城市肌理的重塑与连接:本项目最核心的亮点在于其对城市基础设施(杨浦大桥)下方空间的激活与整合。设计师成功地将传统上被视为城市断裂带的桥下空间,转变为一个连续、开放且富有活力的城市公共空间。通过将一期工程定位为整体连续公共空间落地的关键起点,项目不仅解决了基础设施阴影下的空间利用难题,更通过与世界技能博物馆等文化设施的配套建设,实现了功能上的聚合,为城市公共空间的范式创新奠定了基础,展现了高水平的城市设计前瞻性。

复合立体的空间组织与能效策略:设计的精髓体现在其“景观、建筑、能量复合体”的理念。通过巧妙地运用半地下地景建筑,项目在高度集中的城市核心区内,创造了一种复合式的三维公共空间新范型,有效提升了土地利用效率。尤为出色的是,设计深度融合了热力学建筑原理,挖掘“洞穴”与“遮蔽”原型,分别对应了多功能剧场和太阳能凉亭等实体空间,实现了对风、光、热等自然要素的积极响应与最大化利用,使建筑形态与环境能量实现了有机的耦合。

以人为本的生态与文化融合:项目在空间体验和环境可持续性方面达到了高度平衡。功能组织上聚焦“剧景”主题,整合了剧场空间与地形景观,满足了市民多元化的公共活动需求。更重要的是,设计坚持最大化尊重和利用现状地貌,积极推行雨水自然积存、渗透和净化的可持续水循环系统,营造出自然、舒适、生态的城市休憩环境。这不仅是对杨浦滨江工业记忆的致敬与重塑,更是践行“人民城市”理念,提供高品质城市生活范本的有力体现。

The Yangpu Bridge Public Space and Integrated Environment Project is located in the southern section of the Yangpu Riverside, spanning under the Yangpu Bridge and on both sides of Anpu Road. Phase I implementation covers the 02I9-01 block (Yangshupu Road - Weinan South Road - Ningguo Road - Anpu Road) on the west side of the Yangpu Bridge. The site currently includes the historic preserved Yong'an Warehouse, which has been renovated into the World Skills Museum, and Phase I engineering serves as a supporting project for the museum.
杨浦大桥公共空间与综合环境工程位于杨浦区滨江南段区域,跨越杨浦大桥下方、安浦路两侧。一期建设实施杨浦大桥西侧02I9-01(杨树浦路-渭南南路-宁国路-安浦路)地块,基地现状内有历史保留建筑永安栈房改造的世界技能博物馆,一期工程也是世界技能博物馆配套项目。

The design team previously won the international design competition for the "Integrated Development Plan for the Yangpu Bridge Park Area," proposing a concept to connect the space beneath the bridge to form a continuous, open urban public space, echoing the overall urban design by proposing an urban functional cluster composed of "Culture, Performance, Body, Play, and Exhibition." The Yangpu Bridge Public Space and Integrated Environment Project (Phase I) serves as a crucial starting point for the realization of this large continuous public space, aiming to create an urban public space that integrates technology and nature, and establishing a benchmark location for the "People's City Demonstration Section."
设计团队之前赢得了“杨浦大桥公园地区综合开发设计方案”的国际设计竞赛,提出贯通大桥下部空间,形成城市连续开放公共空间的设计构想,并与总体的城市设计呼应,提出“博-剧-体-游-展”等构成的城市功能聚落。大桥公共空间与综合环境工程(一期)恰好是大的连续公共空间落地的重要起点,创造一个融合技术和自然的城市公共空间,打造“人民城市示范段”的标杆性地点。

The design adheres to the principle of three-dimensional compounding, proposing the concept of a "landscape, architecture, and energy complex." A semi-submerged landform architecture forms a composite of architecture and landscape in three dimensions, providing a new paradigm for urban composite public space in highly dense and costly central urban areas. Simultaneously, it employs thermodynamic building environment technology and design to maximize the utilization of natural elements such as wind, light, and heat, creating an open public space where architectural form responds to natural environmental elements. The design excavates and applies two thermodynamic architectural prototypes: "cave" and "shelter," corresponding respectively to the semi-submerged multi-functional theater space and the above-ground solar pavilion, closely linking them to energy maintenance, shielding, and production.
设计遵循立体复合原则,提出“景观、建筑、能量复合体”的设计理念。以半地下的地景建筑形成立体维度的建筑与景观复合,在高度密集、土地昂贵的城市中心区域,提供一个城市复合公共空间的新范型;同时运用热力学建筑环境技术与设计,形成风、光、热等自然要素的最大化利用,创造一处建筑景观形态与自然环境要素响应的开放公共空间。设计挖掘运用了“洞穴与“遮蔽”两个热力学建筑的原型,分别呼应了半地下的多功能剧场空间和地上的太阳能凉亭,与能量的维持、屏蔽和生产密切相连。

In Phase I, the functional organization is centered around the theme of "theater scenery," integrating a small theater, an outdoor theater, and underground commercial service facilities closely with landform landscaping. The overall architecture and landscape aim to achieve the integrated reshaping of natural texture and the industrial memory of the Yangpu Riverside. The design principle is to maximize compliance with the existing landforms, achieving sustainable water circulation through natural accumulation, infiltration, and purification of rainwater to the greatest extent, creating a natural, comfortable, ecological, and harmonious public space for citizens.
在一期项目中,功能组织以“剧景”为主题,设计将小剧场、室外剧场,地下商业服务设施与地形造景紧密整合。整体建筑与景观旨在实现自然肌理与杨浦滨江工业记忆的整合重塑。设计以最大化遵照现状地貌为原则,最大程度地实现雨水的自然积存、自然渗透、自然净化的可持续水循环,为市民营造一个自然、舒适、生态、和谐的公共空间。
