文脉传承与城市活力的融合：该项目成功地将定州悠久的历史文脉与现代城市发展需求有机结合。通过“拥抱园林”的规划姿态和城园共融的建筑意象，它不仅实现了“推窗见绿、出门入园”的生态目标，更通过场地一体化设计，将文化、体育、休闲功能嵌入城市生态肌理中，激活了公共空间活力。特别是在应对气候微气候调节方面的巧妙设计，体现了对地域环境的深刻理解和尊重，使建筑成为连接历史记忆与未来生活的场所。

空间设计与结构创新的体现：在空间营造上，项目展现了高度的复杂性和创造力。参数化渐变的“游云屋面”和二层连通空间，巧妙地将剧场、文化中心、体育馆等五大功能单体整合为一个流动的整体，鼓励了公共生活的自由穿梭与重构。树形钢柱支撑的轻盈大跨网格结构，结合具有白瓷质感的铝板和拉网吊顶，不仅在结构上实现了技术突破，更在视觉上呼应了定州白瓷的文化符号，体现了先进技术与地域文化精神的完美结合。

参与式设计与可持续发展的实践典范：项目深度融入了公众参与和可持续发展理念。通过邀请当地学子共同参与设计，项目成功构建了深厚的“归属感”，将建筑打造成一个具有市民基因的城市客厅。在技术层面，引入了参数化设计、BIM、MADAS等智能建造技术，确保了复杂结构的精准实现。同时，通过可再生能源应用和大规模绿化，项目在运营阶段实现了显著的碳减排效益，树立了现代城市公共建筑在社会责任和技术应用上的新标杆。

Nestled in Dingzhou, historically renowned as the "throat of the Nine Provinces and the strategic area of the Divine Capital," and a "Millennium Ancient County" recognized by the UN, the northern ecological new town is advancing towards a modern and ecological future, centering around four core sectors: culture, ecology, technology, and industry, located just 3 kilometers from the Northern Song Dynasty Kaiyuan Temple Pagoda.
自古便有“九州咽喉地、神京扼要区”美誉的定州市，是联合国命名的“千年古县”。距离北宋开元寺塔 3 公里的定州北部生态新城，以“文化、生态、科技、产业”四大板块为核心，推动城市扩容提质，迈向现代化生态化的未来。

The Dingzhou Cultural and Sports Center serves as a vital engine for the development of the new town, acting as a practical vehicle for the "Micro-Center" strategy within the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Through multi-dimensional linkages across culture, sports, and economy, it serves local public needs while strengthening regional synergy, becoming a crucial link connecting Beijing-Tianjin with Hebei county areas. The project is based on the concept of integrated culture and green space, creating an urban ecological complex that incorporates culture, sports, and leisure.
定州文体中心是定州新城发展的重要引擎，是京津冀协同发展“微中心”战略的实践载体，通过文化、体育、经济等多维度联动，既服务本地民生，又强化区域协同，成为连接京津与河北县域的重要纽带。项目以文绿一体为基调，打造出一个集文化、体育、休闲于一体的城市生态综合体。

The Dingzhou Cultural and Sports Center covers a total site area of 14.05 hectares, with a total construction area of 136,400 square meters, comprising five core building units: the Theatre, Cultural Center, Gymnasium, Public Fitness Center, and Exhibition Center, complemented by ancillary spaces such as the Garden Expo Tower and sunken courtyards. The design fully integrates contemporary concepts like participatory design, low-carbon environmental protection, extreme climate adaptation, and intelligent construction, aiming to enhance urban public vitality through the combination of ecology and technology.
定州文体中心总用地面积 14.05 公顷，总建筑面积 13.64 万平方米，包含五大核心建筑单体：剧场、文化中心、体育馆、全民健身中心和会展中心，并配以园博塔、下沉庭院等附属场所。项目设计充分考虑了民众参与式设计、低碳环保、极端气候、智能建造等现代理念，致力于通过生态与科技的结合，提升城市的公共活力。

The project adopts an integrated planning and design approach for the north and south sites, with building forms embracing the park landscape, creating an urban imagery of fused city and garden, perfectly aligning with Dingzhou’s ecological livability goal of "seeing greenery from windows and entering parks upon stepping out." The main building mass is set back to the northeast, dedicating the central public space to landscape features and fully linking with the southern park. In winter, the building volumes shelter the landscape from cold winds; in summer, the lake water and vegetation cool the southwest wind, creating a comfortable and pleasant microclimate.
项目采用南北场地一体化规划设计，建筑形体以“拥抱园林”的姿态，创造出城园共融的城市意象，完美契合定州市“推窗见绿、出门入园”的生态宜居目标。建筑主体退让至东北侧，将中心公共空间留给园林景观，与南侧公园充分联动。冬季，建筑体块为景观空间遮挡寒风；夏季，湖水和绿植为西南风降温，营造出舒适宜人的微气候。

