高密度地块上的立体城市策略:本项目成功应对了用地紧张和高密度开发的挑战,通过“架空抬高操场”的策略,创造了丰富的上下复合空间。北区将功能活动(停车、运动、集会)置于架空层下方,释放地面空间,同时在操场高出地面形成高处的视野平台,为师生提供了在高密度环境中难得的开阔休憩空间。这种对场地进行垂直切割和功能复合的规划手法,极大地提升了土地利用效率和校园活力。

以文保建筑为核心的流线组织与庭院生成:总平面布局巧妙地将文保建筑和既有树木作为核心景观轴线,教学组团围绕其展开。通过建筑体量的Z字形弯折,自然生成了五个半围合的庭院,实现了教学空间与室外环境的有机渗透。首层的大面积架空和景观绿地的嵌入,不仅保证了校园内部的通达性,更通过不同标高的平台和连廊,将公共活动和交流场景从地面延伸至空中,促进了人与空间、人与人之间的互动。

图书馆的结构与空间一体化设计:图书馆作为“开放式学校”理念的集中体现,通过创新的结构设计重构了传统藏阅空间。将半封闭的管状藏阅空间与开放的阶梯阅览区在中庭内交错叠加,形成富有层次的光影体验。清水混凝土结构不仅是承重主体,也界定了空间形态,同时通过设备管道的巧妙隐藏(集成于梁腔和架空地面),实现了结构、设备、装修一体化的高完成度,体现了精细化的设计控制和建造水准。

Creating a Multi-Dimensional High-Density Campus
The Xiaozhuang Campus of the High School Affiliated to Nanjing Normal University covers an area of approximately 66,700 square meters, with a total construction area of about 95,000 square meters, plus an overhead area not included in the floor area ratio of about 17,000 square meters, accommodating 42 classes. Overall, it is a high-density, compact campus with limited site area. At the center of the site is the former site of the Second Communication Station of the Air Force in the Republic of China, a municipal cultural heritage building, and there is also a relatively new high-rise student dormitory building that needs renovation.

打造立体高密度校园
南京师范大学附属中学晓庄校区面积约 6.67 万平方米,总建筑面积约为 9.5 万平方米,另有不计容的架空区面积约 1.7 万平方米,配置 42 个班级。总体属于用地不足的高密度、紧凑型校园。基地中心现存一处市级文保建筑 —— 民国空军第二通讯台旧址,同时还保留了一栋年代较新的高层学生宿舍楼需改造。

Based on this existing situation, the overall site planning takes the cultural heritage building and the large preserved trees around it as the core landscape. The south side is the teaching and administration area, and the north side is the living and sports area. The west side of the northern zone features an elevated 400-meter track, allowing the space underneath to be used efficiently: the roadside is used as a parking area accessible to parents for drop-off and pick-up, reducing traffic pressure on the road near the school gate; the central area houses a semi-sunken swimming pool, training hall, basketball hall, and a sheltered running track; the east side contains the auditorium and canteen. Above the elevated track, the new and old high-rise dormitories are juxtaposed, forming an urban texture that is high on the east and low on the west, together with the surrounding high-rise residences. During breaks, students and teachers can ascend to the track to gain expansive views and a relaxing escape in the high-density environment.

基于此现状,总平面规划以文保建筑及周边保留的大树作为核心景观,其南侧为教学办公区,北侧为生活运动区。北区西侧 400 米操场架空抬高,下方空间得以高效利用:临路一侧做家长可进入校园接送的停车区,减少对校门口道路的交通压力;中部为半下沉的游泳馆、训练馆、篮球馆以及风雨运动跑道,东侧为礼堂和食堂。架空操场之上,新旧两栋高层宿舍楼并置,与周边的高层住宅共同形成东高西低的城市肌理。师生课间登上操场,可获得在高密度环境中的远眺视野和放松的出口。

Sectional View

The layout of the teaching cluster in the southern area revolves around the cultural heritage building. The building volumes are bent in a Z-shape, forming five semi-enclosed courtyards. A large part of the ground floor of the campus is elevated, allowing free passage between courtyards, and the entrances of each building form mutually interactive sightlines. Landscape green spaces extend into the elevated floor, interacting with multiple semi-outdoor activity spaces that are sunken, providing venues for outdoor teaching. Open platforms or large-span corridors connect the buildings at different elevations, extending the public nature to the upper-level teaching spaces.

