项目亮点：深业上城LOFT项目最突出的亮点在于其对城市肌理的巧妙回应与重塑。设计团队将原本单一的超高层综合体，转化为富有层次和活力的城市“微缩景观”。通过“人工山”的意象，巧妙地消解了超高层建筑带来的压迫感，并与周边的山体景观形成呼应，提升了整体环境的和谐度。这种设计策略不仅在视觉上营造了舒适感，更在功能上实现了居住、办公、商业与文化空间的有机融合，打破了传统城市空间的分隔，构建了一种全新的、多维度的城市生活方式。这种对城市文脉的尊重和创新，是项目最核心的价值所在。

设计精髓：项目的精髓在于其对空间多样性和功能混合的极致追求。设计团队通过对不同区域的差异化处理，创造了丰富多样的空间体验。A区采用高层LOFT，强调灵活性和居住舒适度，B区引入“黑盒子”小剧场，激活文化氛围，C区则打造了“村落”般的办公空间，营造亲切感。D区通过内庭院、架空平台等设计，丰富了办公空间的层次。这种精细化的空间营造，满足了不同人群的需求，也使得项目本身具备了更强的吸引力。同时，项目强调垂直交通与水平空间的互联互通，促进了人流的流动和不同功能之间的互动，创造了充满活力的城市生活场景。

技术创新：除了空间布局上的创新，该项目在材料和建造技术方面也展现了卓越的专业水准。A区立面采用“拧麻花”的格栅设计，在保证通风和采光的同时，也赋予了建筑独特的视觉效果，这种设计既美观又实用。B区外立面使用灰白色陶板，质感粗犷，营造出一种返璞归真的氛围，体现了对材料本身的尊重。C区的组团式建筑布局和内街设计，体现了对人性化尺度和街区肌理的深刻理解。D区在立面设计中融入贯通的大洞，不仅增加了建筑的采光和通风，也提升了建筑的空间感。这些技术细节的运用，使得项目在整体上达到了技术与艺术的完美统一。

The base is a high-end complex consisting of 6 super high-rise office buildings, hotels, and business apartments, adjacent to the core circle of Shenzhen CBD and located between two major city center parks. The design task of Urban Practice is to build a 100000 square meter residential and office loft on top of its large shopping center, which covers an area of over 60000 square meters.
基地为包含6栋超高层办公、酒店及商务公寓的高端综合体，毗邻深圳CBD核心圈，位于两大城市中心公园之间。都市实践的设计任务是在其占地逾6万平方米的大型购物中心顶部，建造10万平方米的居住及办公 LOFT。

To alleviate the enormous vertical pressure of the super high-rise building on the plot itself, we have created two artificial mountain shaped volumes using larger residential and office LOFT areas, responding to the huge scale of the super high-rise tower and echoing the surrounding Lianhua Mountain and Bijia Mountain.
为消解地块自身的超高层垂直向的巨大压力，我们利用面积较大的居住 LOFT和办公 LOFT营造出两座人工山形体量，回应超高层塔楼的巨大尺度，并呼应周边的莲花山和笔架山。

At the same time, a quiet space is enclosed inward, connecting the high-density office LOFT on the 3rd and 4th floors with a detailed pedestrian street, forming a small town with varied heights and rich spatial changes. The LOFT theater, exhibition and trading center, and other public activity spaces are included, gradually transitioning from the "big" and "real" outer areas to the dynamic "small" and "virtual" inner areas. Allowing commercial, office, and residential people to move in the same block has created a new model of settlement style street life that integrates residential, office, commercial, and cultural spaces.
同时向内围合出一个安静的空间，以细致的步行街道联结3-4层的高密度的办公 LOFT，排列出一个高低错落，空间变化丰富的小镇，其中纳入 LOFT剧场、展示交易中心等公共活动空间，从外围的“大”和“实”逐渐过渡到内部“小”而“虚”非常有活力的区域。让商业、办公与住宅人流在同一街区活动，创造了一种居住、办公、商业与文化空间融合的聚落式街道生活新模式。

The standard floor height of the LOFT main building in Zone A is 9 meters, which can be flexibly divided for use; Set up outdoor corridors on both the north and south sides, with good ventilation and sun protection; Each household has a private courtyard, which ensures both communication and privacy between neighbors. The facade adopts the gray white "twisted Fried Dough Twists" grid style to maximize the performance of the material itself.
A区居住LOFT主体标准层高9米，可灵活划分使用；于南北两侧设置外廊，通风防晒良好；户户拥有私家庭院，邻里之间既有交流，又保证了私密空间。立面以灰白色“拧麻花”的格栅样式力求将材料本身的性能发挥到极致。

The B district hotel and office LOFT enclose an inner courtyard with two buildings, and a "black box" small theater is set up in the center to activate future regional cultural activities. The exterior is made of gray and white ceramic panels, with a rough texture, giving people a feeling of returning to simplicity.
B区酒店及办公 LOFT以两栋建筑围合出一个内院，中央设置“黑盒子”小剧场激活未来区域文化活动，外立面灰白色陶板，粗糙的质感，带给人返朴归真的感受。

The LOFT office in Zone C is composed of more than 20 small buildings with 3-4 floors, forming a "village". The buildings are arranged in clusters, with each cluster forming its own courtyard. The internal alleys are 4-6 meters wide, and there are open squares between the clusters. The street width is 8-15 meters.
C区LOFT办公由二十多栋3~4层的小型建筑组合成“村落”，建筑呈组团式排列，每个组团自成院落，内部小巷宽4~6米，而组团之间为开放广场，街道宽度为8~15米。

The office and commercial platforms are connected by vertical transportation, allowing office workers to stroll down the commercial street and continue working upstairs. They can live in the north A area and visit exhibitions in the south D area. Shenye Shangcheng LOFT has created a multi-dimensional lifestyle with a new architectural space model.
办公与商业平台之间以竖向交通连接，办公人群下楼即可漫步商业街，上楼又可继续工作，往北A区可居住，往南去往D区可看展览，深业上城 LOFT以新的建筑空间模式创造了多维度的生活方式。

Zone D is another "mountain" located on the south side of the base, facing Zone A. As part of the construction of the government, its function was initially set as headquarters office. The depth of the building volume is relatively large, ranging from 26m to 56m. By setting through large holes on the building facade, setting up internal courtyards in different areas, and setting up elevated platforms at the end where it combines with commerce, the levels of indoor and outdoor space are greatly enriched. The office space in the middle aisle of the building connects multiple different levels of space such as inner courtyards, rest halls, and outdoor elevated platforms, forming a rich spatial experience.
D区是位于基地南侧与A区相望的另一座“山体”，作为还建政府的部分，它的功能最初被设定为总部办公。建筑体量的进深较大，有26m至56m不等，通过在建筑立面设置贯通的大洞，在不同区域设置内天井，端头与商业结合的位置设置架空平台，极大的丰富了室内外空间的层次，建筑内中走道办公空间，串联了多个内院、休息厅，室外架空平台等多个不同层次的空间，形成丰富的空间体验。
