The continuous, expansive horizontal office facades enclose the talent apartments, which both reinforces interaction with the city and naturally forms a buffer zone between the community and the urban environment, creating a stable and tranquil living environment in the bustling metropolis. A large-scale shared green space serves as a transition zone for space and function between the office area and the residential area, achieving efficient connection while ensuring relative independence for each.
The formal design adheres to minimalist modern concepts, with minimal material usage on the building facades, shaping the overall image with glass curtain walls complemented by reddish-brown aluminum panels. The horizontal office spaces, adapted to indoor needs, create a rhythmic and recognizable vertical facade texture through the contrast of angular indentations and the interplay of material transparency and opacity, breaking the continuity of the horizontal scale and optimizing the visual proportion of the long facade; the talent apartments use brownish-tan aluminum panels to outline horizontal lines, enhancing the expansive feel of the buildings. The simple materials and design techniques give the campus both formal unity and a contemporary aesthetic quality.

The project integrates the concept of sustainable development, considering Beijing's climate characteristics of hot and rainy summers and cold and dry winters: the office buildings are equipped with multiple stack ventilation atriums to optimize indoor ventilation, the enclosed campus naturally forms a "winter haven," and native, weather-resistant plants are selected for the campus to improve the ecological microenvironment.
On the technical level, a high-airtightness, low-energy consumption envelope structure is adopted, combined with permeable pavement and water-saving fixtures for efficient water resource utilization, supplemented by high-efficiency HVAC systems, energy consumption monitoring systems, and solar water heating systems to achieve all-dimensional energy-saving adaptation.
项目融入可持续发展理念，考量北京夏热多雨、冬寒干燥的气候特征：办公楼设置多个拔风中庭优化室内通风，围合式园区空间自然形成冬季 “避风港”，园区选用本地耐候植物，改善生态微环境。
技术层面，采用高气密、低能耗围护结构，搭配透水铺装与节水器具高效利用水资源，辅以高效暖通系统、能耗检测系统及太阳能热水系统，实现全维度节能适配。
