“电脑主板”的系统化设计思维：项目设计的精髓在于以“电脑主板”为核心概念构建功能体系，这种类比思维极具创新性。总部大楼如“CPU”主导运营，核心的Ali-hub则被设计成标志性的“路由器”（不锈钢“飞碟”造型），成为视觉焦点。更巧妙的是，Ali-Bridge被构思为连接所有建筑的“电路线”，实现了人流和信息流的高效串联。这种将前沿科技概念具象化到建筑形态与流线设计中的做法，不仅强化了园区的科技属性，也生动展现了企业开放协作的企业文化。

Against the backdrop of Nanjing's rich historical heritage, the Nanjing Alibaba Center rises with a total development scale of nearly 900,000 square meters, standing as both Alibaba's largest development park to date and the most diverse project in collaboration with Benoy. Benoy provided design consultancy services throughout the entire process, from master planning to individual building design, guided by the core philosophy of "technology empowering life, nature integrated into space," creating a mixed-use landmark integrating industrial offices, social life, and trendy commerce, thereby redefining the "one-stop ecological community for talent hubs."
背靠金陵历史底蕴，南京阿里巴巴中心以近 90 万平方米的总体开发量拔地而起，既是阿里目前最大开发园区，也是 Benoy 与阿里合作项目中业态最丰富的一个。Benoy 全程提供从总体规划到单体建筑的设计咨询服务，以“科技赋能生活，自然融入空间”为核心理念，打造集产业办公、生活社交、时尚商业于一体的复合型地标，重新定义“人才聚集高地的一站式生态社区”。

At the initial design stage, the team deeply considered urban integration, rotating the entire building by 45 degrees. This achieved a true north-south orientation to ensure optimal daylighting and comply with energy-saving requirements, while simultaneously avoiding the "screen effect," allowing the architecture to naturally echo the city skyline. Using the "computer motherboard" as the core concept, an efficient functional system was constructed: the headquarters building acts as the "CPU," controlling the operational rhythm; the central Ali-hub draws inspiration from a "router," with its seamless stainless steel "flying saucer" shape, 37 meters in diameter, serving as a visual icon and an internet-famous landmark; the Ali-Bridge resembles "electrical wiring," connecting all buildings to ensure efficient flow of people and information, highlighting the company's inclusive and open character.

In terms of functional layout, the project breaks away from single-purpose office attributes. Jinling Tiandi, operated by Mixc Lifestyle, adopts a "natural stacked stone" design concept. Through staggered green terraces and natural materials, it seamlessly connects commercial spaces with the landscape, creating a unique "shopping in nature" experience and becoming a new destination for citizen leisure and social interaction. The office buildings, inspired by "CPU and optical fibers," feature glass curtain walls paired with metal lines, balancing a sense of lightness with depth. The Ali-Bridge uses "data transmission" as its creative inspiration, emphasizing speed and connectivity.
业态布局上，项目打破单一办公属性，万象生活运营的金陵天地以“自然叠石”为设计概念，通过错落绿化露台与自然材质，让商业空间与景观无缝衔接，营造“在自然中购物”的独特体验，成为市民休闲社交新选择。办公楼以“CPU 与光纤”为灵感，玻璃幕墙搭配金属线条，兼具轻盈感与层次感；Ali-Bridge 则以“数据传输”为创意，强化速度感与联动性。

Green sustainability concepts run through the entire design process, earning the project both LEED-CS Gold certification and Three-Star rating under the Green Building Evaluation Standard of China. Through low-reflectivity materials, roof gardens, over 20% outdoor shading facilities, and smart technologies, the park saves 4.13 million kWh of electricity annually, with energy consumption per unit area as low as 43.56 kWh/m²·a; the proportion of recyclable construction materials reaches 10% of the total weight. Sponge city design achieves a 76% control rate of annual runoff, indoor PM2.5 capture rate exceeds 90%, and operational carbon emissions are reduced by 40.09% compared to the baseline.
