城市渗透与边界模糊的零售策略:项目最精妙之处在于其对“城市渗透性”的实践。通过在外摆区域设置回收木材座椅和绿植,建筑师成功地模糊了室内零售空间与外部城市环境的物理和感知边界。这种设计手法不仅将门店转变为城市公共休憩的一部分,有效地将行人注意力引入室内,更重要的是,它将品牌体验的边界向城市肌理本身进行了战略性延伸,实现了从被动展示到主动城市互动的转变。

“零件工具箱”驱动的场景灵活性:核心展示中岛的设计是极具创新性的空间装置艺术。它以可推拉、聚合与展开的模块化“工具箱”形式,实现了空间使用模式的动态切换——从日常的产品展示到灵活的品牌活动空间。这种基于“Kit-of-Parts”理念的家具系统,不仅增强了零售空间的功能适应性,其由彩色桦木海洋板构建的波浪形台面,也巧妙地呼应了品牌的色彩哲学与海洋主题,使功能与美学高度统一。

在地语境下的材料叙事与记忆重塑:该设计深刻地植根于深圳的地域文化与历史进程。通过使用沙石、贝类、回收渔网和城市建设废弃物(如红砖、工字钢)作为主要饰面和道具,建筑师不仅践行了极端的环保理念,更重要的是,它构建了一部关于深圳从渔村到现代化都市的物质史诗。这些材料的选择超越了可持续性本身,成为守护集体记忆、激活城市文脉的重要载体,使旗舰店成为一个有深度叙事性的公共文化容器。

From the architect. Klättermusen, an outdoor sports brand founded in Sweden in 1975, centers its core philosophy on "extreme performance," "environmental sustainability," and "mountain aesthetics," with products flexibly applicable to various outdoor scenarios. The design does not conceal the traces of time but highlights the historical process of nature and humanity. By blurring the lines between retail, space, and culture, it fosters a rich dialogue between temporally resonant materials and modern elements, creating an experimental, city-exclusive flagship store.
来自建筑师。Klättermusen(攀山鼠)是 1975 年诞生于瑞典的户外运动品牌,以“极致性能”、“自然环保”和“山系美学”为核心理念,产品灵活应用于各种户外场景。设计没有掩盖岁月痕迹,而是凸显自然与人文的历史进程。通过模糊零售、空间、及文化间的界线,在具有时代感的材料和现代元素之间展开丰富对话,打造具有实验性的城市限定旗舰店。

New Retail Space "Permeation"
The flagship store opens in Shenzhen's core business district, situated at a major pedestrian intersection. To embody the concept of "urban permeability," we constructed an outdoor seating area to blur the spatial boundaries between indoors and outdoors, establishing a close connection between the store, the city, and its people. We used recycled timber arranged at varying heights for seating, integrated with landscape greenery, transforming the outdoor area into a camping-in-the-forest scene.

新零售的空间“渗透”

旗舰店于深圳核心商圈启幕,位于商区人流交汇处。为了体现“城市渗透性”理念,我们搭建外摆区域,模糊室内与室外的空间边界,建立门店与城市和人的紧密联结。我们利用回收木材错落组合成不同高度的座椅,结合景观绿植,将外摆区域营造成林中露营的户外场景。

The outdoor area provides a resting spot for passing pedestrians, serving as an external extension of the store and brand experience. Simultaneously, it draws the attention of passersby toward the interior space, becoming part of the window display.

外摆区为商区行人提供可稍作停歇的休憩场所,是门店和品牌体验的室外延伸;同时也将户外行人的注意力引向室内空间,成为橱窗展示的一部分。

Central Display Island
The core display area consists of two independent fixture units, incorporating elements like clothing racks, display tables, and seating, creating diverse scenarios through different modes of use. The central display island is positioned on the space’s central axis, traversing the window display, activity area, and general display area. The fixtures present two states—gathered or spread out—achieved through pushing and pulling, applicable for product displays or brand activities. When the tabletop is spread out, it functions as the "display mode," for daily product and fabric showcasing; when the tabletop is gathered, it becomes the "activity mode," reserving space for events.

