城市客厅的复合功能与边界消融：K1Y Design Lab 精妙地融合了设计工作室与精品咖啡店的功能，成功地在城市肌理中创造了一个具有高度社交性和复合性的“城市客厅”。设计哲学在于主动消融传统空间功能边界以及人与城市交互的物理边界。通过对杭州中河历史景观的深入理解和策略性引入，建筑不再是封闭的容器，而是成为了一个开放、流动的公共界面，真正激活了场域的城市属性，体现了当代商业空间对场所精神的深度回应。

自然元素的诗意引入与材质的张弛对话：本项目最引人入胜之处在于其对自然景观的转译和在室内外的巧妙编排。建筑借用唐代中河的绿色植被形态，将其作为空间装饰的视觉母题，使室内外景观形成了富有层次的对话。室内材质上，设计师通过石材的“干爽明亮”与木元素的“温润流动”进行对冲与平衡，利用不同尺度的颗粒、垂坠布幔和遮阳布幔，营造出既有秩序感又不失人性尺度的休憩环境，实现了材料语言的诗意叙事。

折叠的城市视角与光影的叙事装置：建筑立面处理体现了成熟的设计手法，通过保留原有肌理并结合细腻的铝板与不锈钢窗框，使历史的“斑驳”与现代的“干净”并置。尤其值得称道的是，通过灵活的折叠开窗和户外装置的设置，将景观转化为审视城市的“逆向视角”。户外装置利用镜面和雾面不锈钢构建了“城市化妆镜”，它精准地捕捉和折射了对岸的自然景致和内部的城市客厅，不仅界定了私密与公共的过渡，更以一种艺术化的方式完成了对城市环境的致敬与告别。

From the architect. K1Y Design Lab, located along the banks of the Zhonghe River in Hangzhou, is a hybrid commercial space combining a design studio and a boutique coffee shop. K1Y aims to break down functional boundaries of the space and the interactive boundaries between people and the city, creating a "city living room" for this metropolis.
来自建筑师。K1Y Design Lab 位于杭州市中河沿岸，是以设计工作室与精品咖啡店结合的复合型商业空间，K1Y 希望打开空间的功能界限，人与城市的交互界限，营造一处属于这座城市的“城市客厅”。

Borrowing the greenery from the landscape river, it is expressed as spatial decoration within the building. The Zhonghe River, excavated in the Tang Dynasty, features a riverside walkway bearing historical traces, showcasing greenery of varying shades, interlaced with light and shadow. This exhibition board borrowed from the urban landscape leaves a lasting impression.
借用景观河道的绿色植被，将其表现为建筑内的空间装饰。开凿于唐代的中河，沿河步道伴随历史的痕迹，展现出不同色度的绿植，明暗交错。让这幅来自城市景观的展板余韵悠长。

In the interior space, stone and wood elements are intertwined in different scales. The stone flooring at the entrance, the particles on the ceiling, the gravel under the skylight, and the stone walls provide a dry and bright tone for the space. From the垂坠 (draping) curtain at the entrance combined with soft furnishing sofas, to the sunshade cloth under the skylight, the use of these various scales of wood elements makes the space warm and flowing. The warm wood elements soften and construct the metal and stone of the space. They provide a warm and comfortable place for rest and gathering for guests who have traveled far. At this moment, the rhythm of people and nature slows down together.
室内空间将石材、木元素以不同尺度的形式在空间中交错，入户的石材地面，顶面颗粒，室内天光下的的沙砾与石材墙面，为空间提供干爽明亮的基调。从入户垂坠的幕布配合软装布艺沙发，到天光下的遮阳布幔，借用这些不同尺度的木元素让空间温润流动。温暖的木元素柔化并构建空间的金属与石材。为远道而来的客人提供温暖舒适的休憩与聚会的场所。此刻人与自然的节奏一同舒缓下来。

The overall architectural space takes the opposite landscape greenery as the entry point, allowing for an examination of the city from an inverse perspective indoors. Flexible folding windows introduce the outdoors inside. The exterior facade retains the texture of the original building structure, juxtaposed with fine and clean aluminum panels and light stainless steel window frames at horizontal intervals, allowing the mottled patterns of nature to reflect on the clean aluminum panels. Irregular human traces are preserved within the repetitive, regular metal materials, allowing the building's aging and human traces to blend together.
整体建筑空间以对向的景观绿植作为切入点，从室内以逆向视角审视这座城市，灵活的折叠开窗将户外引入室内。外立面保留原有的建筑结构的肌理，横向间隔细腻干净的铝板及轻盈的不锈钢窗框，让自然的斑驳映射在干净的铝板上。在重复规则的金属材料中保留不规则的人为痕迹，让建筑的岁月与人为的痕迹相互交融。

At the juncture where nature meets the indoors and outdoors, seating installations jointly constructed by rope nets and metal frames offer users more freedom in posture to enjoy nature according to their own will. Outdoor installations built with etched metal and matte stainless steel become the link between the city and the space, allowing the city to be the master of the space. The mirror-like stainless steel on the installation only introduces the landscape of the opposite river channel and the "city living room" behind it, forming an 'urban vanity mirror' coexisting with nature. The approach from the one-way road uses a large area of matte stainless steel combined with etched metal to record the traces left by K1Y and protect the visual safety of passersby. The mirror facing away reflects the riverside landscape, serving as a formal farewell to departing pedestrians.
室内外自然交接处，使用绳网与金属框架共同构建出的座椅装置，为使用者带来更多自由的坐姿，享受自然遵循自我。采用金属蚀刻与雾面不锈钢搭建出的户外装置，成为城市与空间的纽带。让城市成为空间的主人。装置上的镜面不锈钢，只引入对岸的景观河道，和背面的城市客厅，形成与自然共存的 —— 城市化妆镜。单向车道的来向处使用了大面积的雾面不锈钢结合金属蚀刻，记录 K1Y 留下的痕迹，保护过往行人的视线安全。离向的镜面映射出河岸的景观，是在对离开的行人做一次正式的告别。
