场地文脉的重塑与工业气质的延续:该项目成功地将一处原为洗煤堆料区的工业遗址,转化为具有现代公共服务功能的襄汾泳馆。建筑设计巧妙地回应了场地原有的粗犷尺度和工业背景,通过起伏的折线坡型屋顶、天窗以及反光材料的使用,既与周边旧钢厂和村落形态形成对话,又展现出新的身份。立面材料上,黑色烧衫板与冷峻的锌锰屋面形成对比,并与室内温暖的仿木格栅相互映衬,实现了从工业“重”到人文“暖”的过渡,体现了对场地历史文脉的尊重与当代设计的融合。
结构逻辑与空间光影的精妙演绎:在结构层面,设计将屋脊、结构立柱与水面进行错位布置,创造出丰富的随机空间效果。更为精妙的是,结构工程师在桁架下弦增设了V型支撑,与桁架共同形成倒立的四棱锥(Pyramid)结构单元。这一结构不仅保证了建筑的稳定性,更在顶部通过巨大的天窗,将自然光线以戏剧化的方式引入室内水面,塑造出接近室外泳池的感受。结构元素本身成为一种雕塑语言,服务于光影氛围的营造。
功能分区的场所营造与尺度人性化:建筑通过一系列大小不一的庭院连接,营造出连续的“林间水世界”体验。设计针对不同水域(综合泳池、VIP泳池、儿童戏水池)赋予了独特的空间性格。例如,VIP泳池采用高耸空间和水平地长窗,强调开阔感;而15米通高的主泳池利用巨型天窗,营造开阔感。最值得称道的是,儿童戏水池通过急剧降低的坡屋顶(最低1.2米),为儿童提供了恰到好处的归属感与安全感。同时,通过独立的二层环绕动线,清晰地组织了亲水区与非亲水区的交通流线,实现了复杂功能的高效整合。
A group of undulating, sloped, zigzagging volumes occupies the site. The roof skylights and reflective materials possess a certain industrial architectural temperament. The new building is both similar and unfamiliar to the forms of the old steel plant and the village. Contrasting with the heavy, stern, and highly reflective standing seam zinc-manganese roof, the facade material is black charred wood boards, which are combined with the warm imitation wood grilles indoors.
一组起伏的坡型折线造型体量占据在场地之中,屋顶天窗和反光材料又具有某种工业建筑的气质。新的建筑与旧的钢厂,村落等形态既相似又陌生。 与重的,冷峻的,反光幽亮的直立缝边锌锰屋面相对,立面材料为黑色烧衫板,它们和室内温暖的仿木格栅相组合。
For two water surfaces and four sets of columns, a basic composition can be established as shown in the figure: the roof ridge, structural columns, and water surface are arranged in a staggered manner. This will bring a rich effect of multiplicative randomness in spatial form. Cooperating with the structural beams and trusses, on the one hand, they form corners, allowing adjacent water surfaces to extend; on the other hand, the asymmetric structure pulls out giant skylights, allowing light to spread over the water surface. On this basis, the structural engineer added a set of V-shaped supports perpendicular to the sheet structure at the lower chord of the truss where the compressive stress is greatest. These supports, together with the truss lower chord and the web members in the plane, form inverted quadrangular pyramids (Pyramids) respectively.

Xiangfen Swimming Pool connects through courtyards of different sizes, creating a continuous water world in the woods. The main entrance to the swimming area is on the east side of the building. The middle of the swimming area is an 8-lane 50-meter comprehensive pool, with a 3-lane 50-meter VIP pool and a children's wading area on both sides; the southeast side of the building is the leisure spa area. The west side of the building connects to the conference reception area and the furniture exhibition area on the south side. The north side is the catering supporting service area and the living supermarket. The second floor has a picture book library, a gym, massage rooms, etc. On the second floor above ground, an independent non-water-contact circulation route connects the major functional areas and the spectator stands.
襄汾泳馆通过大小不一的庭院彼此相连, 营造一种连续延绵的林间水世界。建筑的主游泳区入口位于建筑东侧,游泳区中部为50米八泳道综合泳池,两侧分别为50米三泳道VIP泳池和儿童戏水区; 建筑东南侧为休闲水疗区。建筑的西侧连接会议接待区以及南侧的家具展厅区。北侧为餐饮配套服务区和生活超市。二层设置有图书绘本馆,健身房、按摩房等。在地上二层,一条独立的非亲水环绕动线,将几大功能区与看台联系起来。
In line with the functions, the spatial characteristics of the main swimming pools have differences: The 3-lane VIP pool at the south end is shaped into a towering space with a single-slope roof, and the long horizontal windows below reveal the ground-level scenery.
结合功能,主要的几个泳池的空间性格是有差异的:南端的三泳道VIP泳池依靠单坡屋面,塑造为一个高耸空间,下方的水平地长窗露出地面的景色。
The 8-lane comprehensive pool has a full height space of up to 15 meters, allowing the roof on both sides to even extend inwards. The huge skylight pulled out above sets the light above the mottled water surface, creating a feeling similar to an outdoor pool.
八泳道综合泳池,高达15米的通高空间,让两侧的屋面甚至延伸进来。上空扯出的巨形天窗,光线设在斑驳的水面之上,塑造出一种室外泳池的感觉。
In contrast, the children's wading pool on the other side presents a more relaxed, smaller scale. The height of the inserted pitched roof is drastically reduced here, reaching a minimum of only 1.2 meters. The low space gives children a unique sense of belonging and security.
