概念的精妙转化与文化语境的深度融合：本项目最核心的亮点在于，如何将一个体量庞大、与周庄古镇环境格格不入的闲置酒店建筑，通过创新的立面设计手法，成功转化为具有强烈地域文化符号的剧场空间。设计团队以“一幕江南”为核心概念，通过两片巨大的幕布状曲面，巧妙地“遮蔽”了原有建筑的体量感，并利用明暗对比构建出富有江南特色的山墙意象，实现了对文脉的尊重与回应。这种将抽象的文化象征转化为可感知的建筑形态的能力，是高水平建筑实践的体现。
参数化技术与精细化施工的完美结合：本项目在应对复杂曲面立面的挑战时，展现了卓越的技术整合能力。设计团队利用参数化模型进行快速迭代优化，平衡了动线、结构造价与造型需求。材料上，采用 20mm 阳极氧化蜂窝铝板，在保证设计效果的同时兼顾了成本与效率。更值得称道的是，面对场地限制和施工精度要求，设计团队通过全站仪定位、钢板找形和经验工人现场微调等手段，结合 BIM 技术进行全过程追踪，成功将 1060 块曲面铝板精准安装，体现了数字化设计与传统精湛手工艺的有效结合。
构建沉浸式体验的整体性空间叙事：剧场空间的成功不仅在于其外立面，更在于内部空间与外部环境的有机联系。设计通过廊道与立面的共生关系，构建了连续且富有层次的行走体验。廊道采用了统一的 50×100 模块格栅体系，串联起墙体、吊顶、柱体与檐口，营造出轻盈而统一的氛围。此外，立面动态的材料处理——铝板的晴雨变色效果，使建筑本身成为一种与自然和时间互动的艺术装置，深化了观众的沉浸式体验，完成了当代语汇下对传统文化意境的再诠释。
The project is located on Qiangong Road in Zhouzhuang Town, Jiangsu Province. It was originally a hotel commercial building completed in 2003 that had been idle, and has now been renovated into a theater space for the immersive performance "Only This Zhouzhuang." The project was undertaken by the China Academy of Art Landscape Architecture Design and Research Institute as the general contractor (EPC), with Yu Dingzong Studio as the chief designer, and our team responsible for the facade detailed design.
项目位于江苏省周庄镇全功路，原为 2003 年建成后闲置的酒店商业建筑，现改造为沉浸式演出《只此周庄》的剧场空间。项目由中国美术学院风景建筑设计研究总院负责 EPC 总包，余丁宗工作室为总设计，我方团队承担立面深化设计。

The site is adjacent to the entrance of the thousand-year-old ancient town. The original building had a massive volume, which was extremely incompatible with the environment of the ancient town characterized by white walls, black tiles, water lanes, and local residences. The theater facade needed to respond to multiple demands: it had to carry cultural symbolism while also satisfying functional needs such as audience circulation and equipment passage. “A Curtain of Jiangnan” became the core of the design concept—two curtain-like curved surfaces screen the original building, with the entrance lifting to signify the opening of the performance; the contrast between light and shadow constructs the image of a gable wall, responding to the cultural context of the ancient town.
场地紧邻千年古镇入口，原建筑体量庞大，与古镇粉墙黛瓦、水巷人家的环境极不协调。剧场立面需回应多方需求：既要承载文化象征，又需满足观演动线与设备通行等功能。“一幕江南”成为设计概念核心 —— 两片幕布状曲面遮蔽原有建筑，入口掀起寓意表演开启；明暗对比构建出山墙意象，回应古镇文化语境。

A parametric model was introduced in the initial design stage to cope with multiple rounds of rapid adjustments, integrating factors such as queuing circulation, structural cost, and aesthetic optimization. The material chosen was 20mm thick anodized aluminum honeycomb panels, balancing cost and construction efficiency; the subdivision of panels controlled the number of hyperbolic surfaces, while areas with changing curvature at the entrance transitioned to smaller modules, responding to the textural scale of traditional "tile work."
设计初期即引入参数化模型应对多轮快速调整，融合排队动线、结构造价与造型优化等因素。材料选用 20mm 厚阳极氧化蜂窝铝板，平衡成本与施工效率；板块拆分控制双曲面数量，入口曲率变化区域则转为小模块，回应传统“瓦作”的肌理尺度。

Due to the inability to use large lifting equipment on site, construction employed total station positioning and steel plate forming, with experienced workers making fine adjustments to the keel errors on site, ultimately achieving the precise presentation of 1060 curved aluminum panels. The entire process, from detailed ordering to installation tracking, was completed through BIM.
因场地无法使用大型吊装设备，施工采用全站仪定位与钢板找形，经验工人现场微调龙骨误差，最终将 1060 块曲面铝板精准呈现。全过程通过 BIM 完成深化下单与安装追踪。

To coordinate the cultural narrative spanning multiple dynasties, the team engaged in multiple rounds of communication with the owner, director, and local elders, striving to find a way to integrate the "Song Dynasty feel" of the performance with the "Ming and Qing style" scenery. The facade and corridor jointly construct the theater atmosphere; the corridor structure uses a 50×100 module grille system to unify the walls, ceilings, columns, and eaves, creating a continuous walking experience through subtle displacement.
为协调多朝代文化叙事，团队与业主、导演、本地长者多轮沟通，力求在“宋意”演出与“明清”风貌中找到融合方式。立面与廊道共生构建剧场氛围，廊道结构以 50×100 模块格栅统一墙体、吊顶、柱体与檐口，轻盈错位形成连续行走体验。

A drainage layer is set beneath the surface layer; rainwater is collected in the eaves gutter through the open joints and flows into a pool via a rain chain. The aluminum panels appear brilliant blue when sunny and subdued gray when rainy, their expression changing with the weather, making the facade a perceptible cultural expression under a contemporary vocabulary.
面层下设排水层，雨水从明缝汇入檐沟再由雨链流入水池，晴时铝板湛蓝、雨时沉灰，随天色而变的表情，使立面成为一种可感知的、当代语汇下的文化表达。
