结构与表皮的构造一体化创新:在结构层面,通过优化梁柱尺寸(采用150x150钢构件),设计师实现了结构层与建筑表皮构造龙骨的深度融合。这种“构造合一”的策略不仅优化了结构效率,更在同一层面上综合整合了陶板墙、铝板、垂直绿化、玻璃移门等多种立面元素,实现了模数的统一和构造边界的平滑过渡,展现了对复杂构造系统的高度集成控制能力。
“零碳暗线”下的在地化精神表达:建筑师巧妙地利用陶板、回收材料(海洋塑料灰泥/板)以及光线,植入了一条关于“珍惜”和“零碳生活”的文化暗线,契合了中国人的生活信念。空间叙事上,通过明暗交替的水平线组织了可居可游的线性空间序列,模糊了室内外的界限,利用精心控制的天光和窗景,营造出“欲言但忘言”的东方意境。随机应变保留的天窗,更体现了对计划中“可控的惊喜”的珍视,使得建筑充满了生活化的诗意。
From the architect. On April 18, 2025, The Lake House Lifestyle Experience Center, designed by Wutopia Lab for C&D JIUHE in Shanghai's Daning Park, was completed and opened. On February 28, Yu Ting was asked to survey three potential sites in the park and select one for construction, requiring an architectural proposal, including interior, landscape, soft furnishings, and curation, that could guarantee an opening ceremony on April 18. Yu Ting eventually recommended the site located in the cove, which was formerly a waterside base. The park management's sole requirement was that the structure of the two existing houses could not be altered, nor could any millimeter of greenery or the two trees adjacent to the buildings. The client, however, wished to incorporate the ceramic curtain wall system previously used in residential buildings.
来自建筑师。2025年4月18日,Wutopia Lab受中建玖合委托在上海大宁公园内设计的The Lake House美好生活体验馆落成开放。2月28日,俞挺应要求去公园踏勘在三块基地,并选择其一建设,需要给出一个能保证在4月18日落成开幕的建筑方案,包括室内、景观、软装、策展方案。最后俞挺建议选择位于湾里原为水上基地的位置。公园方唯一的要求是不能改变两栋房子的结构以及任何一毫米的绿化和两棵贴着建筑的树。而甲方希望能用上在住宅楼上用过的陶瓷幕墙。

Yu Ting finally suggested choosing the site in the cove, which was originally a waterside base. The park’s only requirement was that the structure of the two houses could not be changed, nor could any millimeter of green space or the two trees next to the buildings. The client hoped to use the ceramic curtain wall material that had been used on residential buildings.

On March 5, the conceptual text proposal was approved.
On March 12, the meeting confirmed the execution of Wutopia Lab's design strategy: 1. Material Pre-decision: Selecting standardized materials that do not require custom molds; 2. Process Optimization: Adopting prefabricated components to reduce on-site wet work; 3. Design Coordination Integration: Comprehensively integrating complete professional systems—architecture, structure, interior, landscape, lighting, soft furnishings, signage, and curation—at the schematic design stage, synchronously locking down key materials and construction strategies. This strategy significantly compressed the construction period and provided a transferable template for rapid construction projects.

On March 13, the structural engineer decided to reduce the size of the beams and columns, using 150*150 steel columns and 150*150 steel beams. Combined with the façade construction and interior wall layout, this largely replaced the structural framework of the building, achieving a unification of the façade and structural layers. On this integrated structural layer, various forms such as aluminum panels, vertical greenery, sliding glass tracks, light-gauge steel interior partitions, and ceramic panel walls were integrated, realizing the unified module and smooth transition of construction boundaries favored by Yu Ting. For construction, taking advantage of the existing foundations on site, a cantilevered foundation was adopted near the water and at the lower southwest corner of the site, forming a base plane in the main functional areas of the building to facilitate rapid on-site construction.
3月13日,结构师决定缩小梁柱的尺寸,采用150*150的钢柱和150*150的钢梁。结合建筑表皮的构造和内墙的布置,大幅度的替代建筑构造龙骨,做到了表皮和结构层的构造合一,并在这个合一的结构层上综合铝板、垂直绿化、玻璃轨道移门、轻钢龙骨内隔墙、陶板墙等多种形式,做到俞挺喜欢的模数统一和构造边界平滑过渡。针对施工,他结合现场原有的基础,在临水面和场地较低的西南角采用悬挑基础,在地面主要建筑功能区域形成基面,方便现场快速建造的实现。

