尺度与效率的平衡：这座深圳市儿童医院龙华院区的核心在于如何在城市高密度环境中，于满足医疗高效运作的同时，营造温暖舒适的就医环境。项目巧妙地利用了“降低医疗建筑”的设计理念，在有限的4万平方米用地上，构建了总建筑面积达31万平方米的庞大综合体。通过控制建筑体量，采用多层结构，并辅以裙房模块化诊疗单元和光庭设计，巧妙地化解了高容积率带来的压迫感，创造了宜人的尺度感，同时优化了垂直交通，提高了整体运营效率。这种对尺度和效率的平衡，体现了设计师对儿童医院特殊性的深刻理解和对城市环境的积极回应。

秩序与功能的分层：设计的精髓在于构建了清晰的建筑秩序，为高效的医疗流程提供了坚实的基础。项目采用“水平主交通与垂直主交通立体叠加”的框架结构，将诊疗、住院等功能模块相互独立又紧密相连，从而实现了从上至下的最短路径流程。这种框架结构不仅优化了空间组织，也提高了医疗服务的效率。更重要的是，在构建建筑秩序的同时，设计者并未忽视人文关怀。通过在裙房植入公共等候空间，以及在病房内设置休息空间，营造了温馨舒适的就医环境，体现了设计者对儿童心理需求的深刻理解以及对医护人员工作环境的关注，使得这座医院不仅仅是一个医疗场所，更是一个充满关怀的场所。

人文与童趣的融合：项目最令人印象深刻之处在于将童趣融入设计，营造出独特的儿童友好型医疗环境。设计师充分考虑了儿童的心理需求，通过“光庭”设计、色彩鲜艳的立面、以及每层不同的动物主题，激发孩子们的探索欲和想象力。这种设计策略有效地减轻了儿童就医时的心理压力，将医院打造成一个充满趣味和童趣的场所，而非冰冷的医疗机构。立面设计中模块化窗系统与立体绿化的运用，不仅提升了建筑的美观度，也软化了建筑的硬朗感，使整个空间更加温馨。这种将人文关怀融入设计，并注重细节的设计理念，是该项目最闪光的地方。

The focus of the project is to explore how medical facilities in urban core areas with high plot ratio and coverage can provide efficient and convenient treatment spaces while creating warm and friendly spatial environments for users and urban residents. Located in Minzhi District, Longgang District, Shenzhen, it will provide diagnosis and treatment services for children of different ages in the city and even the whole province after completion. The hospital is open 24 hours a day, and in addition to providing outpatient and emergency treatment, it also has a ward space that can accommodate 1500 children hospitalized at the same time.
项目的关注点是去探讨城市核心区高容积率高覆盖率条件下的医疗场所是如何在提供高效便捷的治疗空间同时，为使用者、城市居民创造温暖又亲切的空间环境。位于深圳市龙岗区民治片区，建成后将为全市乃至全省范围不同年龄阶段的儿童提供诊疗服务。医院 24 小时开放，除了提供门急诊治疗等内容外还拥有可容纳 1500 个儿童同时住院的病房空间。

Control of building scale
The total building area is about 310000 square meters, with a land area of 40000 square meters and a plot ratio of about 5.1.. At the beginning of the design, the basic principle of "lowering the medical building" was determined, which not only creates a comfortable sense of scale, but also improves the efficiency of vertical transportation. Based on the requirements of urban transportation and surrounding residential areas, a single story four unit layout with staggered front and rear of the tower will be formed. The podium will be fully covered with modular diagnostic and treatment units, and a light courtyard will be implanted above and below to form a final planning scheme with appropriate scale.
建筑尺度的把控
总建筑面积约 31 万平方米，而用地 4 万平方米，容积率约 5.1。在设计之初就确定了“让医疗建筑低下来”的基本原则，塑造舒适尺度感的同时，提高垂直交通运输效率。结合城市交通及周边居民区的述求，形成塔楼前后错动的单层四单元布局，裙房满铺模块化诊疗单元，上下植入光庭形成最终尺度适宜的规划方案。

为提高医疗建筑特有的效能需求，建筑的整体框架建立在水平主交通与垂直主交通立体叠加的主干结构下，再镶嵌各种相互独立又相连的诊疗、住院功能模块。形成从上至下最短路径的流程升级。

The addition of humanistic content
Children need a space for freedom and the release of happiness, and medical staff also need a humanistic environment.. After the construction of the order, the design breaks through the basic framework of reconstruction, implants a public waiting space integrated with medical functions in the podium, and adds rest spaces interspersed across different levels of wards. Utilizing the 7th level equipment layer to set up an entire level of elevated green and recreational space, in the current situation of limited land use, allowing users' children to have the opportunity to interact with nature and feel the light.
人文内容的加入
儿童需要自由及释放快乐的空间，医护人员同样需要人文的环境。设计在建造秩序后又去打破重构基础框架，在裙房植入与医疗功能融合的公共等候空间、增加穿插在各个病房错动跨层的休息空间。利用 7 层设备层设置整层架空绿化休憩空间，在用地局促的现状下，让使用者儿童有机会接触自然、感受到光照。

Leave childhood memories
The world of children is colorful and rich.. The 'Light Garden' and expanded building surface allow for the introduction of natural sunlight to enhance comfort. The facade design with 8 colors interlaced and full of colors reduces the serious atmosphere of the hospital. The different animal themes on each level inspire children to explore the world and unleash their imagination, reducing the psychological pressure of medical activities.
留下童年的记忆
儿童的世界是色彩斑斓丰富多彩的。“光庭”及扩大的建筑表面，使自然阳光的引入可以提升舒适感。8 种色彩交错充满色彩的立面设计减少了医院严肃的气氛。每层不同的动物主题让孩子们燃起探索世界的动力和天马行空的想象力，减轻医疗活动的心理压力。

The order generation of construction
The facade system adopts a modular window system.. The podium uses a modular automatic drip irrigation three-dimensional greening to soften the facade, in order to reduce the sense of oppression caused by the proximity of people. The tower ward adopts a construction method of ventilation cones and hidden windows to achieve safety purposes while making the building appear simple and orderly.
建造的秩序生成
立面体系采用模块化窗系统。裙房为减轻近人尺度对人的压迫感，用模块化自动滴灌的立体绿化柔化立面。塔楼病房采用通风锥加隐藏式开窗的构造方式，达到安全目的同时让建筑显得简洁有序。