核心展示中岛

核心展示区由两个独立的道具单元组合而成,包含衣架、展示台、休息座椅等元素,通过不同使用模式创造多样场景。核心展示中岛位于空间中轴线上,贯穿橱窗展示、活动区及展示区。道具通过推、拉呈现聚拢、展开两种形态,应用于产品展示或品牌活动等使用场景。台面展开时为“展示模式”,日常摆放产品面料;台面聚拢时为“活动模式”,为举办活动预留空间。

Sliding panels on the wall conceal screens and storage cabinets, used to house custom-made birch marine board colored stools. The central island fixture is assembled and combined from colored birch marine boards. The surface texture of the wood mimics ocean waves, and the display tabletops and fixture sides echo the brand’s rich color palette. The raw material, refined through craftsmanship, embodies a natural, outdoor feel.

墙面推拉面板暗藏屏幕及收纳柜,用于存放定制桦木海洋板彩色坐凳。中岛道具由彩色桦木海洋板拼接、组合而成。木板表面纹理形状如同海面波浪,展示台面及道具侧面呼应品牌丰富的色彩搭配,经过工艺打磨的原始材质体现了自然的户外感。

Brand Culture and Urban Spirit
We seek a balance between brand culture and urban spirit to create a commercial space reflecting the local context. Natural materials sourced locally, such as sand, stone, and seashells, are extensively used indoors, with brand elements subtly integrated into the details. At the store entrance, a brand history wall and a height-adjustable bag rack installation introduce the brand's development history and product philosophy. The display backboard is composed of sand, shells, and recycled waste, layered according to geological stratification.

品牌文化与城市精神

我们在品牌文化与城市精神之间寻找平衡,创造体现当地语境的商业空间。室内大量运用沙石、贝类等源自当地的自然材料,并将品牌元素表现在细节之中。门店入口设置品牌历史墙与可升降挂包架装置,介绍品牌发展历史及产品理念。展示背板由沙石、贝壳和回收弃物组成,并按地质分层的形式叠置。

We use recycled fishing nets to hang brand products, integrating with Shenzhen's local culture and daily life, evoking memories of Shenzhen’s past as a fishing village. The details of the net edges echo the elements of backpack products. The window display props are made from discarded urban construction materials such as red bricks, I-beams, wooden pallets, and canvas, practicing the brand's environmental philosophy. This design strategy of reusing urban construction waste transcends the level of natural protection in sustainable development; it is also a guardianship of collective memory, reflecting the city's rapid development. The fitting rooms utilize birch marine board as partition surfacing, and the traditional cloth curtains are replaced with tent canvas, creating an atmosphere of being outdoors. Climbing ropes are used for detailing at wall corners to enhance the sense of design and brand recall.

我们利用回收渔网悬挂品牌产品,与深圳本地文化及日常生活相融,唤起深圳旧时渔村的时代记忆。同时将网边的细节设计与背包产品元素相呼应。橱窗展示道具由红砖、工字钢、木栈板、帆布等城建废弃物组成,践行品牌环保理念。城市建设废品再利用的设计策略,超越了可持续发展的自然保护层面,更是一种集体记忆的守护,折射出城市的飞速发展。试衣间延用桦木海洋板作为隔断饰面,传统布帘由帐篷帆布代替,营造身处户外的氛围感。墙面转角利用登山绳做细节处理,增强设计感和品牌记忆。

Adjacent to the fitting rooms, a full-height mirror not only facilitates customer selection and trying on but also infinitely extends the interior space. We selected materials representing Shenzhen's local culture and daily life—such as seashell terrazzo, natural stone paint, and birch marine board—to construct a new spatial language and update the brand identity. We aspire for the design to go beyond superficial decoration, offering customers a shopping experience filled with the joy of spatial exploration.

试衣间旁是整面通高镜面,便于顾客选品、试穿的同时无限延伸室内空间。我们选用贝壳水磨石、真石漆、桦木海洋板等代表深圳本地文化和日常生活的材料组合来搭建新的空间语言、更新品牌标识。我们希望设计不止于表面装饰,更为顾客提供探索空间乐趣的购物体验。

The Klättermusen Shenzhen store is no longer a mere commercial retail space but a vibrant public space reflecting the city's spirit and cultural pulse. When design language resonates with the city's genes, it gives birth to deeper spatial concepts, reshaping regional natural textures, historical sedimentations, and social significance.

Klättermusen (攀山鼠) 深圳店不再是单纯的商业零售,而是充满活力、体现城市精神与文化脉动的公共空间。当设计语言与城市基因产生共鸣,便会孕育出更深层次的空间理念,重塑地域自然肌理、历史沉积与社会意义。
