高效便捷的就医流线设计：徐汇区中心医院项目在设计之初，就充分考虑了周边社区老龄化程度较高的问题，因此在流线设计上采取了清晰明了的策略。通过将垂直交通核心筒集中设置在中部，并利用一条贯穿南北的医疗主街串联所有医疗科室，极大地缩短了患者的步行距离，降低了老年患者在就医过程中的焦虑感。这种设计不仅提高了就医效率，也体现了对患者，尤其是老年患者的关怀。同时，整个流线的设计都以患者为中心，简化了复杂的就医流程，体现了以人为本的设计理念。

立体有序的交通规划与场地利用：面对场地狭窄以及紧邻城市主干道的挑战，该项目采用了立体有序的交通规划，实现了快速的交通疏解。通过将车辆引导至地下一层的落客区，避免了地面的拥堵，体现了对城市交通的尊重。人车分流的设计也极大地提升了医院内部的安全性，保证了医护人员、患者和访客的通行效率。此外，设计中对地下空间的合理利用也堪称亮点，包括下沉花园的设计，为地下空间提供了充足的采光和通风，也为患者和医护人员营造了舒适的环境，体现了设计师对细节的极致追求。

人性化的疗愈环境与社区融合：项目最大的亮点在于其对疗愈环境的打造。医院充分利用了毗邻上海植物园的优势，将病房朝向设计为朝南，让患者可以俯瞰公园美景，从而起到舒缓情绪的作用。三层通高的中庭和下沉花园的设计，更是引入了自然光，创造了明亮舒适的就医环境。此外，医院的开放性也是一大特色，它将院内景观对公众开放，让居民可以在其中散步和休憩，将医院与社区紧密联系在一起，实现了建筑与环境的和谐共生，体现了设计师对社会责任感的担当。

Shanghai Xuhui District Central Hospital is a member unit of the medical consortium of Zhongshan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University. It relocated to a new campus near Shanghai Botanical Garden in February 2024. The scale of the new campus has expanded fivefold compared to the old site, with a project area of 53000 square meters and a total construction area of nearly 220000 square meters. It consists of a medical center, medical podium, and comprehensive building.
上海徐汇区中心医院是复旦大学附属中山医院医疗联合体成员单位，2024年2月迁址至上海植物园附近的新院区。新院区的规模较旧址扩大了5倍，项目占地面积5.3万平方米，总建筑面积近22万平方米，由医疗中心、医疗裙房及综合楼组成。

Perkins& Will has created an efficient functional layout for Xuhui District Central Hospital around the goal of becoming an "international and domestic first-class regional medical center", meeting the medical needs of the general public.
该项目是附近几公里内唯一一家三级综合性医疗机构，服务辐射周围100多万居民。Perkins&Will围绕“国际国内一流区域医疗中心”的目标，为徐汇区中心医院打造了高效的功能布局，满足了广大群众的就医需求。

Concise and clearMedical consultationStreamline
Considering the high degree of aging in the area where Xuhui District Central Hospital is located.. For the convenience of residents in the area seeking medical treatment, the hospital design adopts a clear and concise medical flow line. By concentrating the vertical transportation core in the middle and connecting all medical departments through a north-south medical main street, the anxiety of elderly patients has been greatly alleviated.
简洁清晰的就诊流线
考虑到徐汇区中心医院所在的区域老龄化程度较高。为方便该区域的居民就医，医院设计采用了清晰明了的就诊流线。通过将竖向交通核集中布置在中部，并利用一条贯穿南北的医疗主街串联所有医疗科室，极大地缓解了老年患者的焦虑情绪。

Three dimensional and orderly traffic planning
In order to solve the challenges of narrow site and close proximity to urban main roads, Xuhui District Central Hospital has adopted a three-dimensional and orderly design to achieve rapid traffic evacuation.. After entering from the north side, the vehicle is quickly guided to the drop off area on the basement level at the back of the building. Patients can enter through the outpatient lobby on the basement level after getting off, avoiding a large amount of traffic stopping and causing congestion on city roads.
立体有序的交通规划
为了解决场地狭窄和紧邻城市主干道的挑战，徐汇区中心医院采用了立体有序的设计，以实现快速疏解交通。车辆从北侧进入后，迅速引导至建筑背面的地下一层落客区，患者下车后可通过地下一层的门诊大堂进入，避免大量车流停靠对城市道路造成拥堵。

