城市文体配套的典范性实践：本项目精准回应了北京回龙观高密度居住区对高品质文体配套的迫切需求，作为“回天行动计划”的重点工程，其服务周边四十万人口的定位，体现了公共建筑设计的社会责任与人文关怀。设计上通过体育健身中心与文化艺术中心的有机结合，并与北侧运动公园的融合，成功打造了一个“开放性、兼容性”的市民活动场所，实现了功能复合与社区激活的双重目标，是解决城市更新中“最后一公里”配套设施的优秀案例。

空间体验与功能融合的创新：在功能布局上，项目体量庞大却处理得体，通过多层次的室内外连廊、平台广场和坡地绿化实现了建筑群的有机连接与室内外空间的渗透融合。特别是图书馆区域，通高的中庭将公园绿意引入室内，白天形成舒适的阅读环境，夜晚则化身为城市文化灯笼，极大地提升了市民的参与感和场所的辨识度。剧场设计注重声学与视觉的统一，细节之处彰显了对使用者体验的极致追求。

技术驱动下的可持续与精细化建造：项目在工程技术上达到了较高水准，采用了钢结构框架、大跨度桁架及双层网架等创新结构体系，支撑起了如图书馆拉索幕墙等复杂构造，保证了空间的开放性。更重要的是，实现了100%的装配化率，以及全过程BIM技术的应用，体现了当代建筑工业化和数字化建造的趋势。同时，通过自然采光、通风等被动式设计，兼顾了建筑的经济性、实用性与绿色建筑的长期运营效益。

The project is located in the large urban residential area of Huilongguan, Beijing, comprising two functional blocks: a sports and fitness center and a cultural and artistic center. The completion of the project addresses the urgent need for cultural and sports facilities in the high-density residential area of Huilongguan, serving as one of the key projects of Beijing's "Huitian Action Plan." The project serves 55 surrounding communities, benefiting over 400,000 residents. It organically combines with the sports park to the north, aiming to create an "open and compatible" indoor and outdoor activity space for citizens. The project integrates the concept of harmonious development into its venue planning, providing a high-quality cultural and sports activity space for regional residents.
项目位于北京回龙观大型城市居住片区内，包含体育健身中心与文化艺术中心两个功能板块，项目的建成弥补了回龙观高密度住宅区文体配套缺失的痛点，是北京“回天行动计划”的重点项目之一，项目服务周边 55 个社区、惠及 40 余万人口，与北侧的运动公园有机结合，旨在打造一个“开放性、兼容性”的市民室内外活动场所，项目将融合发展的理念植入场馆规划，为区域居民提供了一处高品质的文体活动场所。

The project has a total construction area of 95,842 ㎡, with a above-ground area of 44,314 ㎡ and an underground area of 51,528 ㎡. The sports and fitness center covers approximately 38,000 ㎡, featuring 11 types of sports venues including badminton, ice skating, rock climbing, swimming, table tennis, basketball, tennis, gymnasium, fighting, archery, and an athletic field, as well as a digital exhibition hall like the "Cockpit." The cultural and artistic center covers about 25,000 ㎡, incorporating a grand theater, a small theater, a cultural hall, a library, a bookstore, dining and entertainment, and third spaces. Additionally, a 400-meter standard outdoor stadium is equipped, creating an integrated sports and cultural park that is fully functional, ecological, green, smart, and fashionable.
项目总建筑面积 95842 ㎡，地上建筑面积 44314 ㎡，地下 51528 ㎡，其中体育健身中心面积约 3.8 万㎡，设有羽毛球馆、滑冰馆、攀岩馆、游泳馆、乒乓球馆、篮球馆、网球馆、健身房、搏击馆、射箭馆、田径场等 11 类体育场馆以及“驾驶舱”等数字化展厅；文化艺术中心面积约 2.5 万平方米，包括大剧院、小剧院、文化馆、图书馆、书店、餐饮娱乐、第三空间等业态纳入其中；此外，还设计配备了 400 米标准户外体育场，整体打造了功能齐备、生态绿色、智慧时尚的体育文化综合园区。

