之仓咖啡厅 / MOS 木石设计

场地与环境的对话：之仓咖啡的设计巧妙地回应了其所处的特殊环境。项目选址于西安汉长安城遗址区的米禾农场，设计者深刻理解到场地的重要性，并以此为出发点。首先，设计团队充分利用了农场原始地势高低不平的特点，打造了错落有致的行走路线。其次，咖啡馆的选址在农场的制高点，视野开阔，设计团队巧妙地利用了现有的树木，围合出三角形空间，为建筑的设计提供了灵感。这种对场地条件的细致分析，体现在了建筑与周围环境的和谐统一，以及对自然景观的充分尊重。项目不仅仅是建筑，更像是对场地文脉的解读和回应。

“光的容器”的建筑理念：“光的容器”是这个项目的核心设计理念，也是其最大的亮点。设计师将建筑定位为光的容器，并通过钢结构、大面积玻璃等元素来实现这一概念。朝南倾斜的钢结构骨架和透明玻璃的组合，使室内空间通透、开放，最大程度地引入自然光线和农场景观。夜晚，通过室内灯光和北侧的灯带，咖啡馆则化身为“灯塔”，在夜幕下散发光芒。这种白天与夜晚的不同呈现方式，丰富了人们对建筑空间的感知。更值得称赞的是，设计团队还通过钢制连廊和螺旋楼梯，创造了室内外空间的连接，为观赏日落提供了理想的场所，体现了对光线和景观的极致追求。

材料与细节的匠心独运： 除了整体概念和空间布局，之仓咖啡在材料的选择和细节的处理上也体现了设计师的匠心。东立面采用天然雪松木片，呈现出不规则的渐变色彩，与周围的绿色环境形成和谐统一，又富有特色。西侧立面的横窗设计，将外部景色引入室内，让空间更具通透性。内部的枫树等植被、零售区、以及艺术品展示柜的布局，都巧妙地营造了轻松、自然的氛围。这种对材料的精细选择和细节的精心处理，使得建筑本身不仅仅是简单的空间，更像是一件精美的艺术品。整个项目都体现了设计师对品质的追求，以及对材料特性的深刻理解和运用。

Zhicang Coffee is located in Mihe Farm, in the Weiyang Palace Site area of the Han Chang'an City outside the northwest second ring road of Xi'an. The farm was originally located in Lixiahao Village, one of the 33 existing villages within the Han Chang'an City Site. In recent years, under the dual strategy of site protection and urban renewal, Li Xiahao has taken "site+block" and "site+characteristic countryside" as its development goals, striving to preserve the original village style while continuing local culture and promoting the integration of large site protection into modern human life.
之仓咖啡坐落于米禾农场，位于西安西北二环外的汉长安城未央宫遗址区，农场所在区域原本是汉长安城遗址城址内现存 33 个村庄之一的李下壕村。近几年，在对遗址保护和城市更新的双重策略下，李下壕以“遗址+街区”、“遗址+特色乡村”为发展目标，力求在保留原始村落风貌的基础上，延续乡土文化，推动大遗址保护融入现代人居生活。

In this context, Mihe Farm emerged. On the one hand, the natural scenery of the farm can maximize the continuation of the rural atmosphere of the village. On the other hand, the rural wildness in the concept of the farm also meets the pursuit of natural, green, and healthy lifestyles by people living in cities. Zhicang Coffee is one of the first brands to settle in Mihe Farm. The purpose of the project is to enrich the diverse business formats of the farm and provide a relaxing and scenic coffee drinking place for visitors.
在这样的背景之下，米禾农场应运而生，一方面，农场的自然风貌能够最大限度延续村落的乡土气息，另一方面，农场概念中的乡郊野趣也满足了生活在城市中的人们对自然、绿色、健康生活方式的追求。之仓咖啡是米禾农场第一批入驻的品牌，项目的功能出发点，在于充实农场的多元业态，为游玩的客人提供一处可休憩、可观景的喝咖啡场所。

02 Site Conditions
Mihe Farm has preserved the original uneven terrain characteristics of the site as a whole, forming a staggered and surrounding walking route.. Zhicang Coffee is located on a high ground in the center of the farm, with a broad view from the farm's vantage point. Preliminary survey of the original site revealed the planting of trees with varying degrees of density. The trees near the east and north sides were denser, while there were only a few sparse ones on the west and south sides. These trees collectively enclosed a triangular open space with a certain degree of height difference variation.
02 场地条件
米禾农场整体保留了原始地势高低不平的场地特性，以形成错落、环绕的行走路线。之仓咖啡选址于农场中心区位的高地之上，在农场的制高点位置，视野开阔。初步勘测原始场地，栽种着疏密程度不同的树木，靠近东侧和北侧的树木比较茂密，西侧和南侧则仅有稀疏的几棵，这些树木共同围合出一个接近三角形的空地，且存在着一定的高差变化。

Based on the above investigation and intuition of the site, the design team first conceived the concept of a triangle, and then derived a triangular prism geometric building, which is a rectangular prism facing downwards. By flipping the triangular prism 90 degrees, the building has a natural sense of shelter and can cope with the changing weather on high ground with a more stable structure; At the same time, the upward gathering trend formed by the triangular prism architecture from bottom to top makes the coffee shop more focused on the high ground of the farm, creating a layered and progressive sense of fun from the high ground.
基于以上考察情况和对场地的直觉，设计团队首先构想出一个三角形的概念，继而推导出一个三棱柱几何体建筑，也就是矩形面朝下，将三棱柱翻转 90 度，这样一来，建筑有了天然地庇护感，且以更加稳定的结构应对高地之上多变的天气；同时，三棱柱建筑自下而上所形成的向上聚拢态势，使咖啡馆在农场的高地之上更为聚焦，于制高点的制高点，产生层层递进的趣味感。

