灵活的空间组织与光环境设计:建筑通过清晰的功能分区(中央主空间与侧翼辅助空间)实现了高度的空间灵活性与独立运营的可能性。特别是对光环境的精妙控制——主空间采用暖色调木地板与北向天窗的柔和自然光结合,而辅助空间则利用立面结构进行侧向采光并使用冷色调地板——创造了截然不同但均适宜特定活动的氛围,展现了对空间体验的深度考量。
立面动态表达与近零能耗策略:立面设计巧妙地融合了水平条纹与棋盘格两种几何母题的叠加,形成了随光线变化而动态演变的视觉效果,赋予了建筑表皮丰富的层次感和标识性。同时,项目在被动式设计上表现出色,通过最大化自然采光、电动自然通风系统(穿堂风)以及结合空气热能和光伏发电,成功构建了一个接近零能耗的、可持续运营的体育设施。
From the architect. The San Vicente del Raspeig Municipal Sports Pavilion is configured as a large, highly versatile container capable of hosting multiple sports modalities and large-capacity events in general, where the visual connection between the interior and exterior becomes one of the fundamental guiding threads of the project with the aim of making the practice of sport visible from the outside as a measure to promote sport.
来自建筑师。El Pabellón Municipal de Deportes de San Vicente del Raspeig se configura como un gran contenedor de gran versatilidad para albergar múltiples modalidades deportivas y eventos de gran aforo en general, en el que la conexión visual entre interior y exterior se convierte en uno de los hilos directores fundamentales del proyecto con el objeto de hacer visible desde el exterior la práctica deportiva como medida de fomento del deporte.

To maximize the functionality of the spaces, the different sports uses are divided into two large areas: on the one hand, the central space, dedicated to team sports, equivalent to 4 indoor basketball courts; and on the other, the room area, dedicated to guidance activities and the gym.

These interior spaces are characterized by different lights and colors: the central space is illuminated from above by 5 north-facing skylights and its wooden floor has warm tones; the activity rooms are illuminated by light that passes through the two layers of the building's facade, and their floors have different, cooler tones.

This spatial organization also provides great flexibility for building management, allowing each main use (sports pavilion, gym and cafeteria) to operate independently. The facade of the building is designed as a constantly changing dynamic system where the superposition of two different geometries (horizontal stripes on the exterior facade and a checkerboard pattern on the interior facade) alternates with different intensities depending on the nuances of interior and exterior lighting.
这种空间使用布局同时提供了建筑管理的极大灵活性,使每个主要用途(体育馆、健身房和自助餐厅)都能独立运作。建筑的立面被设计成一个不断变化的动态系统,其中两种不同几何形状(外部立面的水平条纹和内部立面的棋盘格)的叠加会根据室内外照明的细微差别而以不同程度的强度交替出现。

These variations in the facade are reinforced by the bright white of the facade during the day and the different blues into which it breaks down under the reflected light from the interior floors.

The building is designed as a highly efficient system in terms of energy use, maximizing natural light in all spaces and incorporating an electric natural ventilation system that allows for cross-ventilation of the entire building volume through vents on its facade and roof, which dissipate the heat accumulated during the day at night.

These passive measures are complemented by an aerothermal system for the production of domestic hot water and a photovoltaic installation for electricity generation, thus constituting a building with almost zero energy consumption.