The library integrates exhibition, reading, cultural creation, and social functions. The full-height atrium spanning 4 floors draws the greenery from the northern sports park indoors, creating a comfortable, cozy, and lush atmosphere. After dark, the full-height glass curtain wall resembles a giant lantern, illuminating the city's cultural life.
图书馆集展览、阅读、文创、社交功能为一体，通高 4 层的中庭空间将北侧运动公园的绿意引入室内，营造出舒适惬意、绿意盎然的氛围，入夜后通高的玻璃幕墙又如一盏巨型灯笼，将城市的文化生活点亮。

The theater area includes a grand theater with 816 seats and a small theater with 288 seats, capable of accommodating multiple functions such as concerts, musicals, plays, and conferences. The interior of the grand theater features a white pleated decoration style, unifying acoustics and visuals. The simulated acoustic design achieves an immersive three-dimensional auditory experience, where the red seating complements the white interior walls perfectly.
剧场区包括大剧场 816 座，小剧场 288 座，可满足音乐会、音乐剧、话剧、会议等多种功能需求。大剧场内部以白色褶皱装饰风格实现声学与视觉统一，模拟声学设计实现了沉浸式三维听感，红色座椅和白色内墙相得益彰。

The architectural volumes on site are moderate in scale. Multi-level indoor and outdoor corridors, platform squares, and sloped green spaces organically connect the multifunctional buildings. Indoor and outdoor spaces are fully integrated, making the venues vibrant everywhere and achieving a harmonious coexistence between architecture and nature. The building features different functional entrances facing the site, presenting an open posture to the public.
场地内的建筑体量适中，多层次的室内外连廊、平台广场、坡地绿化将多功能的建筑进行有机连接，室内外空间充分融合，使得场馆处处充满活力，建筑与自然的和谐共生。建筑面向场地布置了不同的功能入口，以开放的姿态面对大众。

The project adopts structural solutions such as steel frame structure, large-span steel trusses, and double-layer space truss systems. The library area utilizes a 18m high tension cable curtain wall, with the cantilevered truss at the upper end extending up to 7m. This innovative structural system ensures safety and reliability while achieving splendid spatial effects. The building's prefabrication rate reaches 100%, and the mechanical and electrical system employs a structure where pipelines are separated from the main structure. BIM technology is applied throughout the entire process of design, production, and construction.
项目采用钢结构框架、大跨钢结构桁架、双层网架体系等结构方案，图书馆区域采用通高 18m 的拉索幕墙，其上端悬挑桁架的悬挑长度达 7m，创新的结构体系在确保安全可靠的同时，获得了精彩的空间效果。该项目的装配化率达到 100%，机电系统采用机电管线与结构主体分离的体系，设计、生产、施工全过程应用 BIM 技术。

The architectural planning and design adhere to principles of simplicity, practicality, and economy, conforming to the green building concepts of the new era. The design widely adopts passive green building design methods. Based on functional requirements and spatial characteristics, various daylighting methods such as skylights, high side windows, and strip windows are set up, along with multiple transitional season ventilation facilities. This effectively enhances the building's lighting and ventilation efficiency, improves indoor environmental quality, reduces building energy consumption, and realizes the concept of green building design. The exterior walls of the building use light gray, wood-like concrete cladding panels, combined with large glass curtain walls in key areas to create an open, elegant civic activity venue for the new era.
建筑规划设计以简洁、实用、经济作为原则，符合新时代绿色建筑理念，设计广泛采用被动式绿色建筑设计方法，根据使用功能和空间特点，设置了天窗、高侧窗、条形窗等采光方式，以及多种过渡季通风设施，有效提升了建筑的采光和通风效能，改善了室内环境品质，降低了建筑能耗，实现了绿色建筑的设计理念。建筑外墙采用浅灰色、仿木质混凝土挂板，结合重点部位大面积玻璃幕墙打造开放，雅致的新时代市民活动场馆。
