上海漕溪路口袋公园设计 / VIA 维亚景观

城市微更新的典范：从“脏乱差”到“公园城市”的蜕变：该项目成功地将一个位于交通枢纽核心地带、原为违章建筑和停车场的低品质用地，转化为高品质的带状口袋公园。设计巧妙地解决了场地原有的交通压力、阴影遮蔽和空间拥挤问题，通过内移人行道、释放连续的绿色空间，极大地提升了沿线及地铁通勤者的步行体验。它不仅是城市界面的一次美学升级，更是对现有城市存量空间进行精细化、人性化改造的成功实践，有效植入了“公园城市”的基因。

尺度复合与空间编织的叙事手法：设计理念“清风徐来”贯穿始终，通过交叉布局的银杏树阵和线性结构，将交通通行需求、游憩需求和社区归属感有机编织。项目在城市尺度（街景融入）、通勤尺度（步行效率提升）、休憩尺度（林下空间营造）和社区尺度（半私密花园）之间实现了动态平衡。特别是人行道与景观的交叉布局，既增强了通行能力，又自然地引导行人进入景观核心，形成了流畅而富有趣味的空间序列，体现了对复杂城市环境的精准回应。

“清风驿站”的结构性与场所营造：作为核心构筑物，“清风驿站”以其“清风吹过”的线性体型和虚实结合的设计，成为公园的结构性焦点。它不仅提供了必要的遮阳避雨和管理功能，其灰空间设计创造了识别性强的休憩场所，室内空间通过台阶式“座席景观”增强了互动性。驿站巧妙地划分了公园的公共面向城市界面和偏内向的社区花园界面，是实现公园多重功能叠加和空间层次过渡的关键节点，极大地丰富了口袋公园的场所精神。

The project is located at the southeast corner of the busy intersection of Caoxi Road and Kaixuan South Road, covering an area of about 6300 ㎡. The existing condition was a historical illegal structure (such as a decorated market) and its parking lot with poor environmental quality. Ren'ai Hospital on the west side of the site is close to Kaixuan South Road, making the passage space here relatively narrow and the pedestrian experience poor. To the northeast, it is adjacent to the dim overpass space of Caoxi Road Station on Shanghai Metro Line 3.
项目位于交通繁忙的漕溪路凯旋南路交叉口东南角，占地约 6300 ㎡，现状为环境品质较差的历史违章建筑（靓装市场等）及其停车场。用地西侧的仁爱医院紧靠凯旋南路，令此处的通行空间比较狭窄、步行通.过体验不佳，用地东北向则与上海地铁 3 号线漕溪路站轻轨灰暗的桥荫空间相邻。

The shadows cast by the overlap and intersection of the Metro Line 3 light rail, the elevated Inner Ring Road, and the Humin Elevated Road above the site made the scene appear cluttered, dim, and congested.
而地铁 3 号线轻轨与内环线高架桥、沪闵高架桥在场地上空重叠交织投下的阴影，更让现场呈现出一种杂乱、灰暗、拥挤的状态。

In early 2022, Xuhui District of Shanghai launched related work on the demolition of historical illegal structures on the site and the restoration of green space. After repeated site surveys and investigations, we planned and designed this area with the owner as a strip-shaped pocket park at the intersection of Caoxi Road and Kaixuan Road. On the one hand, it integrates traditional sidewalks into the green space, improving the commuting experience for citizens along Caoxi Road and Kaixuan South Road and those arriving at Caoxi Road Station of Metro Line 3, and providing necessary resting places; on the other hand, it organically integrates sparse green landscapes with appropriate resting spaces to create a green shared space with a sense of belonging for residents of surrounding communities such as Jingu Garden and Hongrun Garden.
2022 年初上海市徐汇区启动场地内历史违章拆除、恢复绿地的相关工作。在反复踏勘调研后，我们与业主将此处策划设计为漕溪路、凯旋路口的带状口袋公园，一方面将传统人行道融入绿地空间，提升漕溪路、凯旋南路沿线和到达地铁 3 号线漕溪路站市民的通勤步行体验，并提供必要的停留休憩场所；另一方面，将疏朗的绿化景观与适当的休憩空间有机融合，为周边金谷园、宏润花园等小区居民营造具有归属感的绿色共享空间。

