山水意境与文化传承的建筑表达:本项目设计的精髓在于成功地将富阳的山水意向和文化底蕴融入现代体育建筑中。通过对黄公望《富春山居图》的抽象与再现,建筑不再是孤立的竞赛容器,而是场地文脉的延伸。设计团队巧妙地利用当代技术手段,将场地的高差变化与山体自然肌理相协调,实现了建筑与自然的和谐共生,成功向世界传递了独特的杭州和富阳文化韵味。

低技策略下的参数化表皮设计:建筑表皮的设计是本项目的一大亮点,它摒弃了复杂的高技手段,转而采用“低技”的模数化构件——百叶。通过控制这些标准单元模块的不同旋转角度,以“百叶为笔,阳光为墨”,低成本地模拟了《富春山居图》中复杂多变的自然景象。这种“低技”实现“高表象”的策略,极具匠心,体现了经济、简洁的亚运办会主旨。

光影互动与赛后可持续运营:“光法自然”的设计理念使建筑表皮成为一个动态的叙事媒介,随着日夜更替、四季流转,建筑的立面呈现出不同的“富春山水”意境,实现了对自然光影的质朴诠释。同时,项目在规划之初就充分考虑了赛后可持续性,通过采用钢结构、临时看台和场地功能转换(向大众体育项目开放),确保了场馆的长期社会效益和经济效益,兑现了“绿色亚运”的承诺。

With less than a hundred days remaining until the opening of the Hangzhou Asian Games, the Fuyang Yinhu Sports Center is ready to welcome the Games, ensure sustainable operation after the event, and meet the expectations of all sectors of society.
距离杭州亚运会开幕已不足百日,富阳银湖体育中心已做好准备,以迎接亚运会的到来、赛后的可持续运营以及社会各界的评价。

The design team from the Architectural Design and Research Institute of Zhejiang University adhered to the design concept of "achieving green Asian Games through economic means and constructing a cultural Asian Games through low-tech means." While respecting the professional requirements of sports construction, they integrated the landscape imagery characteristic of Fuyang. Through simple forms, compact spatial layouts, environmentally friendly building materials, low-tech construction methods, and sustainable venue facilities, they completed the design of the venues for Shooting, Archery, and Modern Pentathlon for the Asian Games, successfully implementing the Games' core principles of "Green, Smart, Simple, and Civilized." This project covers a land area of 275,182㎡ and a building area of 85,840.7㎡, making it one of the 12 newly constructed venues for the 19th Asian Games in 2023. The shooting, archery, and modern pentathlon events will be held here.
浙江大学建筑设计研究院的设计团队秉承“经济手段实现绿色亚运、低技手段建构文化亚运”的设计理念,在尊重专业的体育工艺要求的基础上,结合具有富阳特征的山水意向,通过简洁的形态、紧凑的空间布局、环保的建筑材料、低技的构造手段、可持续利用的场馆设施等方式,完成亚运射击、射箭、现代五项比赛场馆(场地)的设计,成功落实亚运会“绿色、智能、简洁、文明”的办会主旨。本项目用地面积275182㎡,建筑面积85840.7㎡,是2023第19届亚运会12个新建场馆之一。届时将举行亚运会射击、射箭、现代五项三个大项的比赛。

Sensing the Landscape
The site is surrounded by mountains to the west and north, borders water to the south, and connects to the city on the east. Standing in the center of the site, one is embraced by the mountains, reminiscent of the distant mountains and near waters of the Fuchun River, evoking the natural insights of Su Shi: "Distant mountains are long, cloud mountains are chaotic, morning mountains are green," and the "Fuchun Mountains and Residence" mood of Huang Gongwang, where he painted with unrestrained inspiration. Huang Gongwang transformed his philosophical and literary reflections into the interaction between rocks, sandbars, and clouds, suggesting that the most important things in life are not official careers or wealth, but self-cultivation, leisure, and tranquility found in merging with nature. Therefore, the proposal explores how to use contemporary construction technology to create a multi-functional and composite sports arena, how to return to the essence of the place while meeting competition functions, coexist harmoniously with the landscape, perceive and interpret it, and how to convey the charm of Hangzhou and the characteristics of Fuyang to athletes and coaches from participating countries.
感知山水
场地西、北环山,南侧临水,东侧连接城市,站在场地中央,又被群山怀抱,让人不禁想起富春江畔的远山近水,苏轼“远山长,云山乱,晓山青”的自然感悟,黄公望“兴之所至,不觉亹亹布置如许”的富春山居。黄公望把对哲学、文学的思考变成山石、汀沙跟云之间的互动,人生最重要的并不是仕途、财富,而是修身养性,是寄情山水、融于自然的那份悠闲与平静。因此,方案思考如何运用当代建构技术,打造一座多元、复合的运动竞技场馆,如何在满足赛事功能的前提下,回归场所本源,与山水融洽相处,进而感知它、诠释它,如何将杭州韵味、富阳特色传递给参赛的各国运动员、教练员。

