Dynafit Headquarters Building/BAROZZI VEIGA

The volume composition of the building aims to enhance the sense of height, cleverly echoing elements such as surrounding hills and valleys. The building adopts a vertical form that combines privacy and commemoration, maximizing the height on the vertical facade while striving to present a more human scale effect on the inclined side. This contrast not only makes the building stand out in the environment, but also creates a visual dialogue between the building and nature.

Despite the seemingly simple scale of the project, its cross-sectional design presents a rich sense of space, enhancing the experience for both staff and visitors in this multifunctional building. Through the diverse perspectives provided by different spaces, it promotes interaction and communication between them. The interior of the building is designed as a bright and efficient open space system, adopting a simple structural layout. By concentrating the service core area at both ends of each floor, efforts are made to achieve maximum efficiency in space utilization.

In response to the characteristics of the brand's products, lightness, efficiency, and technology have become prominent features of the exterior facade system of this building. This system can protect buildings from solar radiation and allow people to always have a panoramic view of the surrounding scenery. The exterior adopts a diagonal metal grid pattern, which not only enhances the geometric sense of the building volume, but also gives the entire building complex a dynamic and intricate external image; This image will transform its simple geometric form into a vibrant and complex visual experience throughout the day, as reflected light changes.

This building presents a simple, abstract, and slightly mysterious volume form. With its geometric shape and abstract characteristics, it strives to establish a sufficiently close connection with the surrounding landscape and integrate into it, becoming a part of the landscape. In this relationship, architecture does not avoid having its own unique meaning and distinct personality identity.
