项目亮点:杭州市第一人民医院桐庐医院项目在设计之初就展现出对当地自然环境的深刻理解。设计团队巧妙地将桐庐“富春山居”的意境融入建筑,体现了对地域文化的尊重和呼应。建筑选址于高铁未来城,毗邻交通枢纽,预示着其承担的区域医疗中心的定位。更令人印象深刻的是,项目采用了全钢结构,并达到绿色三星的标准,体现了对可持续发展的承诺,以及对建筑技术和环保理念的积极探索。项目在满足功能需求的同时,也赋予了建筑独特的个性和文化内涵。
设计精髓:该项目最显著的特色在于其创新的三叶草型护理单元布局。这一设计突破了传统医院的平面布局模式,通过共享电梯厅连接三个护理单元,实现了采光、通风和交通效率的优化。这种设计不仅提升了病房的舒适度,也为未来多学科联合诊疗(MDT)预留了空间。此外,项目在视觉上采用了宽敞的医疗主街,串联各个功能模块,方便患者就医。立面设计上,银色渐变铝板与蓝灰色玻璃的结合,在现代感中融入了地域特色,兼顾了美观与实用,体现了对细节的极致追求。
技术亮点:项目在技术层面也颇具创新性。全钢结构的采用,不仅提升了建筑的建造速度,也降低了材料的损耗,更符合现代绿色建筑的发展趋势。在有限的造价约束下,设计团队通过优化曲线和立面细节,实现了轻盈、现代的建筑外观。同时,项目中均质化的模块空间设计,为医院运营提供了灵活性和可扩展性。这些都体现了设计团队在控制成本和保证质量之间的巧妙平衡。项目还注重人性化设计,比如在裙房设计中,入口处的柱廊和飘顶营造了舒适的过渡空间,体现了对患者和医护人员的关怀。

The First People's Hospital of Hangzhou, Tonglu Hospital, is located in the future urban area of Tonglu High speed Railway, adjacent to Tonglu Station of Hangzhou Huangshan High speed Railway. With the "Fuchun Mountain Residence" atmosphere of Tonglu as the background, it is a comprehensive tertiary hospital with all steel structure and three green stars. The total land area of the project is about 70000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 202000 square meters, including about 139000 square meters above ground and about 63000 square meters underground, with a total of 1100 beds.
杭州市第一人民医院桐庐医院位于桐庐高铁未来城区块内,毗邻杭黄高铁桐庐站,以桐庐“富春山居”的气质为背景,建设全钢结构、绿色三星的综合性三甲医院。项目总用地面积约 7 万平方米,总建筑面积约 20.2 万平方米,其中地上约 13.9 万平方米,地下约 6.3 万平方米,总床位数 1100 床。

Green Clover, Shanshui Future City The relocation design of Tonglu Hospital began before the global COVID-19 in 2019. In order to alleviate the pressure of diagnosis and treatment in provincial-level tertiary hospitals and improve the medical service level of county-level hospitals, Tonglu has selected the new campus of the People's Hospital in the future city of high-speed rail. The surrounding roads are flat and surrounded by mountains not far away, revealing the beautiful atmosphere of Tonglu's "Fuchun Mountain Residence". And this undeveloped land in the future new city also urgently needs a leader with a space that matches its temperament.
绿色三叶草,山水未来城
桐庐医院的迁建设计,始于2019年全球新冠疫情之前。为缓解省级三甲医院的诊疗压力,同时提升县级医院的医疗服务水平,桐庐将人民医院新院区选址于高铁未来城,基地周边道路平整,不远处群山环绕,显露出桐庐“富春山居”美景的气质。而这块未来新城未开发的土地,也亟待一座空间气质相符的引领者。

In the design phase of 2020, county-level hospitals of this scale are representative of large-scale and high-density newly-built hospitals. Design returns to the essence of architecture, starting from the narrow square shape of the site. Due to the non north-south orientation of the base, which presents a 35 degree angle, the design innovatively uses a clover shaped nursing unit for the first time: three nursing units are set up on the same floor, with a shared elevator hall in the center. This model not only provides sufficient sunlight and ventilation for three nursing units at the same time, improves the efficiency of transportation, but also adapts to the development of key departments and the needs of large wards, and reserves the possibility for carrying out MDT (Multidisciplinary Joint Diagnosis and Treatment).
在方案设计阶段的 2020 年,此规模的县级医院属于新建医院中大规模、高密度的代表。设计回归建筑本源,从场地狭长的方形出发。由于基地非正南北朝向,呈现35度的偏角,设计首次创新地使用三叶草型护理单元:将三个护理单元同层设置,中央设置共享的电梯厅。这种模式不仅同时为三个护理单元提供足够的日照与通风,提高了交通核的使用效率,更适应重点科室的发展和大型病区的需求,为开展 MDT(多学科联合诊疗)预留可能。