Modern Interpretation
On the site, five elevation terraces are set up to echo the changes in mountain height, fully considering the protection of the natural mountain environment, minimizing earth excavation, and achieving internal balance of earthwork. A second-floor platform efficiently connects the three competition events and rationally organizes pedestrian flow. The 10m qualification, 25m qualification, 50m qualification, and final halls for shooting competitions are vertically distributed, while the shared functions of the three events are centrally located in the News and Security Center for intensive and efficient site utilization. Regarding the landscape, the Shooting Complex features a square plan and a massive volume. The building's shape employs the connection of multi-section pitched roofs, conforming to the surrounding mountains, dissolving the building mass, and integrating the structure with nature. The facade design adopts parametric and pixelated techniques to interpret the "Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains" in a modern way, completing a process from abstract to concrete, and from concrete expression to abstraction.
现代演绎
于场地,通过设置5个标高的台地来呼应山地的高差变化,充分考虑对山体自然环境的保护,减少山体开挖,内部平衡土方。通过二层平台高效连接三个比赛项目,合理组织人流;将射击比赛的10米资格赛、25米资格赛、50米资格赛、决赛馆垂直分布,将三个项目共用功能集中布置在新闻安保中心,集约、高效利用场地。于山水,射击综合馆平面方正、体量庞大,建筑造型采用多段坡屋面的衔接,顺应周边山体,消解建筑体量,使建筑与自然融为一体;立面设计,采用了参数化的手段、像素化的手法将富春山居图进行现代演绎,完成了一个从抽象到具象,由具象表达抽象的过程。

On the surface, the building abandons highly technical methods like mechanization, intelligence, and informatization, opting instead for modular, low-cost standard components realized through low-tech construction. The design uses 300mm\*520mm louvers as unit modules. By rotating over 37,000 unit modules at different angles, it "uses louvers as brushes and sunlight as ink" in a simple, low-tech pivot method to redraw the natural scenery of the Fuchun River banks.
于表皮,建筑放弃机械化、智能化、信息化等参数化的高技手法,采用模数化、低成本的标准构件,低技的将其实现。设计以300mm*520mm的百叶作为单元模块,通过37000多块单元模块不同角度的旋转,用低技、质朴的转轴方式,“以百叶为笔,以阳光为墨”,再次勾绘出富春江畔的自然之景。

Regarding construction, the rotation angle of the unit louvers is controlled by gears at the bottom of the louver. Each gear is mass-produced with a minimum module of 5°, limiting the louver rotation angle between 15° and 85°. There are 15 angles in total: 15°, 20°, 25°, 30°, 35°, 40°, 45°, 50°, 55°, 60°, 65°, 70°, 75°, 80°, and 85°. The smaller the angle module, the greater the number of units, the higher the pixelation, and the clearer the landscape imagery. During construction, installation only requires precisely controlling the pivot angle according to the illustrated louver angle. Through these 15 simple louver rotation angles, the effect of complex patterns is achieved with the help of sunlight.
于建构,单元百叶的旋转角度通过百叶底部的齿轮进行控制,每个齿轮以5°为最小模数开模生产,将百叶的旋转角度限定在15°至85°之间,分15°、20°、25°、30°、35°、40°、45°、50°、55°、60°、65°、70°、75°、80°、85°,共15个角度,角度模数越小,单元数量越多,像素就会越高,山水的意向就会更加清晰。施工时只需按照图所示百叶角度,精确控制转轴角度即可安装到位。通过这15种简单的百叶旋转角度,在阳光的帮助下,达到表达复杂的图案效果。

