小河边住宅,山村里的“粗野派” / xiān 氙建筑
设计理念的深度与纯粹:该项目最引人入胜之处在于其深刻的设计理念和对环境的精准回应。设计师敏锐地捕捉到了九渡河的特质,以及北方山地的苍茫与力量,并以此为出发点,构建了一个极具个性的居住空间。设计者将“粗野派”建筑风格融入其中,不仅是对建筑形式的探索,更是对自然力量的一种回应与致敬。项目摒弃了繁复的装饰,转而强调建筑体量与环境的对话,以及人与自然之间的精神连接。这种纯粹的设计理念,使得项目超越了单纯的居住功能,而成为一件充满诗意的艺术品。

This is a small village on the outskirts of Beijing with mountains to the north and south, and a river called Jiudu runs through it. South of the river is the main gathering area of the village, and our project site is located north of the river, surrounded by a sizable trout house, a brothel, and a local villager's residence from three different directions.
这是北京郊外南北都有群山的一个小村庄,一条名叫九渡的河流从中穿过。河道以南是村庄的主要聚集区,我们的项目基地在河道以北,被一家颇具规模的鳟鱼馆、一家轰趴馆和一户当地村民住宅从不同的三个方向所包围。

Rivers are the oldest 'highways'. To experience it with our own limitations, it has no clear origin or specific destination, especially emphasizing the rendering of endless length. The abundant flowing river is not for viewing, but for accompanying. The water flow bends to form many ferry crossings, hence the name Jiudu River. A small residential building, adjacent to the force and trend of one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight crossing the river. The mountains at the northern end of the site are rugged and bare, silent and vast. This energy, like dark matter, is often hidden in the mountains of northern China. How to coexist with it without being weak - to eliminate the unconscious daily life of Hai Han?
河流是最古老的“公路”。以我们自身的有限去体会,它无明来路也无具体去向,尤其着重渲染出无尽漫长。充沛流淌的河道,不是观赏,而是伴随。水流弯曲形成很多个渡口,九渡河因此而得名。一座小住宅,与一二三四五六七八九渡河水的力、力的趋势为邻。场地北端的山,嶙峋露骨、寂静苍茫,这种如暗物质般的能量,在中国北方的山体中屡有潜藏。如何不虚弱地与之并存——去海涵无意识的日常生活?

On the edge of the cliff and by the water, a building resembling a rock comes to mind - it was cut and carved with geometric knives. The need for an abstract building on the site is an instinctive call from the heart. We want to build a breath holding abstract 'object' to protect our own density and strength. Raise a sense of pride in response to the vigorous and powerful northern climate.
崖边水畔,像一块岩石的建筑便浮现于脑海——它是用几何的刀具切割和雕刻出来的。场地需要一座抽象的建筑,是心中本能的呼唤。我们想建造一处屏息凝神的抽象“物体”,护卫自身的密实和强度。提起一股傲气,以回应苍劲有力的北方风土。

We break down the 'urban luggage' into individual rooms, and create different levels of psychological distance through staggered connections, independent guards, suspended ceilings, small-scale and large-scale proportional adjustments, and virtual real tension. Elaborate on the volume relationship of the above three groups: cover the left and right neighbors with location and depth, lift to form a large terrace, and the top roof protrudes to form a deeper inner cavity, making the outward view become the inward view. This series of operations all aim to obtain the pure intensity of nature in the midst of chaos: roaring sky, purifying shadows, silent wind.
我们把“都市行囊”拆散为单个房间,通过错落串联、独立护卫、顶板悬挑,小面积大幅度的比例调节、虚实张拉,形成不同层级的心理距离。推敲以上三个组团的体量关系:用位置与进深遮蔽左右邻居,托举形成大露台,顶层屋面出挑,共同组成较深的内在空腔,让外向的视野成为内向的眺望。这一系列的操作,都指向在纷繁中获得自然的纯粹强度:咆哮的天空、提纯阴影、寂静的风。

From the moment we first arrived at the venue, something very close came into play within our bodies. Until the second floor terrace, a section of concrete wall rises from the northeast direction, forming another end beyond the two entities - the stargazing platform, which jointly references the mountain and sky to receive some kind of descent. When physical homesteads no longer constitute the familiar necessities of life for everyone, a new dimension of heaven and earth is unfolding. Nowadays, without land, we can rely on the heavens and earth.
从初到场地开始,某种十分迫近的东西就在我们体内起作用。直到二层露台上,从东北方向升起一段混凝土墙体,形成两座实体之外的另一座尽端——观星台,共同去援引山体和天空,接收某种降临。当物理的宅基地不再构成人人熟悉的生活所需,新的天地维度正在展开。如今没有田,我们可倚天地。
