空间叙事与场所精神的精准融合：该项目最精妙之处在于建筑师say将深圳“因海而兴”的城市基因与品牌“温柔的力量”内核巧妙嫁接，通过“都市船坞”这一核心概念，构建了一个充满张力的叙事空间。设计从借喻船厂工业结构出发，将坚韧的工业语汇转化为对当代女性气质的隐喻，实现了文化母题与商业展示的深度融合，而非简单的形式模仿。这种基于地方文脉和品牌哲学的整体设计策略，赋予了空间独特的场所精神和情感共鸣，是高水平商业空间设计的典范。

结构美学与材料肌理的精细演绎：在空间细节上，设计对结构元素的转译达到了高度的抽象与精致化。中央四组玻璃钢陈列装置是对船坞“牛腿”结构的诗意重构，通过一体成型工艺实现光滑的“牛腿柱”与穿透性的金属“牛腿梁”的结合，展现了“包裹的精致”与“裸露的坚韧”的对比。这种对结构逻辑的坦率表达（如裸露螺栓连接）与材料的细腻处理（玻璃钢、麻石），不仅满足了展示功能，更形成了独特的视觉语言，体现了结构美学在零售环境中的创新应用。

光影与界限的策略性处理：建筑师通过对透明性、序列感和光影的精妙控制，有效组织了空间流线和体验层次。全透明玻璃立面模糊了室内外界限，使店铺成为城市中的“展陈窗口”。内部空间通过麻石地坪的连续性引导，并以纯白墙面清晰界定功能区域，实现了前场体验与后场支持的高效区隔。尤其在夜间，灯光策略将焦点从结构转向产品，以柔和光线衬托服装的柔软，使“粗粝支撑柔软”的主题得到最终升华，展现了建筑照明在烘托商业氛围中的决定性作用。

From the architect. Sage presents its new store at Shenzhen Bay MixC, expecting the space to interpret the brand core of "gentle power." Drawing from Shenzhen's urban DNA of "rising from the sea," say borrows from the industrial structure of shipyards to construct an "Urban Shipyard" where gentleness and resilience coexist.

The fully transparent glass facade completely dissolves the boundary between interior and exterior, transforming the space into an "Exhibition Window" continuously viewable within the urban scale. The bluestone flooring is uniformly laid from outside to inside, completing a silent transition of scenes. The space is divided into front and rear domains based on function. The front area serves as an open "Urban Shipyard," focusing on clothing display and experience; the rear area acts as a functional "Support Pod," clearly delineated by a pure white high-gloss wall, compactly housing auxiliary functions such as fitting rooms, cashier, and storage.
全透明的玻璃立面彻底消隐了室内外界限，使空间化为城市尺度中一道可被持续观看的“展陈窗口”。麻石地坪由外至内统一铺陈，完成场景的无声转换。空间依功能划分为前后场域。前场作为开放的“都市船坞”，专注于服装的展示与体验；后场则作为功能的“支持舱体”，以一道纯白的高亮墙面清晰界定功能区，集约地容纳了试衣间、收银与仓储等辅助功能。

The narrative core of the scene is anchored by four sets of fiberglass display installations. They are aligned along a curved trajectory in the center, slightly elevated one after another, forming a dynamic sequence resembling a fleet docking. The overall form of these four installations abstractly translates the "corbel" structures that bear weight in a shipyard: their vertical fiberglass bodies resemble simplified "corbel columns," realized through an integrated molding process, perfectly concealing the internal load-bearing structure to present only a smooth, complete surface; the horizontally connected metal perforated panels form the "corbel beams," eliminating the dullness of solid walls and allowing sightlines and light to pass freely through.
场景的叙事核心，锚定于四组玻璃钢陈列装置。它们沿弧线轨迹列于中央，一组较一组略微升高，形成如船队泊岸般的动态序列。这四组装置的整体造型，抽象并转译自船坞中承托重量的“牛腿”结构：其竖向的玻璃钢体犹如简化的“牛腿柱”，以一体成型工艺实现，内部承重结构被完美包裹，仅展现出光洁完整的平面；横向连接的金属洞洞板则构成了“牛腿梁”，消除了实墙的沉闷，让视线与光线自由穿透。

The two parts are connected by deliberately exposed bolts, frankly revealing the traces of "construction." This "wrapped refinement" and "exposed resilience," directly translated from structure, is the closest spatial interpretation of sage's clothing aesthetics and contemporary femininity.
两者通过刻意裸露的螺栓进行连接，坦率展露“建造”的痕迹。这种由结构直译而来的“包裹的精致”与“裸露的坚韧”，恰是 sage 服装美学与当代女性气质最贴切的空间转译。

After nightfall, the focus of the space shifts from "construction" to "treasuring" through light. By placing the softness of the clothing onto a rough texture, say reveals the essence of this "Urban Shipyard": a place that provides resilient support for softness.
入夜后，光线将空间的焦点从“构筑”切换至“珍藏”。通过将服装的柔软置于粗粝肌理之上，say 以此揭示这处“都市船坞”的本质：一处为柔软提供坚韧支撑的场所。
