通透性和视觉的连续性。云渡驿的未来愿景——从承载亚运事件性功能回归为一个可进入的“城市场所”，体现了对公共建筑长效使用价值和城市空间活力的深刻理解。

Sanqiao Asian Games Park is located on the south bank of the Qiantang River in Binjiang District, Hangzhou, north of the Qianjiang Third Bridge, facing the "Big Lotus" Olympic Sports Center across Wentao Road.
三桥亚运公园位于杭州市滨江区钱塘江南岸，钱江三桥以北，与南侧奥体中心“大莲花”隔闻涛路相望。

The design aims to "construct a new Qiantang River waterfront integrating urbanity, humanism, ecology, intelligence, locality, and foresight," serving as the pioneering section of the 12-kilometer waterfront public space renovation and upgrading project undertaken by TJAD Original Design Studio, Tongji University Architecture Design & Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd. for Binjiang District, Hangzhou.
设计以“构筑一条城市性、人文性、生态性、智慧性、在地性、前瞻性相融合的钱塘江新水岸”为目标，是同济大学建筑设计研究院（集团）有限公司·原作设计工作室所承担的杭州市滨江区12公里滨水公共空间改造提升项目的先行段。

This project is a key initiative for Binjiang District in preparation for the Asian Games, deeply embodying the preparatory philosophy of "hosting a successful event and elevating a city." The overall planning concept revolves around the "Orange-Blue Ribbon, Super Seawall, and Urban Slices"—transforming from "Asian Games" to "Asian Games+" by connecting a 17.4-kilometer walled-free urban sports experience belt; from "safety" to "safety+" by constructing a new Binjiang super seawall integrating multiple functions and diverse activities; and from "daily life" to "daily life+" by creating a series of multi-themed urban slices that stitch together the waterfront public space and the city's hinterland.
本项目是杭州市滨江区重点迎亚运项目，是“办好一个会、提升一座城”亚运筹备理念的深度践行。设计以“橙蓝丝带、超级海塘、城市切片”为整体规划理念——从“亚运”到“亚运+”，串联一条长达17.4 公里没有围墙的城市运动体验带；从“安全”到“安全+”，构筑一座复合多种功能与多样活动的滨江超级新海塘；从“日常”到“日常+”，营造一组缝合滨水公共空间与腹地的多主题城市切片。

"Orange-Blue Ribbon" — Composite Upgrading of Single Waterfront Public Space
The waterfront public belt in Binjiang District, which already possessed a certain ecological foundation, has been open to the public as a living waterfront for many years. The "Orange-Blue Ribbon" is the first response made to the holistic and systematic renovation and upgrade of the entire riverside area. The design weaves through the continuous orange and blue paths, leading to the Yundu Yi station where the running track is elevated above the building, becoming an integral element of the architectural form, offering river-viewing perspectives and pathways at different elevations. The urban landscape is thus spatialized and unfolds across multiple dimensions.
“橙蓝丝带”——单一滨江公共空间的复合化提升
原先就具有一定生态底蕴的滨江区滨水公共带，已经作为生活水岸向公众开放多年。“橙蓝丝带”是对沿江整体性、系统性改造提升做出的第一个回应。设计在橙蓝两道全线贯通的基础上穿针引线，行至云渡驿，跑步道被托举至建筑上方，成为建筑形态的构成要素，提供了不同标高的观江视角和行走路径。城市风景被立体化，在不同维度上展开。

"Super Seawall" — Artistic Integration of Hydraulic Engineering and Public Space
In response to the Zhejiang Provincial Water Conservancy Department's call for the "Qianyi Billion Seawall Safety Project," the requirement for enhanced safety is integrated into the riverside landscape renovation. While maintaining the height of the frontline riverside railings, the seawall height is raised to 10.3 meters through the incorporation of artistic concrete energy dissipation platforms, completing approximately 4.5 kilometers of seawall elevation work. This elevates the defensive standard of the Hangzhou Bay Seawall section from a 100-year flood standard to a 300-year flood standard.
“超级海塘”——水利设施与公共空间的艺术性结合
响应浙江省水利厅关于海塘安澜千亿工程号召，将安澜提标内容融入沿江景观改造。在保持沿江一线护栏高度不变的基础上，结合艺术混凝土消浪平台，将海塘高度提升至10.3米，完成海塘提标约4.5公里，将该段环杭州湾海塘防御标准从100年一遇提升到300年一遇。

"Urban Slices" — Spatial Linkage Connecting River Views and the City
To strengthen the connection between the city's hinterland space and the waterfront public space, multiple "urban slices" are arranged on the site, facilitating the connection of greenery and pathways. Landscape elements such as tree pits, rest pavilions, display walls, and sports equipment, derived from the evolution of wave forms, share a unified design language, creating unique channels leading to the river, combined with tree species designed on both sides. As the northern starting point of Hangzhou's Binjiang public space, the Sanqiao Asian Games Park includes nodes such as a skateboard park, a wetland park, Yundu Yi, and the Asian Games Mounds. Recently, the "Binjiang Section of Zhijiang Greenway in Binjiang District" was selected as the "Most Beautiful Greenway in Hangzhou in 2023" through on-site verification and comprehensive evaluation by the coordination group for the promotion of greenway construction in Hangzhou.
“城市切片”——沟通江景与城市的空间纽带
为强化城市腹地空间与滨水公共空间的联系，在场地上布置多条“城市切片”，疏通绿植、路径联通。从浪潮形式演化出语言统一的树池、休憩亭、展墙、运动器械等景观小品，结合两侧的树种设计形成独具特色的垂江通道。作为杭州滨江公共空间的北段起始，三桥亚运公园包含滑板公园、湿地公园、云渡驿、亚运微丘等节点。在近期杭州市绿道建设推进协调小组的实地核查与综合比选中，“滨江区之江绿道滨江段”被评选为“2023年杭州市最美绿道”。

Ecological Response — Sanqiao Asian Games Wetland Park
This is the most representative of the nine newly created parks along the river, boasting multiple functions including wetland protection, science popularization education, ecological sightseeing, leisure, and recreation, allowing citizens to be close to the water while experiencing it.

