Shenzhen Qianhai Longwan International Talent Apartment has welcomed its first batch of residents, which is a new type of building dedicated to serving professionals with a focus on work. The two connected towers designed by Foster+Partners have a fan-shaped layout to optimize visibility and lighting, maximize external privacy, and provide a centralized shared living space at the center of the proposal.
深圳前海珑湾国际人才公寓迎来了首批住户,这是一个专门服务于以工作为中心的职业人士的全新建筑类型。由 Foster+Partners 设计的两座相连的塔楼呈扇形布局,以优化视野和采光,最大程度地保证外部的隐私,并在方案中心提供集中的共享生活空间。

Luke Fox, head of Foster+Partners studio, said, "Our design responds to the unique needs of this type of resident, cleverly balancing privacy and exclusivity, creating a relaxing community atmosphere. The tower provides shared space on each floor, showcasing the magnificent view of the atrium while providing natural ventilation and controlled lighting. The two apartment towers reach a height of 180 meters and are connected to the surrounding urban green belt through a large public garden on the ground floor, thereby expanding the walking experience on the ground floor. The green platform on the second floor seamlessly connects with the elevated pedestrian network in Guiwan, providing transitional space between adjacent sites and creating an urban oasis for the public to enjoy.
两座公寓塔楼高达 180 米,在首层通过大型公共花园与周边的城市绿带相连,从而扩展了地面层的步行生活体验。二层的绿化平台与桂湾的架空步道网络无缝连接,为邻近场地之间提供了过渡空间,创造了一个供公众享受的城市绿洲。

As residents climb up each floor of the building, green terraces can be seen, providing shared leisure space for each floor. When residents step out of the elevator, they can feel the refreshing and ceremonial experience created by the green plants on the terrace.
随着住户在楼内逐层上行可见到绿化露台为每一层都提供了共享休闲空间。住户从电梯走出时就能感受到露台上绿植所营造出的令人心旷神怡和具有仪式感的达到体验。

The sky garden of the tower is a shared space for all residents to use. Here, a spectacular panoramic view of the city can be provided, making it convenient for various activities such as fitness classes, gatherings, and other planned events. Each sky garden is a three story high space, equipped with sunshade louvers and lush vegetation, creating a more private and unique atmosphere.
塔楼的空中花园是供所有居民使用的共享空间。这里可提供壮观的城市全景,并便于开展多种活动,如健身课程,聚会以及其他策划活动。每个空中花园都是一个三层通高的空间,配有遮阳百叶和茂盛植被,营造出更加私密和独特的氛围。

The layout design of residential units is highly flexible and can be combined or split in the future. Modular construction allows for a large number of components to be prefabricated and assembled by factories, saving time and ensuring quality control. This project has reduced implicit carbon emissions by minimizing the use of on-site concrete as much as possible. The entire above ground structure is mainly composed of lightweight steel, which is manufactured by factories in nearby areas. The building curtain wall also maximizes the use of prefabricated unit module systems produced and assembled by factories.
居住单元布局设计极具灵活性,未来可以进行组合或者拆分。模块化建造允许大量构件由工厂预制生产组装,从而可以节省时间并确保质量控制。本项目通过尽量减少现场混凝土使用降低了隐含碳排放。整个地上结构主要由轻质钢材构成,这些钢材均来自于附近地区的工厂制造。建筑幕墙也最大化的采用了由工厂生产组装的预制单元模块系统。
