At Cruda House, the two levels of space are clearly defined: the ground floor has been renovated with new flooring and wall decorations; And the upper level remains in its original state, simple and unadorned, intact as before. So, in this coherent and unified space, new and old elements, craftsmanship and handmade texture, repaired and preserved parts coexist harmoniously; This fusion of the past and present allows people to dwell in the layers of time's shadows.
在克鲁达住宅（Cruda House），两层空间界限分明：底层经过翻新，铺设了新的地面、墙面饰材；而上层则保持原始状态，质朴无华、完好如初。于是，在这片连贯统一的空间里，新旧元素、工艺技术与手工质感、修复部分与保留部分和谐共存；这种过去与现在的交融，让人得以栖居于时光的层层叠影之中。

Cruda House is a minimalist and precise renovation of a 1960s community residence. This project reflects on the traditional unnamed building types and their relevance to contemporary architecture. It did not completely renovate the existing buildings, but instead transformed the architectural memory into the core driving force for project advancement by refining and activating existing elements.
克鲁达住宅（Cruda House）以极简且精准的方式对一栋 20 世纪 60 年代的社区住宅进行修缮。该项目反思了传统无名建筑类型及其与当代建筑的关联性。它并未对既有建筑进行彻底改造，而是通过精炼与激活现有元素，将建筑记忆转化为项目推进的核心动力。

Cruda House is far from a traditional renovation project. It preserves the original imprints of the building and the "scars" left during the repair process, integrating them all into the material narrative of the house. Through a series of precise and appropriate design techniques, the quality of the space is improved: the floor height and spatial volume are increased, natural lighting is more abundant, and ultimately a unique, open, and flexible space is created.
克鲁达住宅（Cruda House）远非传统意义上的翻新工程，它保留了建筑原有的印记以及修缮过程中留下的“伤痕”，将它们统统融入房屋的物质叙事之中。通过一系列精准得当的设计手法，空间品质得以提升：层高与空间体量增大，自然采光更为充沛，最终营造出一处独特、开放且灵活多变的空间。