The ground transportation organization adopts a strategy of fast and slow zoning and separation of people and vehicles to ensure safe and convenient passage for doctors, patients, and visitors. The traffic quickly enters the underground garage from the entrances and exits at the north and south ends, and surrounds the outside; The flow of people passes through the hard ground and square surrounding the main medical building, intersecting inside.
地面的交通组织采用了快慢分区和人车分流的策略，确保医患和访客能够安全便捷地通行。车流从南北两端的出入口迅速进入地下车库，环绕于外；人流则通过环绕医疗主体建筑的硬地及广场，交汇于内。

Comfortable and pleasant healing environment
The east side of the site is adjacent to Shanghai Botanical Garden, with unique natural resources.. The building fully utilizes the natural environment by placing all wards facing south, allowing patients to overlook the beautiful scenery of the park. The three story atrium is spacious and bright, with natural light introduced through a large glass curtain wall, allowing patients and visitors to feel warmth and relaxation when entering the hospital; The waiting area for medical treatment faces the garden and is equipped with sufficient rest seats, providing patients with a relaxed and comfortable medical environment.
舒适惬意的疗愈环境
场地东侧紧邻上海植物园，拥有得天独厚的自然资源。该建筑充分利用自然环境，将所有病房设置在朝南位置，使患者可以俯瞰公园美景。三层通高的中庭宽敞明亮，通过大面积玻璃幕墙引入自然光，让患者和访客在进入医院时就能感受到温暖和放松；就诊等候区面向花园，配备充足的休息座椅，为患者提供轻松舒适的就医环境。

Due to the tight land supply in the center of Shanghai, a large number of functional buildings have been arranged underground. This plan designs three sunken gardens to create a good ecological environment for the underground medical space, making it easy for patients and visitors to identify their direction when moving underground. The elliptical sunken courtyard on the west side is designed specifically for the drop off area of motor vehicles, and the beautiful garden landscape makes the underground drop off process comfortable and enjoyable. The outpatient lobby on the basement level is adjacent to the sunken courtyard, spacious and bright, and patients can easily reach the ground levels through escalators.
由于上海市中心用地紧张，大量功能用房被布置在地下，该方案设计了三个下沉花园，为地下医疗空间创造了良好的生态环境，使患者和访客在地下层活动时也能轻易地辨识方向。西侧的椭圆形下沉庭院专为机动车落客区设置，优美的花园景观使地下落客变得惬意愉快。地下一层的门诊大堂紧邻下沉庭院，宽敞明亮，患者可通过自动扶梯方便地到达地面各层。

The underground staff restaurant is located adjacent to the sunken courtyard, and the large glass windows bring the natural scenery of the courtyard into the interior. Medical staff can immerse themselves in the lush greenery of the courtyard while dining, allowing them to find peace and relaxation amidst their busy work schedule.

This design plans the hospital building to be located on the east side of the site away from residential areas, and the research complex building to be placed on the west side of the site near residential areas, minimizing the impact of hospital buildings on residential areas.. Xuhui District Central Hospital not only provides medical services, but also strives to integrate into the area where it is located, and the landscape inside the hospital is fully open to the public. Surrounding residents can take a walk and rest in the hospital's courtyard and garden, enjoying the greenery and peaceful environment here. The open space of hospitals has become a part of residents' daily lives, strengthening the connection and interaction between hospitals and surrounding areas.
建设为融入周边环境的区域医疗中心
该设计将医院建筑规划在远离住宅的场地东侧，将科研综合楼布置于靠近居民区的场地西侧，尽量减少医院建筑对居民区的影响。徐汇区中心医院不仅提供医疗服务，还致力于融入其所在的这片区域，院内景观对公众完全开放。周边居民可以在医院的庭院和花园中散步和休息，享受这里的绿化和宁静环境。医院的开放空间成为居民日常生活的一部分，加强了医院与周边区域之间的联系与互动。
