The lobby of the tower has been redesigned to highlight the strong and powerful structural rhythm of the building. A detailed study of the original architectural blueprint reveals a spectacular diagonal structure hidden above the ceiling. Nowadays, this structure is exposed and covered with materials that match the exterior facade of the building, achieving seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The lobby has been restored to its full height, complemented by towering glass curtain walls that allow light to penetrate into the indoor space, while also allowing office tenants and visitors to relive the peaceful natural environment.

There are cafes, flower shops, and bookstores in the lobby, fully reflecting the unique atmosphere of the local community, allowing visitors to feel tranquility and comfort from the moment they step in. The lobby is made of exquisite materials such as oak, marble, and terrazzo, echoing Pereira's original design style. Behind the lobby, the tower's ancillary buildings have been renovated - new skylights and glass curtain walls have been added - allowing natural light to fill the entire space while taking in the magnificent scenery of the park.

There are nearly 50 mature redwoods planted in Pan American Sequoia Park, which were transplanted from the Santa Cruz Valley in 1974 and have now grown to over 100 feet tall. This renovation not only upgraded the park, but also activated the surrounding area of the site through the addition of landscape design. Mark Twain Alley - this alley that extends from Sansome Street - is lined with Oriental Bauhinia trees on both sides, adding seasonal color to the space. At the end of the alley is the podium of the Pan American Pyramid, which gathers carefully selected cafes, shops, and restaurants.
