空间重塑与内外连接：该项目最引人注目的亮点在于对原有建筑的巧妙“切割”与重塑。建筑师并未拘泥于现有的结构，而是大胆地切割原始立面，嵌入圆形体块，创造了宽敞的入口空间。这种手法不仅打破了单调的立面，更重要的是，通过弧形玻璃的运用，将自然光线引入室内，增强了空间的深度感，同时也实现了室内外空间的视觉连接。这种设计策略使得餐厅与周围环境形成了一种微妙的互动关系，让顾客在享受美食的同时，也能感受到来自外界的活力，体现了设计师对空间、光线和人流的精准把控。

功能布局与个性化表达： 项目在空间布局上展现出极高的专业素养，尤其体现在对厨房和吧台的设计上。L型厨房的布局体现了对厨房动线的理性规划，同时也将厨房打造成为一个“舞台”，通过切割不锈钢表皮，嵌入发光盒子，突出了厨师的工作状态。与厨房相连的半独立咖啡空间，则通过不规则的L型吧台，巧妙地延续了主空间的布局，并将咖啡文化融入其中。这种设计不仅满足了餐饮功能的需求，更通过不同的空间元素，赋予了餐厅独特的个性和活力，也体现了设计师对餐饮行业运营模式的深刻理解。

可变元素与互动体验： 该项目的一大精髓在于对可变元素的巧妙运用，特别是那张巨大的椭圆升降桌。这张桌子不仅横跨建筑结构柱，暗藏升降机构，更成为连接空间、食物与人的桥梁。当桌子升起时，镜面不锈钢反射着空间的高度，营造出开阔的视觉效果；当桌子降下时，食客们围坐桌旁，增加了人与人之间的互动，创造了温馨的用餐氛围。此外，可移动的弧形隔墙也为空间分割提供了更多可能性，这种设计理念不仅增加了空间的灵活性，也提升了顾客的用餐体验，展现了建筑师对细节的极致追求。

In the quiet residential area of Yuyuan Road in western Shanghai, a sophisticated restaurant appeared before every passerby. The huge logo and eye-catching colors indicate his unique personality, which is bold yet shy. He focuses on showcasing his skills to every visiting guest and is committed to creating a wonderful and unparalleled dining experience.
于沪西愚园路静谧住宅街区，一间精巧的餐厅赫然出现在每个路人眼前。巨大的标识和醒目的色彩昭示着他的独特个性，张扬却也害羞，专注地向每⼀位到访的客⼈展示着自己的巧技，致力于创造精彩绝伦的餐饮日常。

Cutting the building

The entrance of the original building is formed by an indoor matrix and a straight line parallel to the street, forming a sharp embedded right angle. Two structural columns serve as a barrier to the flow of space.. Cutting the original facade opens up the indoor space, embedding circular blocks to create a wide open entrance, and curved glass introduces natural light into the interior, increasing the depth of the indoor space while also creating more connections with the outdoor space. Cutting a door on the original building breaks the monotonous blank facade and becomes the entrance to the semi independent coffee space.
切割建筑

原始建筑入口被室内矩阵和平行于街道的直线形成尖锐的内嵌直角，两根结构立柱成为进入空间的动线阻隔。切割原始立面打开室内空间，嵌入圆形体块创造出宽阔的开放入口，弧形玻璃把自然光线引入室内，增加室内空间深度的同时也与户外空间产生更多的链接。在原始建筑上切割出⼀道门，打破单调留白的立面也成为半独立咖啡空间的入口。

Personality Layout

The huge L-shaped kitchen built against the wall has rationally planned the kitchen flow and organized the space.. Cut the stainless steel exterior of the kitchen and embed it into a glowing box, creating a focused stage for the pasta chef. Connected to the kitchen space is a semi independent coffee space, with an irregular L-shaped bar that continues the layout of the main space and is connected to the kitchen bar, providing more possibilities for activities and injecting coffee blood into the main dining area.
性格布局

在动线的规划上依墙而建的巨大 L 型厨房理性地规划了厨房动线，同时组织了空间。切割后厨不锈钢表皮，嵌入发光盒子，为意面师创造出一个聚焦舞台。与厨房空间连通着的是半独立咖啡空间，不规整 L 型吧台延续着主空间布局且与厨房吧台相连，为主餐区输入咖啡血液也预留出更多的活动可能性。

Change Elements

The business attributes of day and night changes were clearly defined in the early stages of brand building, which also became the inspiration for our design.. The huge elliptical lifting table spans two building structural columns, which are also the secrets of the hidden lifting mechanism. The table rises, and the mirrored stainless steel reflects the height of the space; The table descends, and diners gather around the giant stainless steel oval table, laughing and laughing, becoming a bridge connecting space, food, and people.
变动元素

在品牌构建初期便已明确日夜变动的营业属性，也成为我们设计的灵感。巨大的椭圆升降桌横跨两根建筑结构柱，结构柱也是隐藏升降机构的秘密。桌⼦升起，镜面不锈钢反射着空间的高度；桌子降下，食客们围绕着巨型不锈钢椭圆桌欢声笑语，成为连接空间、食物与人际的桥梁。

The movable curved partition wall in space is another trick to divide space. When the tightly closed curved stainless steel door is pushed into the indoor space, it indicates the beginning of daily business and cleverly serves as a functional barrier separating the dining area and bathroom in the indoor space.
空间中的可移动弧形隔墙亦是分割空间的另一个戏法。当紧闭的弧形不锈钢门被推进室内空间，彰示着每日营业的开始也在室内空间中巧妙地成为分割⽤餐区与洗手间的功能屏障。