南区教学组团布局围绕文保建筑展开,建筑体量通过 Z 字弯折,形成五个半围合庭院。校园首层大量架空,庭院间可自由穿行,各建筑入口间也形成了彼此互动的视线关系。景观绿地伸入架空层,与多处下沉的半室外活动空间互动,为户外教学提供了场所。建筑间在不同标高上用开放平台或大跨连廊连通,把公共性延伸到上层教学空间。

Atriums, open staircases, and resting areas are set up at the turning points of the building volumes, open amphitheater classrooms within the corridors, and 3.6-meter wide corridors all provide diversified spaces for students' independent learning and nearby activities during breaks.

建筑体量转折处设置的中庭、开敞楼梯与休息区,连廊内的开放阶梯教室,3.6 米的宽走廊,都为学生课间自主学习、就近活动提供了多元化的场所。

Reconstructing Open Stacks and Reading Spaces
The library, located to the east of the cultural heritage building plaza in the center of the campus, covers an area of about 3,800 square meters and is a concrete embodiment of the "Open School" design philosophy.

The design breaks from the conventional floor structure, interweaving five large-span tubular or stepped stack and reading spaces within the shared atrium. The two types of spaces correspond to semi-enclosed reading and open reading modes, respectively. The skylight at the top introduces natural light into the atrium, which is reflected multiple times to gradually illuminate the space, creating a layered experience of light and shadow. The open stepped reading area is connected by a continuous "roaming path," which sequentially links the new book reading area, service desk, reading stand, and stepped reading platforms at various elevations from the ground floor lobby, eventually extending to the electronic reading room on the top floor. Ramps are provided along the path for barrier-free connection between platforms.

设计打破楼层的常规做法,将五处大跨度的管状或阶梯状藏阅空间交错穿插在共享中庭内,两类空间分别对应半封闭阅览和开放阅览两种阅览模式。顶部天窗为中庭引入自然光线,经多次反射渐次照亮中庭,营造出富有层次的光影体验。开放的阶梯阅览区通过一条连续的“漫游路径”串联,从首层门厅依次连接新书阅览区、服务台、阅读看台及多个标高的学生阅览阶梯平台,最终延伸至顶层电子阅览室。路径上均有坡道,可实现平台间的无障碍连通。

The semi-enclosed tubular reading spaces mainly accommodate the faculty reading room and book storage areas, corresponding in elevation to the floors. The stepped and tubular reading spaces adopt large-span oblique box and rectangular cross-section beams, both supported by the core tubes at the two ends of the atrium. This configuration allows the atrium to have large-area slanted high windows, bringing the greenery of the outdoor large trees indoors. Meanwhile, the tubular reading rooms use continuous strip windows to establish a visual connection with the atrium.

半封闭的管状阅览空间则主要容纳教师阅览室与藏书区,其标高与楼层相对应。阶梯及管状阅览空间采用大跨度斜向箱型与矩形截面梁结构,均架设于中庭两端的核心筒上。由此,中庭得以实现大面积的斜高窗,将室外大树的绿意映入室内。同时,管状阅览室利用通长条窗,建立与中庭的视觉联系。

Integration of Structure and Equipment
Exposed fair-faced concrete panels made of bamboo plywood are extensively used both inside and outside the library, where the structure serves as the material and defines the space. The smooth fair-faced concrete is combined with solid wood flooring, balustrades, and bookshelves to balance the sculptural quality and intimacy of the interior space. Equipment pipes extend from the core tubes on both sides of the atrium and are laid out in the beam cavities between the large-span structures.

结构设备一体化
图书馆内外大量使用了光面竹胶板的清水混凝土,结构既是材料,也定义了空间。光滑的清水混凝土与实木地板、栏板及书架相结合,平衡了室内空间的雕塑感与亲切感。设备管道从中庭两侧的核心筒内接出,排布于大跨结构间的梁腔里。

The ground is an elevated system, accommodating sprinkler pipes or air ducts to maintain the integrity of the fair-faced concrete surface. The air supply terminals are integrated into fixed facilities such as bookshelves, desks, and balustrades, achieving an integrated design of architecture, structure, equipment, and decoration.

地面为架空做法,容纳喷淋管或风管,以保证清水混凝土表面的整体性。空调出风末端整合在固定书架、桌面、栏板等设施内,实现建筑、结构、设备、装修的一体化设计。

This project primarily employs sectional studies to integrate spatial form, structure, and equipment requirements. Furthermore, through Revit model verification and full-discipline BIM coordination during the construction phase, a high degree of completion was ensured for the complex spaces and fair-faced concrete structures.

本项目主要采用剖面推敲整合空间形式、结构与设备需求,并通过 Revit 模型复核与施工阶段的全专业 BIM 协调,确保了复杂空间与清水混凝土结构的高完成度。