一层平面图

The Caoxi Road Pocket Park is a strip-shaped landscape space embedded in the overall streetscape of Caoxi Road, mainly unfolding along the south interface of Kaixuan South Road. From the urban scale along Caoxi Road and Kaixuan South Road, there is relatively little perceivable green landscape in the surrounding area (most of the greenery is in the relatively introverted or enclosed shade space under the elevated road and light rail). Therefore, the design first moved the sidewalk used for commuting into the pocket park, releasing a continuous green space along the urban road interface combined with roadside trees, implanting the genes of a "park city" into the overall block from the perspective of driving and longer-distance walking.
漕溪路口袋公园是嵌入漕溪路整体街景、并主要沿凯旋南路南侧界面展开的带状景观空间，从漕溪路与凯旋南路沿线的城市尺度看，周边一带可以被有效感知的绿化景观较少（绝大部分绿化都是高架桥及轻轨下方相对内向或者郁闭的桥荫空间），因此设计首先将用于通勤的人行道内移至口袋公园中，沿城市道路界面结合行道树释放连续绿色空间，从车行视角与较远距离的人行视角为整体街区植入了“公园城市”基因。

Secondly, we weave two 3-meter wide pedestrian paths together through a staggered arrangement of ginkgo tree clusters. From the perspective of commuting scale, this greatly enhances the passage capacity of traditional sidewalks and simultaneously provides natural "recreation opportunities" for pedestrians to enter the core green landscape area of the pocket park.
其次，我们通过交叉布局的银杏树阵将 2 条宽度为 3 米的步行道编织在一起，从通勤为目的的步行尺度看大大增强了传统人行道的通行能力，同时也为行人进入口袋公园核心绿色景观区域提供了自然而然的“游憩机会”。

The scale of green space is what we focused on most in the design of the Caoxi Road Pocket Park. Through appropriate terrain organization and spatial stratification of the green landscape, the design presents the "park image" of an open woodland meadow on the first visual interface within the pocket park. In addition, by combining different types of arbor with shrubs, shade-tolerant ground covers, and perennial flowers below, a pocket park with ecological functions is contributed to the busy central urban area of Shanghai, forming a rich tree canopy line in the southern part of the park.
绿色尺度是我们在漕溪路口袋公园设计中最关注的内容，设计通过恰当的地形组织与绿化景观的空间分型，在口袋公园内的第一视觉界面上为使用者呈现了疏林草地的“公园意象”。同时通过不同类型的乔木组合在公园南部形成丰富的林冠线，并结合易管养的灌木、耐阴地被、宿根花卉的下木组合为繁忙的上海中心城区贡献一处具有生态功能的口袋公园。

Furthermore, to facilitate the travel and rest of residents in the southern Jingu Garden community, we added pedestrian entrances and paths for this community into the pocket park. From the scale of a community garden enclosed by greenery and landscape architecture, we provide residents with a quiet "semi-public, semi-private" resting place and a spatial guidance to directly enter the indoor space of the "Qingfeng Station" to participate in community sharing activities.
此外，为方便南侧金谷园小区居民的出行与休憩，我们为该小区增设了进入口袋公园的人行出入口及步道，并从绿化与景观建筑围合的社区花园尺度出发为居民提供静谧的“半公共半私密”休憩场所与直接进入“清风驿站”室内空间参与社区共享活动的空间引导。

From the first site survey before the Spring Festival in 2022 to March 2022, we conducted multiple investigations and rounds of internal design strategy research and spatial organization comparisons. The in-depth schematic design was completed during the lockdown period from April 2022 to May 2022. The cluttered and dim situation of the site before the demolition and greening seemed to align with the urgent need for the healing breath of fresh wind at that time, looking forward to the smoothness after clearing the "bottlenecks" of the open urban space. Thus, by transforming the "four scales" of the site into spatial ranges and arranging them sequentially from north to south in the most direct way combined with the basic form of the land, we almost saw the shape of "wind." We then set the spatial creation concept as "Gentle Breeze Approaching," hoping to "heal the city, activate the neighborhood, and share the park city life" through the completion of the Caoxi Road Pocket Park.
从 2022 年春节前第一次现场踏勘到 2022 年的 3 月，我们进行了多次调研与多轮内部设计策略研究、空间组织比较，真正深入的方案设计是在 2022 年 4 月至 2022 年 5 月的居家期间完成的。拆违复绿前项目现场杂乱、灰暗的状况，似乎与当时的心情亟需清风吹拂的疗愈一样，在期待打通城市开放空间“堵点”后的顺畅。于是，将场地的“四个尺度”转化为空间范围，并结合用地基础形态用最直接的方式由北至南次第展开布局，差不多就看到了“风”的形状。于是我们将空间营造理念定为“清风徐来”，期望可以通过漕溪路口袋公园的建成“治愈城市、激活街区、共享公园城市生活”。

