场地文脉的复兴与城市活力的注入：本项目成功的核心在于精准把握了其作为卡斯提格里昂·菲奥伦蒂诺历史中心入口的区位价值。设计师不仅着眼于简单的美化，而是致力于为市民和访客在奇亚纳河谷的绝佳观景平台上，重塑一个“温馨而充满活力”的公共空间。这种对历史文脉的尊重与对当代生活需求的积极回应，使得改造超越了建筑本身，成为激活城市界面、提升区域认同感的关键行动。

层次分明的景观骨架与植被主角的回归：设计通过精妙的空间解构与重组，成功简化了构成元素，并将其层次重新明确化。最精髓之处在于将植被重新提升至绝对主角的地位。通过灌木花坛构筑的清晰“实体边界”与中央树荫下的宁静“虚空”形成强烈的对比，这种实体与虚空的对话，既界定了活动区域，又创造了宜人的微气候和休憩场所，体现了高超的景观设计手法。

功能性与美学的统一与可持续的适应性：设计在材料的选择和铺装的更新上展现了专业性和前瞻性。新的排水铺装提升了场地的包容性和功能性，同时建筑元素的统一性确保了美学上的和谐。尤其值得称赞的是，设计对20世纪30年代花园结构的当代化演绎，恢复了小径、小广场和休息空间的清晰结构，并确保其满足现代社会的使用需求，实现了对历史遗产的负责任且富有创造力的当代转译。

This renovation aims to restore a new face to the entrance of the historic center of Castiglion Fiorentino (Arezzo - Tuscany), creating a welcoming and vibrant space for citizens on one of the most beautiful terraces of the Chiana Valley.
此次改造旨在恢复卡斯提格里昂·菲奥伦蒂诺（阿雷佐-托斯卡纳）历史中心入口的新面貌，为市民在奇亚纳河谷最美的露台之一打造一处温馨而充满活力的空间。

The design intends to simplify and layer the elements that compose the space, re-emphasizing the role of vegetation as the protagonist, which once again takes center stage through the new ground plan. The "solids" formed by the shrub beds contrast with the "voids" of the central square, where people can rest in the shade of the trees.
设计旨在简化和分层构成空间的元素，再次强调植被作为主角的地位，通过新的平面设计，植被重新成为焦点。灌木花坛构成的周边“实体”与中央广场的“虚空”形成对比，人们可以在树荫下的广场中休息。
