人与自然共生的设计哲学：该项目成功的核心在于其对自然环境的深刻尊重和有机融合。设计师将投资者的自然情怀转化为设计语言，致力于使建筑成为郁郁葱葱景观中不可或缺的一部分。项目通过巧妙的场地策略，模糊了建筑与自然之间的界限，提出了在城市复杂功能与公共服务设施需求下，如何实现建筑“隐形”并与主要交通轴线无缝结合的挑战性目标，体现了高度的场所精神和可持续的共生设计哲学。

精妙的景观与体块互动：设计不仅停留在表面融合，更深入到空间组织和微气候的控制。通过对现有景观的延伸和视野对湖面的引导，建筑体块之间形成了精致的相互影响和互动关系。特别是在山坡花园的处理上，于山顶引入开放空间，极大地提升了热带建筑的通风和自然采光效率。这种对场地高差和景观资源的积极利用，确保了功能区扩展的同时，维护了整体环境的宜人尺度和流动性。

立面精雕细琢与光环境控制：建筑立面设计展现了对细节的极致追求，精细的开口不仅是美学焦点，更是功能性构件。它们在夜间如同灯笼般与湖面形成迷人的倒影，提升了公共空间的夜间魅力。更重要的是，这些开口对日间光照的控制表现出高超的被动式设计智慧，能有效减少高达三分之二的太阳直射眩光，平衡了热带气候下的室内热负荷与视觉通透性，实现了美学、功能与气候适应性的完美统一。

In our career, we have the privilege of working with unique and talented investors, and Vinh City Park is a prominent example. The investor of this project has a deep affection for nature and greenery. Therefore, we seized the opportunity to transform this endeavor into an indispensable part of a natural and lush landscape.

The mission of the park is not just to build a structure, but to elegantly integrate architecture with nature. We posed a question: How can we harmonize the complex functions of public service facilities in an urban environment to create a spacious, natural atmosphere that seamlessly connects with the main traffic axis, making the architecture almost 'invisible'?
公园的使命不仅仅是建造一座建筑，而是将建筑与自然优雅地融合在一起。我们提出了一个问题：我们如何才能在城市环境中和谐地融合公共服务设施的复杂功能，创造一个宽敞、自然的氛围，与主要交通轴线无缝结合，使建筑几乎‘隐形’？

Layout plan

The design process drew inspiration from the existing landscape, where we cleverly extended functional zones and opened up views towards the lake. The park's layout is meticulously designed so that the architectural volumes interact subtly with each other, creating a delicate interplay. Furthermore, in designing the hillside garden, we introduced an open space at the hilltop, creating a ventilated and naturally lit environment for this tropical architectural creation.
设计过程从现有景观中汲取灵感，我们巧妙地扩展了功能区，并将视野延伸至湖面。公园的布局经过精心设计，建筑体块之间巧妙地相互影响，形成了一种精致的互动。此外，在设计山坡花园时，我们在山顶引入了开放空间，为这一热带建筑创作创造了通风和自然采光的环境。

The architectural façade of the park is meticulously designed with complex details in mind. These finely crafted openings serve as distinct features, enhancing the building's aesthetics, and act as lantern-like structures that combine with the shimmering reflections on the lake to create a captivating night scene. This approach not only addresses nighttime illumination but also significantly reduces daytime solar glare, cutting down sunlight exposure by up to two-thirds.
公园的建筑立面经过精心设计，注重复杂的细节。这些精雕细琢的开口既是突出特点，增强了建筑的美感，又是灯笼般的结构，与湖面上波光粼粼的倒影相结合，营造出迷人的夜色。这种方法不仅解决了夜间照明问题，还大大减少了白天的太阳眩光，最多可减少三分之二的阳光照射。
