丹棱老峨山居度假酒店 / 門口建筑工作室

整体设计理念与环境融合:设计师匠心独运,将建筑的形态与老峨山独特的红砂岩地貌完美融合。建筑外立面采用与红砂岩颜色相近的材料,使其仿佛从山体中生长出来,浑然一体。这种设计理念不仅是对地域文脉的尊重,更是对环境的巧妙呼应。建筑师通过对“何时进入建筑”这一问题的思考,巧妙地利用蜿蜒的山路、林间的缝隙、以及“山影堂”的视觉引导,层层递进地揭示建筑的入口,营造出一种引人入胜的体验。这种设计手法赋予了建筑一种仪式感,让进入的过程本身就成为一种享受。

功能布局的创新与独立性:该项目在功能布局上展现了卓越的创造力。设计师将酒店分割成四个独立的体块,并根据地形和视野进行精细的旋转和调整,保证了每个体块的独立性,也降低了建筑的体量感。这种设计策略使得每个房间都能拥有绝佳的视野,同时创造出多样的空间体验。公共区域的布局也颇具亮点,不同标高的功能空间形成了独特的场域,赋予了每个功能区域独特的个性和魅力。这种灵活的功能布局不仅满足了酒店运营的需求,也为未来的功能调整留下了充足的余地,体现了设计师对建筑生命周期的深远考量。

游览路径的独特与趣味性:设计师在“如何让普通酒店变得有趣”的问题上给出了精彩的答案。通过设计独立的环形爬山路径,将酒店与周围环境巧妙地连接起来。这条路径串联起远山、茶田、莲池等景观,使游客在建筑中也能体验到如同在画中游览的乐趣。这种设计赋予了酒店独特的吸引力,使其不再仅仅是一个住宿场所,更是一个可以深度体验当地文化和自然风光的场所。这种对人行尺度的关注,对游览体验的重视,以及对传统文化的戏拟,都使得这个项目在众多酒店设计中脱颖而出,展现出建筑师对酒店空间的深刻理解和创新精神。

Lao'e Mountain is located on the southwest edge of the Chengdu Plain, as if red sandstone suddenly rises from the underground of the Chengdu Plain, with an elevation of 1100 meters. The mountain is surrounded by rows of osmanthus trees, bamboo forests, and tea fields, creating a beautiful environment. The project site is located on the only flat land halfway up the mountain, and the original site was a government guesthouse. On the north side of the base, there are layers of tea fields, and on the south side, there is a river valley with a wide view. The red sandstone mountain slowly unfolds along the valley, resembling the sleeping posture of a Buddha lying down. Therefore, some people associate this with a "sleeping Buddha". Anyway, the mountains, valleys, and surrounding tea fields of Lao'e Mountain, as well as the regularly rising cooking smoke, emit a calm atmosphere far away from the city from the base.
老峨山在成都平原的西南边缘,仿佛是成都平原地下的红砂岩突然涌起,海拔直接拔升到 1100 米,山上桂树成行、竹林成片、茶田依依,环境优美。项目基地在半山腰仅有的一块平地上,原址是一个政府的招待所。基地北侧靠山,是一层层茶田,南侧朝向河谷,视野开阔,红砂岩的山体沿山谷徐徐展开,像是佛陀躺下的睡姿,于是有人附会这是一尊“睡佛”。不管怎样,老峨山山体、河谷和周遭的茶田,还有定时升起的炊烟,基地里散发出远离城市的平静。

What form should this building be presented in? The design team attempted to answer these three questions with one building.

Question 1: When can I enter a building.