Light as Nature
The term "Light as Nature" originates from "Emulating Nature," meaning not only imitating nature but also taking natural light as a teacher, emulating the changes in light and shadow, and then using these changes to simply and naturally reinterpret nature. The facade, transforming with the changing light, tells a story of light. At sunrise, as the mist dissipates, the building facade gradually emerges, and shadows diminish; at noon, when the sun shines directly on the mountaintop, the curtain wall louvers create strong contrasts, clearly presenting the distant mountains and near waters; at sunset, every posture of the Fuchun landscape—distant mountains, sailing boats, ancient trees—slowly disappears into the building facade; at night, under floodlighting, a bright and beautiful Fuchun landscape reappears. Time is always the most precious; as the sun moves and shadows shift, vitality blossoms, and the shadows of the louvers silently record the traces of time passing. The architecture cleverly utilizes natural light, using the sun and moon's brilliance and the changing seasons to recreate the Fuchun landscape.
光法自然
所谓光法自然,源于“师法自然”一词,意为不只是效法自然,还要以自然光为师,效法光影变化,再运用光影变化,质朴而自然的重新诠释自然。随着光线变化而变幻的表皮讲述了一个光的故事,日出,烟雾散去之时,建筑立面逐渐展现,阴影逐渐减少;午时,阳光直射山顶,幕墙百叶对比强烈,远山近水清晰呈现;日落,远山、行舟、古树,富春山水的每一个神态,慢慢消失在建筑表皮之中;夜晚,在泛光的作用下,一幅亮丽的富春山水秀又将徐徐展开。时间永远是最宝贵的,日转影动,生机勃发,百叶的阴影一直在无声地记录这些时光流逝的痕迹。建筑巧妙的利用自然光线,用日月光明,借四季交替,再现富春山水。

Sustainable Operation
Most competitive sports venues involve large investments but see infrequent use, especially specialized venues like the Yinhu Sports Center, which have narrow target audiences and high-level competitions. This project adheres to design strategies of green, low-carbon, rapid construction and deconstruction, and component reuse. In terms of spatial use, structural selection, and building facilities, it fully considers the potential for multiple post-event scenarios: News and Security Center, auxiliary rooms, and stables largely adopt recyclable steel structures as the main framework; spectator stands use temporary steel structures for easy dismantling after the event; competition areas are converted into venues for popular public sports such as swimming, basketball, badminton, and table tennis, returning the venue to the public for sustained operation.
持续运营
绝大部分的竞技体育场馆往往投入大,使用频率并不高,尤其是类似银湖体育中心这样专业性强、受众面小、赛事等级高的体育场馆。本项目秉持绿色低碳、快速拆建、构件再利用的设计策略,在使用空间上、结构选型上、建筑设施上充分考虑场馆赛后多种场景的使用可能:新闻安保中心、辅助用房、马厩等大量采用了可循环利用的钢结构作为主体结构;观众看台采用钢结构临时看台,便于赛后拆除;比赛场地转化为市民参与度更高的游泳、篮球、羽毛球、乒乓球等大众体育项目,还馆于民,保持可持续运营。

The project takes the imagery of the landscape as its blueprint, using louvers as brushes and sunlight as ink, to reinterpret nature within the natural landscape, learning from, emulating, expressing, and interpreting nature. Through brushwork, techniques, and construction methods, it redraws the Jiangnan landscape imagery of the "Fuchun Mountains and Residence," which is also a transmission of culture, conveying the cultural charm of Hangzhou and the characteristic landscape of Fuyang to the world.
项目以山水意向为蓝本,以百叶为笔,以阳光为墨,重新在自然山水中阐述自然,取法自然、效法自然、表达自然、诠释自然。透过笔法、技法和构造手法,重绘“富春山居”的江南山水意象,更是一种文化的传递,将杭州文化韵味、富阳山水特色传递给世界。