The parametrically varying "Wandering Cloud Roof" and the level-two interconnected spaces bridging indoors and outdoors string the five venues into a single entity, generating multi-layered, multi-scaled, and multi-functional urban spaces that encourage free movement in non-commercial areas, reshaping public life. The large-span planar grid structure supported by tree-shaped steel columns, along with the lightweight aluminum roof panels and aluminum tension net ceilings, create a natural and organic texture through parametrically varying colors and perforation rates, paying homage to the texture of the Millennium Dingzhou White Porcelain. The Garden Expo Tower, as the project's highest point, not only offers excellent views for observation but also guides the sightlines toward the Kaiyuan Temple Pagoda in the ancient city of Dingzhou, creating a new experience of wandering and resting where past and present illuminate each other.
参数化渐变的游云屋面和二层跨越室内外的连通空间，将五个场馆串联成一个整体，营造出多层次、多尺度、多功能的城市空间，鼓励人们在非消费空间中自由穿梭，重构公共生活。树形钢柱支撑的大跨平面网格结构，轻盈的屋面铝板和铝拉网吊顶通过参数化变化的色彩与镂空率，形成自然有机的肌理感，致敬千年定州白瓷的质感。园博塔作为项目的制高点，不仅提供了登高远眺的绝佳视角，还将视线引向定州古城的开元寺塔，古今交相辉映，创造出漫游休憩的新体验。

Facing the gradual fading vitality of the old cultural buildings in Dingzhou, we chose "Co-construction" as our brush, inviting the future owners of this land—students from Dingzhou No. 1 Middle School—to jointly sketch their ideal vision. This is not just a renewal of space, but a practice of "sense of belonging"—when the voices of the users are heard, and when the footprints of citizens are integrated into the building's genes, the city truly gains breath and heartbeat. Here, everyone is a creator of space and a witness to the future.
面对定州市内老文化建筑逐渐褪色的活力，我们选择以“共筑”为笔，邀请这片土地的未来主人 —— 定州一中的学子们，一同描绘心中的理想图景。这不仅是空间的焕新，更是一场关于“归属感”的实践——当使用者的声音被倾听，当市民的足迹融入建筑的基因，城市便真正拥有了呼吸与心跳。在这里，每个人都是空间的创作者，也是未来的见证者。

The project emphasizes intelligent design, intelligent production, and intelligent construction. Parametric design was employed to model the fractal subdivision and gradient change in perforation rates of the complex curved surfaces, achieving precise division and optimized layout of the curtain wall unit panels, realizing human-machine collaboration via digital craftsmanship, and linking with intelligent construction. During construction, the complex steel structure and the large-span single-layer tensioned cable dome structure of the Exhibition Center were simulated and numerically controlled cut using BIM and MADAS technologies, ensuring high efficiency and precision in construction. Furthermore, the project utilizes renewable energy sources such as solar energy and air-source heat pumps, supplying over 80% of domestic hot water and swimming pool heating, which reduces carbon emissions by approximately 22.41 tons annually compared to using natural gas. The use of energy-saving lighting reduces carbon emissions by about 204.99 tons each year. With a base greening area of approximately 46,459㎡, carbon reduction reaches about 166.83 tons annually.
项目注重智能设计、智能生产与智能施工。采用参数化设计对异形曲面的三角分形和穿孔率梯度变化进行建模，实现了幕墙单元板块的精确划分与优化排布，以数字工匠达成人机协同，并联动智能施工。施工过程中，异形钢构和会展中心大跨单层张弦梁结构通过 BIM 和 MADAS 技术进行模拟与数控切割，确保了施工的高效与精准。此外，项目采用太阳能和空气源热泵等可再生能源，供给超过 80%的生活热水和泳池热水，比使用天然气每年可减少约22.41 吨的碳排放。使用节能灯具，每年可以减少约 204.99 吨碳排放。基地绿化面积约 46459㎡，每年减碳约166.83吨。

Since its opening in 2024, the Dingzhou Cultural and Sports Center has become a popular spot for leisure activities for citizens in Dingzhou and surrounding areas. The plaza has hosted large-scale municipal events such as National Day drone performances and Lantern Festivals; the Cultural Center is bustling with young townspeople studying diligently; and the Public Fitness Center has become the second-largest fitness center in Dingzhou by membership volume just two months after opening.
自 2024 年投入使用以来，定州文体中心已成为定州及周边地区市民休闲活动的热点场所。广场上举办了国庆无人机表演、元宵灯会等市级大型活动；文化中心里聚集着努力学习的小镇青年；全民健身中心开业两个月已成为定州会员量第二的健身中心。

Numerous large-scale events have also been held here: the Theatre hosted major stage experiential plays like "Return: Su Dongpo" and cultural performances by the Hebei Bangzi Troupe, promoting local characteristic culture and boosting Dingzhou's tourism development. The Gymnasium hosted the 2024 CBA Club Cup Group Matches and the Hebei Division matches for the 2024-2025 Chinese Women's Volleyball Super League. The Exhibition Center hosted medium-to-small trade fairs such as the 2024 China Dingzhou Sporting Goods Industry Development Conference and the first Dingzhou Auto Culture Expo in 2025, promoting the sustained development of Dingzhou's advantageous industries.
众多大型活动也在此举行：剧场举办了大型舞台体验剧《归来·苏东坡》、河北棒子剧团文化演出等，弘扬地方特色文化，助力定州市旅游发展。体育馆举办了 2024 年 CBA 俱乐部杯小组赛、2024-2025 中国女子排球超级联赛河北赛区比赛等，会展中心举办了 2024 年中国·定州体育用品产业发展大会、2025 年定州首届汽车文化博览会等中小型展会活动，促进定州优势产业的持续发展。