Entering Lao'e Mountain, climbing continuously through the winding mountain road - the mountain road turns along the valley, crosses the bridge and passes through the forest, and on the other side of the valley is the mountain of the "Sleeping Buddha". The exposed red sandstone reminds us that the Sichuan Basin is a huge red sandstone. The color of the hotel's exterior walls must be like red sandstone. When the line of sight can pass through the gaps in the forest and see the "Mountain Shadow Hall" on the top floor of the building, the Mountain Shadow Hall protrudes from the main body of the building, like a bird detached from the building, hanging on the branches. This is the first impression that this red sandstone like building gives people. When the red building rises in the red sandstone boulder, we enter the building.
这栋建筑应该以什么样的形式呈现,设计团队试图以一栋建筑来回答这三个问题。

问题 1:何时才能算进入一栋建筑。

进入老峨山,通过曲折蜿蜒的山路不断爬升------山路沿着山谷转折,过桥穿林,在山谷另一侧就是“睡佛”的山体,红砂岩裸露在外,一直提醒着我们四川盆地是一块巨大的红砂岩这个事实。酒店的外墙颜色必定是如同红砂石一般。当视线可以穿越林间的缝隙,看到建筑顶层的“山影堂”,山影堂挑出建筑主体,如同一只脱离建筑鸟儿,悬挂在枝头。这是这栋红色的如同红砂岩的建筑给人的第一印象。当红色建筑在红砂岩巨石中升起后,由此我们进入了建筑。

Question 2: What kind of functions is considered perfect for a hotel?

The hotel building is divided into four independent blocks and finely rotated according to the terrain and view, giving each block its own sense of direction and independence while also reducing its size. The first floor of the hotel is a public area, with a conference center, lobby, concierge entrance, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants arranged in a row. Because it conforms to the existing terrain, the functional elevations of each part are different, forming different fields accordingly, giving each function its own sense of domain and uniqueness. All guest rooms are located between the common areas on the ground and top floors, facing a panoramic view that is refreshing and relaxing. The corridors are wrapped in tea fields and bamboo in the back mountain, providing a sense of security. Each function has a different spatial atmosphere, which determines others' perception of the building. I believe that even if the future hotel use changes, these spaces can still showcase their charm: this is the perfect display of the building's functions.
问题 2:一个酒店什么样的功能才算是完美的?

酒店建筑被切分成四个独立的体块,并根据地形和视野做了细微的转动,使每个体块拥有自己的方向感和独立性,同时也减小了体量。酒店的一层是公共区域,会议中心、大堂、礼宾入口、咖啡厅酒吧和餐厅一字排开。因为顺应现有地形,各部分功能标高不同,顺势形成不同的场域,使各功能有自己的领域感和独特性。所有的客房在底层和顶层公共区域之间,都朝向视野开阔的景观面,令人心旷神怡,走廊在后山的茶田凤尾竹包裹之下,充满安全感。每一个功能有不同的空间氛围,空间氛围确定了他者对建筑的感知,我相信,即使未来酒店用途有改变,这些空间依旧能展现自己的魅力:这才是建筑功能的完美展现。

Question 3: How can ordinary hotels become interesting?

If the scale of the hotel is in harmony with the mountains, we use architectural elements such as corridors, zigzag staircases, and walkways that are close to human scale to connect and overlay them. Form a complete circular mountain climbing path that connects the entire building. This independent tour route does not overlap with the hotel's main functions, but can return to any function of the hotel. On this tour route, one can overlook distant mountains, get up close to tea fields, pass by lotus ponds and pavilions, and feel like a traveler in a painting, giving people a rich experience. It simulates a scene of ancient people climbing and looking into the distance.
问题 3:普通的酒店如何变得有趣?

如果说酒店的尺度是和山呼应的话,我们用回廊、之字形楼梯、步道等近人尺度的建筑元素,以串联与叠加的方法。组成一条完整的环形的爬山路径,串联整个建筑。这条独立的游线不跟酒店本体功能交叠,但又能回到酒店的任一功能里。在这条游览线路上,可以远眺远山,可以近观茶田,路过莲池,亭榭,人宛如画中游,给予人丰富的体验,戏拟了一次古人登临远眺的场景。