Mr. Zhu and Yu Ting confirmed over the phone to replace the aluminum-magnesium-manganese panels with aluminum panels for which waterproofing details are controllable. Yu Ting confirmed the principle of arranging 20x20 aluminum strips with a 100mm spacing. Thus, the 190-square-meter Lifestyle Experience Center began full-scale progress. On March 20, the signage system design was completed. On the 21st, all construction drawings were finished. Simultaneously, Wuto-Art soft furnishing and curation design started. On April 11, Yu Ting inspected the site. On the 14th, the architecture was completed. On the 16th, soft furnishings, exhibition, and signage installation were finalized. On April 18, The Lake House Lifestyle Experience Center officially opened as scheduled.
而朱总和俞挺电话是确认把铝镁锰板换成防水节点可控的铝板。俞挺确认20x20的铝装饰条间隔100毫米布置的原则。这样,总建筑面积约190平方米的美好生活体验中心开始全力推进。3月20日,标识系统设计完成。21日,所有施工图完成。同时Wuto-Art软装策展设计开始。4月11日,俞挺巡场。14日,建筑落成。16日,软装,展览,标识安装完成。4月18日,The Lake House美好生活体验馆如期正式开放。

The architects organized a zero-carbon storyline beyond light and space using ceramic panels, recyclable tiles, recycled ocean plastic stucco, recycled ocean plastic panels, mushroom leather, and light. This reinforces a core Chinese belief in cherishing resources, leading to the acceptance of zero-carbon living and the creation of a better life.
建筑师用陶板、可回收瓷砖、回收海洋塑料灰泥、回收海洋塑料板、蘑菇皮和光,组织了一条关于光线和空间之外的零碳暗线。这是强化我们中国人的一个生活信念,珍惜。进而去接受零碳生活,创造美好生活。

I organized the retained trees, vertical greenery, entrance hall, exhibition space, three differently themed VIP rooms, the verandah subtly moved by the willow, the platform, the boardwalk, and the cafe into a linear space where people can inhabit and wander, using alternating bands of light and shadow. This blurs the boundaries between indoors and outdoors and the sense of spatial direction. For example, in the VIP Room 1, visitors can sit down, and the window before them becomes a vivid painting. The skylight above quietly scatters light upon us—ah, here is something to speak of but better left unsaid.
我用明暗交替的水平线把保留的树,垂直绿化,门厅,展览空间,三间主题不同的VIP房间,柳浪微拂的敞廊,平台,栈道和咖啡馆组织成人在其中可居可游的线性空间。模糊室内外的边界以及空间的方向感。比如在VIP1房间里,大家可以坐下,眼前的窗户就是一幅生动的画。顶上的天光悄悄地散在你我身上,嗯,此处欲言但忘言。

Originally, I intended to design a staircase as an observation point in this skylight, but it was removed because the foundation did not permit it. However, retaining the skylight allows people to associate it with the 'tiger windows' of old Shanghai houses, or even form a positive/negative contrast with the tree hollow next to it. This was not a pre-planned design but an improvisation—isn't the joy of Chinese people found in having unexpected but controllable surprises within a plan? On the opening day, an elderly passerby gently touched the slightly pearlescent surface of the ceramic house for a long time, then smiled contentedly and walked away. This moment was beautiful.
这个天窗原本是我想设计一个楼梯作为瞭望。但地基不允许就去掉了。不过保留天窗会让人联想上海的老虎窗,甚至和边上的树洞形成正负形的对比。这不是事先设计的,而是随机应变的,中国人的乐趣不正是在计划中有一些意外但可控的惊喜吗?开幕那天,一个路过的老人用手轻轻抚摸瓷房子那个微微有珠光的表面,许久,微笑满足地离开。这一刻,是美好的。