Visually, starting from the high and bright outpatient hall, the spacious and column free medical main street connects various outpatient modules and medical technology functions, reaching the inpatient elevator hall surrounded by multiple elevators and connecting to the inpatient lobby. In practical use, patients can see the division and orientation of outpatient and various medical technology functions in the spacious medical street indoors, and can clearly identify the direction and easily reach them. The leaf shaped integrated main building, in order to continue the continuous landscape atmosphere of the Fuchun Mountain Residence, outlines the end and skyline with micro curves. The administrative and infection buildings on both sides are surrounded by the comprehensive building, reflecting the undulations of the distant mountains. The combination of silver gradient aluminum panels and blue grey glass presents a subtle dialogue between the past and the future in terms of time and space.
在视觉上,以通高明亮的门诊大厅为起点,宽敞、无柱遮挡的医疗主街连通各门诊模块和医技功能,到达多部电梯环绕的住院电梯厅,并连通住院门厅。在实际使用过程中,就诊患者在室内宽敞的医疗街内即可看到门诊与各医技功能的划分与方位,可清晰地辨明方向,便捷地到达。叶片式的综合主楼为了延续富春山居图延绵的山水意境,以微曲线勾勒端部及天际线。两侧的行政楼与感染楼顺势与综合楼呈环抱之势,映衬着远处群山的起伏。银色渐变的立面铝板与蓝灰色玻璃的组合,委婉地呈现过去与未来的时空对话。

Resilience design and elastic space
The design of medical buildings should be guided by functionality and based on the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment; On the other hand, hospital buildings have returned to serving users, no longer being cold "treatment machines", but creating service-oriented spaces for patients, families, medical staff, logistics, and more. In order to achieve the optimal layout of medical processes within a limited space, the hospital has set up homogeneous modular spaces to cope with functional efficiency, adaptable and flexible spaces to cope with diverse services, and an open, people-oriented, and service-oriented core to enhance the overall spatial quality.
韧性设计及弹性空间
医疗建筑的设计,一方面需以功能性为主导,以诊疗的高效性为前提;另一方面医院建筑回归到为使用者服务,不再是冰冷的“治疗机器”,而是为患者、家属、医护、后勤等创造的服务性空间。为在有限的场地内实现医疗流程的最优排布,医院设置了均质化的模块空间以应对功能高效,以可适应性的弹性空间来应对多元服务,以开放、人本、服务为核心,提升整体的空间品质。

In the design of the podium, the entrance space is equipped with colonnades and floating roofs. The rhythmic sequence of colonnades not only provides shade and shelter for pedestrians, but also transitions indoor and outdoor spaces with grey space, bringing a touch of classical beauty and warmth to the cold and serious hospital. In the design of the outpatient department, the outpatient modules are arranged on both sides of the medical street, separated by a skylight courtyard. The modular design provides a homogeneous waiting space and examination room space, with functional layouts categorized based on organ diseases. Three sun sharing areas with different orientations have been set up around the central transportation core between the three nursing unit modules in the inpatient building. Combined with the uniqueness of its design, this square space with ample natural lighting can serve as a leisure area for medical staff or a communication space for patients' families.
在裙房的设计中,入口空间设置了柱廊与飘顶。节奏感序列的柱廊,不仅为行人提供了遮阴避雨的屋面,而且以灰空间过渡室内与室外、紧张与放松,为冰冷严肃的医院带来一丝古典的美与温暖。在门诊的设计中,门诊模块布置在医疗街的两侧,以采光庭院为间隔。单元化模块提供了均质的等候空间和诊室空间,以器官疾病为分类设置功能布局。在住院楼三个护理单元模块之间,围绕中央交通核设置了三块不同朝向的阳光共享区。结合造型的独特性,这片拥有充足采光的方整空间,可成为医护的休闲场所,也可设置为病患家属的交流空间。

In the post pandemic era, the construction of green three-star hospitals with all steel structures has been vigorously carried out in various regions. The large scale, short cycle, and fast pace of hospital construction have also posed a series of problems for the design and construction of hospitals. This project adopts a fully steel structure, which is more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly than concrete buildings. The prefabricated construction greatly improves the construction speed. The completion of the project also provides valuable construction experience for the practice of steel structure in the field of hospital construction.
全钢结构的绿色三星医院
后疫情时代,各地的医院建设如火如荼的展开,医院建设的体量大、周期短、节奏快也给医院的设计和施工抛出了接踵而至的问题。本项目采用全钢结构的形式,钢结构较混凝土建筑更加节能环保,装配化的建造大大提升了建造速度。项目的落成也为钢结构形式在医院建造领域的实践提供了宝贵的建造经验。

Light curves and low-cost control
Although the building presents light curves at the ends and skyline, the internal functional spaces are all designed modularly. In order to shape a sense of future within a limited cost, the building has repeatedly optimized the curvature of its curves and the width of its facade lines, achieving the lowest cost all steel green building three-star hospital with the most standardized modules.
轻曲线与低造价控制
建筑虽在端部与天际线呈现轻曲线,但内部功能空间均为模块化设计。为在有限的造价之内完成未来感的塑造,建筑多次优化曲线的弧度及立面的线条宽窄变化,以最优标准化模块实现了最低造价全钢结构绿建三星医院。
