多维立体体验的系统化设计：项目最大的亮点之一在于其创新的空间组织策略，特别是“二次交通织补”的空中走廊系统。这一系统不仅解决了核心工业建筑的可达性问题，更重要的是，它构建了一个多维度的游览体验网络。它允许使用者在不同高度穿梭于遗址之间，既能获得宏观的全景视野，又能深入细节感受工业遗存的肌理。这种将建筑、景观、结构和遗产修复等多专业深度融合的设计手法，极大地提升了游客的参与感和空间体验的丰富性，超越了传统平面化的游览模式。

公共空间序列的精妙平衡与功能复合：设计在处理遗址区内外部空间时，体现了高度的场所敏感性与功能复合性。针对临近主干道的南侧，设计强调工业秩序与克制，以简洁有力的结构界面昭示公园形象；而面向居民的北侧，则采用流动曲线和丰富的绿量，营造出温馨、生动的社区休憩场景。这种南北两侧截然不同的空间语汇，成功地在“工业遗迹展示”与“服务市民生活”之间找到了精准的平衡点，确保了公园作为城市绿地、文化中心和社会资源的多重价值得以最大化实现。

The Ferroalloy 1971 Industrial Heritage Park is located on the former site of the Luneng Ferroalloy Plant in Zoucheng, Shandong. The project not only allows local residents and tourists to stand again at the foot of the highly iconic industrial relics of the ferroalloy plant, but also provides high-quality urban ecological green space and leisure and entertainment areas for local residents. The project respects the history and integrity of the site, injecting industrial-era cultural elements into Zoucheng, a millennium-old cultural ancient town, enhancing and perfecting the overall taste and cultural value of Zoucheng, making outstanding contributions to driving the coordinated development of the surrounding areas, and realizing regional revitalization. 铁合金 1971 工业遗址公园位于前山东邹城鲁南铁合金厂旧址。项目不仅让当地居民和游客重新站在铁合金厂极具标志性的工业遗迹脚下，更为当地居民提供了高质量的城市生态绿地和休闲娱乐空间。项目尊重场地的历史和完整性，为邹城这座千年文化古镇注入工业时代的文化元素，提升并完善了邹城的整体品位和文化价值，为带动周边区域协同发展贡献卓越力量，实现区域振兴。

Overview
The Luneng Ferroalloy Plant was established in 1971. As a national first-class metrology unit, it made outstanding contributions to local economic development, but began to decline after its transformation starting in 2005. In 2017, the Zoucheng Municipal Party Committee and Government established a special working group for the ferroalloy area development, jointly launching the renewal strategy for this area with social capital to plan and construct the Ferroalloy 1971 Industrial Heritage Park, manage the contaminated soil in the plant area, and complete the ecological restoration process to lay the ecological foundation for park construction. 概况
鲁南铁合金厂于 1971 年建厂，作为国家一级计量单位，为当地经济发展做出了突出贡献，2005 年起历经转型而后没落。2017 年邹城市委、市政府成立铁合金片区开发专班，与社会资本联合启动该片区更新策略，规划建设铁合金 1971 工业遗址公园，治理厂区污染土壤，完成生态修复过程，为公园建设打好生态环境基底。

The park has a total land area of 61,000 square meters, with a green space area of 45,000 square meters. The design excavates culture and continuously explores the supply strategy for industrial heritage and urban public spaces through the utilization and design reinterpretation of the site's original industrial relics. It deeply explores the intrinsic connection between the history of ferroalloy, the memory of industrial symbols on site, and the spatial system co-managed with urban vitality; creating multi-dimensional natural art and humanistic aesthetic scenes. 公园总用地面积 6.1 万平方米，绿地面积 4.5 万平方米。设计挖掘文化，通过场地工业原有遗址的利用与设计再演绎，不断探寻工业遗产与城市公共空间的供应策略。深度挖掘铁合金历史、场地内的工业符号记忆与城市活力共营空间体系的内在联系；营造多维的自然艺术与人文美学场景。

Inheritance and Experience – Industrial Culture Experience in the Core Relic Area

After extensive consultation, the industrial relic section takes the production process as the main line, retaining typical production equipment such as the iron-making blast furnace, hot blast stove, bag filter dust collector, and material bin, which are necessary for the entire process, as the core display elements of the industrial heritage. The design relies on the core industrial heritage as the overall spatial height point of the park, as the starting point for shaping the genius loci, and constructs the overall skyline profile of the park, echoing the urban skyline of the surrounding area. 传承与体验 – 核心遗迹区工业文化体验

经过多方共同商议，工业遗迹部分以生产工艺为主线，保留全流程工艺所需的炼铁高炉、热风炉、布袋除尘、料仓等典型生产设备作为工业遗迹核心展示要素。设计依托核心工业遗存作为园区空间整体制高点，为塑造场所精神的出发点，并构建了公园整体天际线轮廓，与周边城市天际线遥相呼应。

