整体规划与功能布局：该项目最令人印象深刻的亮点在于其整体规划的策略性。设计师将产业园的功能性需求与企业形象提升完美结合，打破了传统工厂与办公区之间的界限。 “总部型工厂”的理念体现了设计师对未来工业建筑的深刻理解，不再仅仅满足于生产和物流功能，而是将其打造成为企业展示自身实力和文化的重要窗口。九宫格布局的设计，则高效地整合了生产、配送和研发，形成了一个高效运转的“枢纽型立体物配格局”。这种布局不仅优化了空间利用，也为员工、访客创造了流畅、立体的交通流线，体现了对未来工厂发展趋势的精准把握。

核心设计理念与建筑语言：项目的核心设计理念“六边形战士”极具创意，将建筑形态与企业精神紧密结合。设计中，以“数据之芯/文化展厅”为核心的形象区，如同园区的“脑机”，掌控并驱动着整个园区。六边形元素在建筑设计中的运用，赋予了建筑庄严、现代的视觉效果。研发楼的“ZS”造型，则巧妙地表达了企业的多元文化。此外，“结晶”的隐喻巧妙地融入厂房设计，六边形交织的通透立面和如地堡般闪耀的仓库，兼顾了功能性与美观性。建筑语言的运用，使得整个产业园在视觉上更具辨识度，更富有现代感和科技感。

景观设计与生态环境的融合：除了建筑本身的亮点，该项目在景观设计方面也展现了卓越的专业素养。设计师利用“谷”的概念，在厂房之间创造了一个带状的绿地，不仅美化了环境，也为员工和访客提供了休憩和交流的空间。通过连廊、叠石、水景和LED屏幕的线性串联，打造了一个立体的超线公园，使得整个园区更具活力和吸引力。这种将景观设计融入整体规划的设计手法，回应了在工业园区中对生态环境的重视，体现了可持续发展的理念。这种设计不仅提升了员工的工作体验，也为企业树立了良好的社会形象。

The project is located in the science and technology innovation sector of Tongxiang City, with a total area of approximately 450000 square meters in the first phase. It is expected to become a centralized production and research and development base for Zhenshi new materials after completion, and a demonstration park for the new generation of Zhenshi industrial factories.
项目地处桐乡市科创板块，一期总面积约四十五万余方。预计建成后作为振石新材料的集中生产和研发基地，是新一代振石产业工厂的示范园区。

Headquarters type factory
The factory is the headquarters, based on scale. We hope to reconstruct the concept of future factories, making them not only production and logistics bases, but also important image windows for industrial companies.. Furthermore, it breaks down the impression barriers caused by different emphases and cost levels between factories and offices.

工厂即总部，以规模为依托，我们希望重构未来工厂的概念，使之不仅仅是生产和物流基地，更是实业公司重要的形象窗口。进而打破工厂与办公传统因侧重不同和成本高低带来的印象壁垒。

Concept · Hexagonal Warrior
Starting with a nine grid layout
At the beginning of the planning, we aimed to create a hub type three-dimensional material distribution pattern that integrates production, distribution, and research for efficient operation. This will create an interwoven network of three-dimensional flow in the entire park during production, work, and visits, forming an orderly grid space and creating a three-dimensional hexagonal warrior..

起九宫格布局
规划之初，我们力图打造产/配/研为一体高效运转的枢纽型立体物配格局，让整个园区在生产/上班/参观中形成立体分流的交织网络，形成井然有序的宫格空间，打造一个立体六边形战士。

The "core" of brain computers
The image area is centered around the Data Core/Cultural Exhibition Hall.. The core of the industry is like the brain computer of the park, and also like the spiritual fortress and gatekeeper of the park, controlling and driving the entire park. The core building is like a huge hexagon, creating a sense of solemnity at a super scale; The soft and varied surface of the facade provides a gaze that resembles the eyes of a wilderness.
束脑机之“芯”
形象区以数据之芯/文化展厅为核心展开。产业之芯如同园区脑机，亦如园区精神堡垒兼园区门卫，控制及驱动着整个园区。芯大楼如一个巨大的六边形，营造出超尺度的肃穆感；立面柔和变化的表皮提供与旷野眼眸似的对望。

Exhibition of R&D Wings
On both sides of the brain computer core, the R&D building uses a three-dimensional "ZS" to symbolize the multi-dimensional corporate culture of the owner.. The horizontal linear grille enhances the green building of the building and creates a delicate atmosphere in the new material technology of the park.
展研发之“翼”
脑机之芯两侧，研发楼以立体“ZS”寓意业主多维的企业文化。横向的线性格栅强化了建筑的绿建，也营造出园区新材料科技之中的细腻。

The "Crystal" of Li Technology
The back of the image area is the factory area;; We use crystallization as a metaphor, where hexagons interweave to form transparent facades; Logistics is the hub of the production area, with heavy trucks entering and exiting, and a giant sculptural unloading canopy as the foundation, creating a delicate warehouse facade on top that shines like a bunker; Roof parking is installed above the factory warehouse, combined with photovoltaic technology to form a top-level design for efficient operation.
立科技之“晶”
形象区背面是厂区；我们以结晶为喻，六边形交织成通透的立面；物流是生产区的枢纽板块，重卡进出，有巨型雕塑感的卸货雨棚为基础，烘托出其上细腻如散热口的仓库立面，如地堡般熠熠生辉；厂库之上设屋面停车，结合光伏形成高效运转的顶层设计。

The Valley of Ecological Preservation
The valley is a strip of green space between factories at the end of the axis.. Functionally, it provides a flow of visitors to the park and optimizes the environmental quality of employees' commuting routes. Using the concept of "valley", respond to the strip-shaped barrier space squeezed by the factory area, and soften the cold ice feeling brought by the glass with "green valley". By linearly connecting corridors, stacked stones, water features, and LED screens, a three-dimensional super line park is formed.
留生态之“谷”
谷在轴线尽端，是厂与厂之间的带状绿地。功能上提供园区来宾的参观流线，以及优化员工上下班途经的环境品质。以“谷”为概念，回应被厂区挤压的带状壁垒空间，用“绿谷”柔化玻璃带来的冷冰感。将连廊、叠石、水景、LED巨幕通过线性串联，形成一个立体的超线公园。