The overall design taking the wind shape is achieved through a set of lines with behavioral guidance functions running in parallel and intertwining on the site. This is not only the basis for integrating the built-in sidewalk space and the ginkgo tree cluster landscape but also allows the through-type walking space to blend naturally with the core green area of the pocket park. Moreover, it is an important basis for ensuring that the more introverted community garden space has sufficient public nature.
以清风为形的总体设计，是通过一组具有行为引导功能的线条在场地上并行、交织而达成的。这不仅是内置的人行道空间与银杏树阵景观编织融合的基础，也让通过性的步行空间得以与口袋公园的核心绿色区域自然融合在一起，更使偏内向的社区花园式空间具有足够的公共性的重要依据。

When viewed from the high vantage points of adjacent high-rise residential areas and surrounding offices, the streetscape texture of the Caoxi Road Pocket Park is unexpectedly and pleasingly in harmony with the form of the Metro Line 3 light rail.
而当我们从相邻高层住宅区与周边办公的高视点看，漕溪路口袋公园的沿街空间肌理与地铁三号线轻轨的形态竟也是令人会心的默契。

Pocket parks in the city center generally do not occupy large areas, so the buildings and structures within them often leave a deeper impression against the backdrop of greenery than in other types of spaces. Due to the relatively shallow north-south depth of the site, the visual image of the "Qingfeng Station" is also relatively prominent in the Caoxi Road Pocket Park.
城市中心区的口袋公园一般占地不大，因此其中的建构筑物在绿色的映衬下往往比其他类型空间更令人印象深刻。由于用地南北向进深较浅，“清风驿站”的视觉形象在漕溪路口袋公园中也是较为突出的。

In terms of design strategy, the "Qingfeng Station" organizes its plane based on the linear language of the wind shape, centering its form around a large proportion of landscape gray space. While integrating with the green landscape as much as possible, it provides users with shaded and rain-sheltered resting spaces for the pocket park in the form of a "corridor pavilion." The solid part on the west side is smaller, serving as park management and equipment rooms. The larger indoor space on the east side is a future civic station for public reading and community sharing.
在设计策略上，“清风驿站”是以基于清风形态的线性语言来组织建筑平面的，并以较大比例的景观灰空间为形体中心，在尽可能与绿化景观融合的前提下，以“廊亭”的方式为使用者提供遮阳避雨的口袋公园休憩空间。西侧的实体部分较小，功能为公园管理用房与设备房，东侧较大的室内空间是后续用于公共阅读、社区共享的市民驿站。

In terms of formal design, the overall spatial experience is created with the design concept of "wind blowing through," which not only makes the pavilion's gray space a landscape resting place with high recognition and spatial interest but also naturally forms stepped "seating landscapes" in the corresponding indoor space of the civic station. In addition, the "Qingfeng Station" has significant structural significance for the entire pocket park: the green park experience facing the open urban space is to the north of the station, while the south is mainly characterized by a quieter community garden feel and green landscape creation.
在形体设计上，以“清风吹过”的设计创意营造整体空间感受，由此既让廊亭灰空间成为具有较高识别度和空间趣味的景观休憩场所，同时也在市民驿站相应的室内空间中自然形成了台阶式的“座席景观”。此外，“清风驿站”对于整个口袋公园也具有重要的结构性意义，驿站以北是面向城市开放空间的绿地公园感受，以南则是以较为安静的社区花园感受与绿化景观营造为主。

The "Qingfeng Station" is not only a carrier for civic leisure and public services but also a design creation with its own spatial expression. It achieves the division and integration of multiple spatial layers on the site through a combination of void and solid, making it the most important structural landscape element in the Caoxi Road Pocket Park.
“清风驿站”不仅是市民休闲与公共服务的载体，也是具有自我空间表达能力的设计创作，又以虚实结合的方式达成了场地中多重空间层次的区划与融合，是漕溪路口袋公园中最重要的结构性景观要素。