它是沿江项目全新打造的九大公园中最具代表性的一个，具有湿地保护、科普教育、生态观光、休闲娱乐等多种功能，使市民临水亦能亲水。

Sports Response — Sanqiao Asian Games Skateboard Park
It is one of the three newly built sports parks along the river, seamlessly connected to the Olympic Sports Center, covering an area of about 3,800 square meters, with facilities including basketball courts, an extreme skateboard park, a children's sandpit, and seesaws.

Event Response — Sanqiao Asian Games Sculpture
To resolve the height difference between the south side of the Asian Games Mounds and Wentao Road, the design extracts colors from the Asian Games LOGO and embeds the Olympic year numbers within concrete slices, creating an art concrete sculpture that serves both for pedestrian rest and the display of Asian Games knowledge. It is one of the eight art sculptures along the river project.

为化解亚运微丘南侧靠闻涛路的高差，提取亚运会LOGO的色彩并在混凝土切片中嵌入奥运年份数字，设计了一座兼顾行人休憩和亚运知识展示的艺术混凝土雕塑，是沿江项目八大艺术雕塑之一。

Artistic Response — Binjiang Art Concrete
The prefabricated blue translucent concrete railings not only enhance the integration of the railings with the road surface but also offer comfort for leaning, convenience for viewing, and aesthetic appeal through lighting, becoming a new landmark for the charming Binjiang area.

预制蓝色透光混凝土栏板不仅增加了栏杆与路面的整体性，同时兼具了市民游客倚靠舒适性、观景便利性、灯光美观性，成为魅力滨江的新地标。

Functional Response — Yundu Yi
With a total building area of 1945.4 square meters, Yundu Yi is a one-story above-ground and one-story underground structure, featuring a concrete structure underground and a steel structure above ground. It measures 104m in length, 30m in width, and 7.9m in height. The site where the station is located was originally the cruise ship Olympic Dock east of the Qianjiang Third Bridge. With the upcoming Hangzhou Asian Games, Yundu Yi shoulders the usage functions of the original dock and the urban basic service system under the new environment. Based on this, the design intervenes with an operation akin to site surgery, creating an elevated public activity roof through the upward and downward folding of the structure and form, smoothly connecting the building to the site and blurring the clear boundary in the figure-ground relationship of the city, providing more opportunities for people to meet. To realize the "floating blue path" and the sequence of ever-changing views like an unfolding scroll, auxiliary spaces such as restrooms, management offices, and equipment rooms are concealed underground. The above-ground part uses a steel structure, generally composed of four repeating diamond-shaped blocks, each supported by a pair of parallel diagonal rods and a pair of V-shaped diagonal rods to lift the roof. Through rational form-finding, the structure achieves large cantilevers while maintaining light construction dimensions, with an eave thickness of only 200mm, creating a floating and transparent architectural effect. Yundu Yi forms a continuous, interactive, and rich space through the integration of interior and exterior, near and far views, and the artificial and the natural. The hosting of the Asian Games will inject an event-specific character into Yundu Yi and the surrounding Sanqiao Asian Games Park, while functions such as gathering, resting, viewing, and sports experience during the Games will later diffuse into daily life, allowing Yundu Yi to return to an accessible "urban place," providing a stage for diverse activities.
功能性响应——云渡驿
总建筑面积1945.4平方米，为地下一层、地上一层建筑，地下层为混凝土结构，地上层为钢结构，建筑长度104m、宽度30m、高度7.9米。驿站所在的场地原为钱江三桥东侧的邮轮奥体码头，随着杭州亚运会的即将开幕，云渡驿承载着原址码头的使用功能与新环境下的城市基础服务体系。基于此，设计以一种场地手术般的操作，通过结构和形体的上下翻折与公共活动屋面的营造，在形态与功能上将建筑与场地平滑地衔接起来，模糊城市图底关系中原本清晰的边界，提供更多人与人在此相遇的可能。为了实现“漂浮的蓝道”与长卷般变换的景色序列，云渡驿将卫生间、管理用房、设备用房等辅助空间隐匿于地下，地上采用钢结构，整体为四个落地菱形体块的重复排列，每个体块均由一对平行斜杆及一对V型斜杆支撑，以四个体块托举屋面。结构通过合理找形，在实现大悬挑的同时维系了轻盈的建构尺寸，檐口厚度仅200mm，营造了漂浮、通透的建筑效果。云渡驿以其内与外、远近景、人工与自然的融合形成了连续、互动且丰富的空间。亚运会的举办将为云渡驿及其所在的三桥亚运公园注入事件性的特征，而亚运会期间码头集散、休憩观景、运动体验等功能，未来将弥散于日常，云渡驿将回归一个可以进入的“城市场所”，为人们提供多样活动的舞台。
