A塔 – 地标建筑的创新：作为地标建筑，深圳兆鑫汇金广场A塔的设计在视觉冲击力上展现了卓越的创造力。其最引人注目的特点之一是建筑西北角和东南角的椭圆形切割。这种几何手法不仅赋予了A塔独特的轮廓，使其在深南大道上脱颖而出，也巧妙地掩盖了建筑体量的不规则性，形成了流畅而富有韵律的视觉效果。椭圆切割的运用是项目设计的亮点，它打破了传统高层建筑的刻板印象，赋予了建筑动态的生命力，与周围环境形成鲜明对比，成功塑造了地标形象。

立面纹理与光影的诗意：深圳兆鑫汇金广场的另一大亮点在于其立面纹理的设计，该设计灵感来源于深圳丰富的热带自然景观。设计师巧妙地将“阳光洒落在红树枝上”的意象融入建筑，通过在塔身构建复杂的、富有韵律的纹理，创造了独特的视觉效果。这种纹理由底部的稀疏网格逐渐过渡到中部的密集钻石纹理，再到顶部的稀疏网格，与建筑的形体相呼应，使立面在光线下产生丰富的明暗变化，在室内营造出诗意般的光影效果。这种设计手法体现了建筑与自然环境的和谐统一。

整体设计的协同与统一：该项目的成功之处不仅在于A塔的创新设计，还在于整个综合体设计语言的统一性。B塔与裙楼的设计都与A塔的风格保持一致，形成连贯的整体视觉效果。B塔采用与A塔和裙楼相同的金属装饰板，营造出闪耀的钻石效果，而裙楼的菱格纹理则与A塔的红树枝纹理和B塔的钻石立面相呼应。这种设计手法使得各个部分相互关联、彼此呼应，从而强化了整个综合体的设计感，并促进了商业氛围。这种整体设计思路确保了项目的统一性和协调性，使其成为一个令人印象深刻的城市综合体。

/ Studio Fuksas

Shenzhen Zhaoxin Huijin Plaza is located at the "golden intersection" of Shennan Avenue and Jianshe Road, facing the important landmark buildings of Luohu District, Diwang Building and Jingji 100. The main road adjacent to the site, Shennan Avenue, is one of the most important roads in Shenzhen. In this special geographical location, it is necessary to create a unique and visually impactful image that stands out from the surrounding towers. Zhaoxin Huijin Square consists of three parts: Tower A, Tower B, and podium. Tower A is approximately 261 meters high and is a landmark tower that combines office and high-end apartment functions; B Tower is a standard designed high-rise residential building; The podium connects two towers for commercial purposes.
深圳兆鑫汇金广场坐落于深南大道与建设路的“黄金十字路口”，面朝罗湖区的重要地标建筑，地王大厦与京基100。场地毗邻的主干道，深南大道，是深圳最重要的道路之一。在这个特殊的地理位置，设计有必要创造出一个独特且具有视觉冲击力的形象，使之能从周边塔楼中脱颖而出。兆鑫汇金广场由A塔、B塔和裙楼三部分组成。A塔高约261米，是一座办公和高端公寓混合功能的地标塔楼；B塔则为一座标准设计的高层住宅楼；裙楼连接两塔，为商业用途。

As a landmark building, Tower A has created a striking architectural image through two design languages. One is the elliptical cutting of the northwest and southeast corners of the building, which cuts off the exterior facade and obtains two large-scale elliptical sections. This technique makes Tower A highly recognizable on Shennan Avenue. The design aims to conceal the unevenness of A Tower's body mass and the discontinuity caused by several setbacks through the organic and smooth shape of the ellipse. The final result is that two soft elliptical curves cut through the cross-section, pointing towards the "Golden Intersection" and the sky hall in the middle of the tower, creating unique and unforgettable architectural images from different perspectives.
A塔 – 地标建筑
作为地标建筑的A塔，通过两个设计语言，塑造了引人注目的建筑形象。其一是建筑西北角与东南角的椭圆形切割，它将外立面切断，得到两个大尺度的椭圆形切面。这一手法使得A塔在深南大道上具有相当高的辨识度。设计希望通过椭圆形这种有机且平滑的形态，来隐藏A塔本身体量的不平整和几处退台带来的不连续性。最终其呈现的效果是：两条柔和的椭圆曲线切开断面，断面分别指向“黄金十字路口”和塔楼中段的空中大厅，在不同的视角都创造出独特且令人难忘的建筑形象。

