从既有结构中蜕变的先锋性重塑：该项目最精髓之处在于其对既有未完工社区建筑的彻底激活与重塑。建筑师没有选择推倒重建，而是基于“被正圆柱体切削的立方体”规划原型和既有地下结构，进行了一次由内而外的“手术式”创作。通过内部功能需求的演变，巧妙地将部分地下空间转化为展厅并与地上结构相连，实现了对现有资源的极限利用和功能升级，展现了高度的场地敏感性和可持续的再创造精神。
材料张力与光影的雕塑化表达：建筑立面设计极具张力与诗意。外壳完全采用不锈钢弧面板包裹，这种设计不仅利用材料本身的张力“省去”了背面的龙骨结构，带来了视觉上的纯净与韵律感，更重要的是，它赋予了建筑如同雕塑般的柔性。光线照射在弧形金属表面产生的曼妙反射，使原本坚硬的几何体获得了生命力和情感的温度，特别是冲孔板对光线的过滤，模糊了室内外的边界，营造出抽象而富有层次的城市景观。
内外渗透与心境转换的空间叙事：设计成功地将城市、社区与艺术空间进行多维度的渗透与连接。面向城市一侧的“掀开”处理，创造了开放与私密并存的张力，同时利用挑出的二层立面形态暗示了传统檐下空间的亲切感。入口处半凹内聚的设计引导人流，而顶部天光倾泻而入形成的“空间峡谷”，则成为一个明确的心境转换装置，引导参观者完成从日常喧嚣到精神栖息地的过渡，最终实现艺术融入日常的愿景。
This is a community art museum renovated on the foundation of an unfinished community project, the predecessor of which included a completed underground parking lot and a three-story building yet to be constructed above ground. To meet the needs of the art museum, part of the underground space was transformed into an exhibition hall and connected to the above ground. This was an inside-out creation: the evolution of internal demands reshaped the original structure and facade, transforming it into a brand-new building while adhering to the planning prototype of a "cube sectioned by a regular cylinder" and the existing underground structure.

Facing the river and adjacent to the main road, the side facing the city is "peeled open," and the torn shell makes the space both independent and open. The entire building envelope is clad in stainless steel curved panels. This design utilizes material tension to eliminate the need for a rear keel, resulting in a visually pure and rhythmic effect. Light cast upon the curved metal material produces beautiful reflections, lending tenderness to the sculptural building.
建筑面对河流并紧邻主干道，朝向城市的一面被“掀开”，撕裂的外壳使空间既独立又开放。整个建筑外壳均采用不锈钢弧面板包裹，这种设计利用材料张力省去了背面龙骨，使视觉纯净且富有韵律，光线投射至弧形金属材料上，产生曼妙的反射，赋予雕塑般建筑以柔情。

The curved panels on the north facade are perforated to filter light, presenting the city panorama with a blurred and abstract texture when viewed from indoors. The angle at which the second-floor facade is lifted serves as a tie-rod structure for the first-floor canopy, its cantilevered form reminiscent of traditional eaves spaces.
其中北立面弧面板经冲孔处理过滤了光线，从室内望去，城市画卷因此呈现出一种模糊而抽象的质感；二层立面通过掀起的角度充当一层雨棚的拉结结构，其出挑形态联想起传统的檐下空间。

The entrance is situated in the semi-circular recessed area, designed to connect the community using centripetal force. Daylight pours in through the top gap, illuminating the three-story "spatial canyon" and guiding visitors through a psychological transition from the community to the art space, while also emphasizing the human physical scale. The ground floor opens to the north, connecting with the city via the cantilevered platform, breaking the building's boundaries. The vertically elongated space at the corner connects the three above-ground floors, not only resolving the awkwardness of the sharp corner space but also giving the space a more spiritual quality as light pours down.
入口设于半圆形内凹处，旨在利用向心性联结社区。天光从顶部缝隙倾泻而入，照亮三层高的“空间峡谷”，引导观众完成从社区到艺术空间的心境转换，同时也更强调人自身的身体尺度。一层室内向北侧打开，连同外挑的平台与城市连通，打破建筑的边界。角部的垂拔空间连通了地上三层，不仅化解了锐角空间的窘迫，同时天光洒下也让空间更具精神性。

The stairs ascend along the side wall, with key segments of their path vaguely visible through the perforated panels, showcasing the building's internal vitality. To establish a connection between the purely underground exhibition halls and the ground level, the design removed parts of the floor slab structure, integrating the spaces and introducing natural light and landscape, merging the underground and above ground into a continuous whole. Art should not remain aloof in temples; it should become part of daily life. With precise and clear order, this art museum carves out a tranquil and free spiritual resting place for the public amidst the hustle and bustle of the modern metropolis.
楼梯顺侧墙爬升，其路径关键片段透过冲孔板隐约可见，展示了建筑内部的活力。为使纯地下展厅获得与地上的联系，设计拆除部分楼面结构板，连通空间的同时引入自然光与景观，将地上地下整合成连续的整体。艺术不应只停留在庙堂之上，更应该成为日常生活的一部分。这座美术馆以精确清晰的秩序，在喧嚣的现代都市中，为大众开辟出一片自在自由的精神栖息地。
