Industrial environment adaptability design
The scheme adopts the modular residential building concept, achieves flexible use needs for current and future needs through a clear structural system (prefabricated 3D modular construction), and supports functional conversion.. The architectural language continues the industrial characteristics of the original textile factory on the site and forms a dialogue with the surrounding environment.

The design achieves the transition from municipal roads to residential areas through a gradient spatial sequence: the main road entrance porch air corridor system forms a "three-dimensional external channel".. These corridors not only serve as entry and exit filters, but also promote neighborhood interaction through shared public spaces.