The second is the decorative texture that wraps around the entire tower body. Its inspiration comes from the vibrant tropical natural scenery that can be seen everywhere in Shenzhen. These scenic spots not only exist in parks, but also on both sides of city roads, and even in buildings. This creates an interesting intersection between architecture and landscape. Inspired by the idea of 'sunlight falling on the branches of mangroves', the design extracts and reproduces the intricate yet regular characteristics of mangrove tree branches.
其二是包裹整个塔身的装饰性纹理。其灵感源于深圳随处可见的，生机勃勃的热带自然风光。这些风光景象不仅存在于公园，还存在于城市道路两旁，甚至是建筑里。这使建筑与景观之间产生了有趣的交集。受“阳光洒落在红树枝上”这一灵感启发，设计提取并重现了红树树枝纷繁交错但自有规律的特点。

This texture is not simply repeated from the bottom to the top of the building, but gradually transitions from a sparse orthogonal grid at the bottom to a dense diamond shaped texture in the middle of the tower, and then gradually returns to an orthogonal grid from the middle to the top. The dynamic connection method corresponds to the shape of the tower, allowing the standard floors of the upper and lower sections of the building to naturally connect with the widest middle section of the plan outline, ultimately forming a coherent and consistent overall design vocabulary. Sunlight is projected through the rich texture of the facade, creating a myriad of light and shadow effects indoors.
该纹理并不是从建筑底部至顶部简单重复排列，而是由底部稀疏的正交格网逐渐过渡至塔楼中段密集的钻石型纹理，再由中段至顶部，逐渐回归为正交的格网。动态的连接方式与塔的形体相呼应，使建筑上、下段的标准层与平面轮廓最宽阔的中段得以自然衔接，最终形成设计语汇连贯一致的整体。阳光透过丰富的立面纹理投射进来，于室内创造出变化万千的光影效果。

B Tower
B Tower is envisioned as a solemn, elegant, and beautifully designed residential building.. The use of a straight line system makes its facade more coherent and regular. The key design elements of Tower B are the same reflective metal decorative panels with gloss as Tower A and the podium. By using these cut triangular metal panels with different inclinations and sizes, the exterior of Tower B produces a reflective effect like sparkling diamonds.
B塔
B塔被设想为一座庄严、优雅、设计精美的住宅建筑。直线线条系统的运用，使得其立面更加连贯、规律。B塔的关键设计要素，是与A塔和裙楼相同的，带有光泽的反光金属装饰板。通过使用这些切割而得，具有不同倾斜度及大小的三角形金属面板，B塔的外立面产生了如闪亮钻石一般的反射效果。

The podium building
While connecting the two tower buildings, it also unifies the entire complex.. It uses the same design vocabulary as the two towers, with its diamond grid texture echoing the red tree branch texture of Tower A and the diamond shaped facade of Tower B. The same language modules are repeated on the facade. The gradient module thickness, ordered alternation of glass and high reflective anodized aluminum plate, together enhance the commercial atmosphere in this area.
裙楼
裙楼在连接起两幢塔楼建筑的同时，也统一了整个综合体。它使用了与两幢塔楼相同的设计语汇，其菱格型纹理是对A塔红树枝肌理及B塔钻石型立面的呼应，相同的语言模块在立面上被重复运用。渐变的模块厚度，玻璃与高反射阳极氧化铝板的有序交替，共同强化了这一区域的商业氛围。
