城市有机嵌入与慢行网络构建：项目深度践行“公园城市”理念，成功将体育文化综合体无缝嵌入成都市天府绿道网络，实现了与周边重要滨江及山地公园的景观连续性。通过精心规划总长10公里的分级绿道系统，平衡了自行车骑行与步行的需求，并在关键节点部署绿道驿站，形成了一个全面覆盖的慢行网络。这种策略极大地提升了场地的可达性和空间体验的趣味性，使建筑群成为一个富有吸引力的城市活力核心。

多标高立体公园系统构建：设计通过创新的“内心外环”双层公园结构，构建了一个多层次、连续且立体的绿色空间系统。建筑组团围合出核心绿地，外围设置景观带，并以放射状通廊连接，整合形成广阔的中央体育公园。更关键的是，项目利用地面绿化、6米标高的空中活力环以及屋顶花园，创造了不同高度的公园体验，实现了建筑与自然的无界融合，提供了层次丰富的沉浸式生态空间。

文化语境的现代转译与性能表皮：设计策略上巧妙地融合了地方文化元素与现代建筑技术。主体建筑采用“合而不同”的策略，核心体量强化表现，附属建筑则以六边形编织肌理展开，形成清晰的层次关系。立面设计参考非遗技艺进行现代转译，并通过参数化渐变开孔的幕墙系统，实现了遮阳性能（提升30%-60%）与自然采光的平衡。这种“川味蜀韵”与高性能表皮的结合，展示了传统文化在当代语境下的创新实践。

The design adheres to the planning concept of "Park City," organically embedding the project into the Tianfu Greenway network of Chengdu, achieving landscape continuity with the Tuojiang Riverside Park and Aoshan Park.

By constructing a tiered greenway system with a total length of 10 kilometers, the project coordinates the needs of bicycle riding and walking. Greenway station nodes adopt an evenly distributed strategy to form a complete slow-traffic network coverage, significantly enhancing the accessibility and spatial interest of the site, and shaping a city vitality core with sustained appeal.
通过构建总长 10 公里的分级绿道系统，统筹自行车骑行与步行尺度需求。绿道驿站节点采用均衡分布策略，形成完整的慢行网络覆盖，显著提升场所的可达性与空间趣味性，塑造具有持续吸引力的城市活力核心。

<p's multi-level park system: The building clusters enclose a 150-mu core green space, while the periphery creates an 80-mu circular landscape belt with building setbacks of 30-50 meters, featuring ginkgo corridors and fitness trails. Seven radial landscape corridors connect the inner and outer rings, integrating to form a 450-mu central sports park for the city, establishing a complete green space system for the central urban area. Through a multi-elevation greening system comprising ground landscaping, a 1.2-kilometer elevated vitality ring at the 6-meter elevation, and a 3000 square meter rooftop garden, a continuous and three-dimensional park system is constructed, organically merging architecture with nature to create an unbounded immersive ecological space. Various elevation levels interpenetrate, forming a richly layered three-dimensional park experience.

The design uses the 6-meter elevated vitality ring as the main spatial axis, integrating the functional modules of the north and south zones. By placing the main entrances at the vitality ring level, the ground space is fully returned to the city, forming a continuous public interface. Approximately 5000 square meters of uninterrupted ground space is released, allowing urban public activities to naturally permeate into the building interiors, creating an all-weather urban vitality venue. Above, a sequence of three-dimensional public spaces is established through outdoor balconies at different elevations and rooftop gardens, meeting diverse needs such as performance viewing and leisure, while also creating a multi-layered architectural experience.
设计以 6 米标高架空活力环为空间主轴，整合南北区功能模块。通过将主要入口设于活力环层，将地面空间完整归还城市，形成连续的公共界面。释放出约 5000 平方米的完整地面空间，使城市公共活动自然渗透至建筑内部，形成全天候的城市活力场所。上部通过不同标高的室外阳台及屋顶花园建立体公共空间序列，既满足观演、休闲等复合需求，又创造了多层次的建筑体验。

For the multi-volume, large-scale cultural and sports center, the overall form adopts a "united yet distinct" design strategy—the gymnasium and grand theater, as core buildings, use a folding geometric logic to enhance volumetric expression, while other ancillary buildings unfold with a hexagonal weaving texture, forming a hierarchy of main and subordinate elements on the facade. The broadcasting and television center tower continues the linear weaving language, establishing facade order through the rhythmic arrangement of vertical components. The overall white palette creates a unified architectural context, providing a neutral background for dynamic cultural and sports activities. Based on environmental performance simulation, the curtain wall system adopts a parametric gradient opening strategy, with opening ratios varying between 5% and 50% according to functional requirements, creating an adaptive skin system that balances shading performance (30%-60% improvement over conventional) and natural lighting, organically integrating traditional cultural elements with modern architectural performance.