Based on the highly consensus-reached industrial heritage reuse strategy internationally, the design intervenes in the core area of the industrial relics according to the "minimal intervention principle." The rough industrial aesthetic directly collides with the delicate and soft greenery, forming an irreplaceable unique landscape of post-industrial relics in the park. The design endows the core area with absolute value for industry and nature, allowing users to experience the technology, culture, and aesthetics of the industrial era in the most direct way and gain rich experiences. 基于国际达成高度共识的工业遗迹再利用策略，设计秉持“最小干预原则”（minimal intervention principle）介入工业遗迹核心区场地。以粗狂的工业美感与细腻柔和的自然绿意直接碰撞，形成园区后工业遗迹无可替代的独特景致。设计赋予对工业与自然在核心区的绝对价值，使得使用者可以以最直接的方式感受工业时代技术、文化、美学等方面并获得丰富体验。

A unique feature of the project is the multi-professional collaboration between the architecture, landscape, structure, and industrial relic restoration teams to perform a "secondary transportation weaving" on the retained relic industrial buildings, ensuring an elevated corridor that allows access into the core industrial buildings, while integrating the released node spaces to enhance the fun of the tour. Citizens can not only get a panoramic view of the core relic area from a distance but can also walk into the relics using the corridor system, bringing rich spatial experiences to tourists while allowing them to deeply engage with the industrial culture and the history of the plant area. 项目独具特色一点在于建筑、景观、结构及工业遗迹修复团队多专业联合，对保留下来的遗迹工业建筑进行“二次交通织补”，确保一条能走进核心工业建筑的空中走廊，同时结合释放的节点空间提升游览的趣味性。市民不仅可以远观公园核心遗迹区的全景视野，更可以利用廊道体系走进遗址，为游客带来丰富的空间体验的同时，也能深度接触工业文化和厂区历史。

Order and Nature – Public Space Creation in the Periphery of Relics

The spatial creation in the non-core relic area of the park starts from two areas and two approaches. The southern area adjacent to the main urban road has the functional requirement to announce the industrial culture and display the park's features. The design respects the native preserved vegetation of the original plant area, starting from the space, emphasizing the strict integrity and orderliness of the industrial style, adopting a restrained design approach, creating a distinct spatial structural feature through the sharp contrast between the clear, simple formal structure of the original plant area and the greenery. Reducing the types of elements and materials enhances the activity space for visitors while emphasizing the sense of announcement of the urban interface, transforming the enclosed industrial site into an open public space and enhancing the park experience. 秩序与自然 – 环遗址区的公共空间营造

公园非核心遗址区的空间营造，从两个区域、两种思路出发。遗址区南侧区域临近城市主干路，有着昭示工业文化，展示公园风貌的属性需求。设计尊重原有厂区原生保留的植被，从空间入手，强调工业风严格的整体性及秩序感，采用克制的设计手法，以原有厂区清晰、简洁的形式结构与绿色之间的鲜明对比形成场地空间结构特色。减少元素和材料的类别，提升游客活动空间的同时强调城市界面的昭示感，使封闭的工业场所向开放的公共空间转变，增强园区体验感。

In contrast, the northern side of the relic area, adjacent to secondary urban roads, serves as an important green public space for surrounding residents. The design adopts a relatively fluid and lively curved form, combined with abundant greenery, creating a unique experience completely different from the core relic area. The site unfolds layer by layer through the method of green platforms, digesting the inherent height difference of the site while setting up multiple landscape spaces with pleasant scales and comfortable environments. Nearby residents and tourists can view the scenery of the industrial relics through the greenery, or focus on the foreground to realize various social activities, each enjoying what they want without interfering with each other. 相对的，遗址区北侧临近次级城市道路，作为服务周边居民的重要绿色公共空间，设计上采用了相对流动生动的曲线造型，结合充沛的绿量，形成与遗迹核心区己截然不同的独特体验。场地通过绿化平台的手法层层铺开，消化场地固有高差的同时，设置了多处尺度宜人，空间舒适的景观空间。附近居民及游客可以透过绿意中远观工业遗迹的风貌，也可聚焦眼前实现各种社交活动，各得其所有互不干扰。

Culture and Detail - Quality Space Serving People's Lives

While large-scale equipment such as the blast furnace in the industrial relics becomes the focus and large-scale spatial background that attracts attention throughout the park, the newly set up node spaces in the project provide visitors with detailed cultural and functional spaces, drawing people's gaze back to the immediate foreground. Node designs themed on the plant's history and industrial culture are located in multiple places in the park, providing cultural commemorative spaces. The design offers high-quality public spaces with comfortable scales, exquisite details, and natural scenery, serving the daily lives of the public. 文化与细节 - 品质空间服务百姓生活

在工业遗迹的高炉等设备成为全园引人注目的焦点和大尺度空间背景的同时，项目新设的节点空间则为游客提供了细致的文化与功能空间，将人们的视线收回专注于眼前。以厂区历史和工业文化为主题的节点设计坐落于园区多处，提供了文化纪念空间。设计以舒适的尺度，精致的细节，自然的风貌，提供了极具品质的公共空间，服务百姓日常生活。

Conclusion

The Ferroalloy 1971 Industrial Heritage Park allows visitors to experience a highly post-industrial park space through the selective preservation of industrial relics and the use of three-dimensional space corridors. Coupled with the differentiated functional and formal spatial management on the north and south sides, it comprehensively enhances the industrial, ecological, and cultural atmosphere of the relic park, significantly improving the urban image and attractiveness. The construction of the park received great attention from the citizens, and after its completion, it triggered a check-in craze on social media. 结语
