The building plot is located near the Municipal Stadium of Aveiro, serving as a support facility for the training and official matches of young teams. The project includes four football fields, an ancillary facility with changing rooms, public stands, parking facilities, and free facilities.

All functions are concentrated in one building, with the public stands facing the fields on each side, and the remaining functions located underneath. Connecting all functions and the two public stands within a single unit optimizes public circulation, reduces building materials, construction costs, and construction time.

Under the pretext of housing the technical functions that support the sports activity, we introduced a social layer at the top of the building, placing the two stands facing the fields on opposite sides.

The construction and functional distribution of the building generate a series of situations where public activities can take place and a stronger sense of community can be felt. The bar near the entrance and the signage of all public elements are wrapped in the same yellow color, marking the areas exclusively dedicated to public service.