03 Container of Light
Zhicang Coffee, as the name suggests, has the meaning of "container". This is also the original intention of the brand's establishment, to express the richness of local space based on different regional landscapes and cultures.. The Mihe Farm, where Zhicang Coffee is located, is situated in the Han Chang'an City Ruins area outside the West Second Ring Road in Xi'an. With a balance between development and protection, the surrounding area of the farm, which covers an area of over 300 acres, has not undergone large-scale urban development. Standing at the project site, the view is broad, and if the weather is clear, one can enjoy a beautiful sunset.
03 光的容器
之仓咖啡，“仓”字顾名思义，有着“容器”的涵义，这也是品牌成立之初，想要传达的，根据不同地域景观、文化来表达在地空间丰富性的初衷。之仓咖啡所在的米禾农场，位于西安西二环外的汉长安城遗址区，在开发和保护的平衡下，占地 300 余亩的农场周边并没有进行大规模的城市发展，站在项目所在地，视野开阔，如果天气晴好，能够收获一场美丽的日落。

So, the concept of "container of light" naturally became the project intention of Zhicang Coffee at Mihe Farm, and the design concept was also developed from this. The main structure of the building is a steel structure. The steel structure skeleton tilted towards the south is fully exposed, and transparent glass is filled between the skeletons to make the interior more transparent and open. The southern farm landscape can penetrate into the interior, achieving the integration of the building and nature. The large area of glass also provides ample sunlight during the day.
于是，“光的容器”这一概念，很自然地成为之仓咖啡在米禾农场的项目立意，设计理念也由此展开。建筑主体结构为钢结构。朝向南边倾斜的钢结构骨架充分地暴露出来，在骨架之间填充透明玻璃，使室内更为通透、开放，南边的农场景观得以渗透进室内，实现建筑与自然的相融，大面积的玻璃，也使得白天照进室内的光线极为充足。

In order to provide a platform for outdoor sunset viewing, the design team built a steel corridor on the south side of the building and extended it indoors. Through a spiral staircase near the entrance, the walking path from the first floor to the second floor corridor and to the outdoor boardwalk was achieved. On the north facade, in addition to retaining a small part of the "breathing sensation", the design team added a bottom plate and a sun panel inside and outside the steel structure, and added multiple horizontal light strips in the interlayer between the steel structure and the sun panel.
为了提供一个可在户外观赏日落的平台，设计团队在建筑南侧搭建了一个钢制连廊，并将连廊延伸至室内，通过一个靠近入口处的螺旋楼梯，实现一层至二层连廊、至户外栈道的行走路径。北边立面，除了保留了一小部分的“呼吸感”，设计团队在钢结构的内与外，分别增加了底板和阳光板，并在钢结构与阳光板的夹层中，增设多条横向灯带。

During the day, Zhicang Coffee is a container that emits light. As night falls, the design team hopes it will be a "lighthouse", with the transparent glass on the south side of the building releasing indoor light sources and the light strip on the north side illuminating the outside. In this way, the differentiated expression of the north and south facades between virtuality and reality, openness and concealment, enriches people's perception of architectural space both indoors and outdoors.
白天，之仓咖啡是盛放光的容器，夜幕降临，设计团队希望它是一个“灯塔”，建筑南侧的透明玻璃可以释放室内光源，而北侧则通过灯带向外照明。这样一来，在虚与实，开放与遮蔽之间，南北两个立面差异化的表达，无论在室内还是室外，人们对建筑空间的感知都变得丰富起来。

On the east side of the building is the entrance to the caf é, which naturally extends along the farm ramp. The east facade is triangular, echoing the concept of a farm. The design team chose natural cedar wood chips stacked layer by layer on top of the facade. Due to the varying shades of each piece of wood, the overall color presents an irregular gradient, making the building jump out of a green space.
建筑东侧是咖啡馆的入口，沿着农场坡道会自然的延伸至这里。东侧立面为三角形，呼应农场概念，设计团队选择了天然雪松木片层层堆叠立面之上，由于每一片木头的颜色深浅不一，整体呈现出不规律的渐变色彩，使建筑在一片绿意之中跳脱出来。

There are lush trees on the west side of the caf é, and the design team has opened a horizontal window on the west facade to allow the scenery to seep in. In addition to providing coffee drinks, the brand hopes to integrate coffee bean retail areas and art stores into the space to match operational needs. The design team placed the coffee operation desk on the north side of the space and the retail area facing the west side horizontal window, thus enclosing an open seating area. The art product display cabinet is located near the spiral staircase, so that customers can pay attention to it in the walking line upstairs, increasing interaction with art products. Due to the policy regulations of the land where the project is located, trees need to be planted inside the building. Therefore, the maple trees and other vegetation inside, the frame scenery on the west side, and the vast fields projected into the south side fill the entire space in a fresh and relaxed natural environment, and the building becomes a part of nature in a more hidden posture.
咖啡馆西边儿有着繁茂的树木，设计团队在西侧立面打开一扇横窗，让景色渗透进来。除了提供咖啡饮品，品牌希望能够在空间融入咖啡豆零售区和艺术商店，匹配运营需要，设计团队将咖啡操作台放置在空间北侧、零售区则在面对西侧横窗的位置，从而围合出一个开放的座位区，艺术商品展示柜靠近旋转楼梯，以便顾客在上楼的行走动线中，视线可以关注到这里，增加与艺术商品的互动。由于项目所在用地的政策规定，需在建筑内部栽种树木，于是，室内的枫树等草木、西侧的框景，以及南侧投射进来的广阔田野，让整个空间充盈在一片清新舒展的自然系场域中，建筑也以更加消隐的姿态成为自然的一部分。
