空间布局的创新与优化： 该项目最令人印象深刻的亮点在于其对原始复式公寓的重新构思。设计者充分利用了位于顶层的优势，通过改造原始布局，将核心功能区如卧室和儿童房安置在楼下，并巧妙地利用半透明玻璃砖墙引入自然光，增强了空间的通透感。楼上的开放空间设计，利用一个嵌入式的中央盒子，有效地划分了不同的功能区，包括阅览室、钢琴区、厨房和客厅，这种设计不仅增加了空间的灵活性，也为展示画作提供了理想的背景，创造出了一种流动而多样的居住体验。这种布局的转变，体现了设计师对于空间利用的深刻理解和创新精神。

The project is located in the corner of the highest floor of the apartment on Z á hrebsk á Street. Originally a two bedroom duplex apartment with a studio, its layout has undergone significant changes. The current design concept aims to fully unleash its potential by incorporating a large terrace overlooking the Carpathian Mountains.

The downstairs of the apartment serves as a night rest area, including a bedroom, a children's room, and a bathroom, separated by a semi transparent glass brick wall, bringing light to the entrance hall. The spacious main staircase leads to an open space, which serves as a living area. An embedded central box divides the space into different functional areas while providing additional space for displaying paintings. There is a reading room, a piano area, a kitchen with a dining area, and a living room here. This box is not only used as a bathroom, but also serves as an ambient light. The apartment is surrounded by large windows, from which you can walk to the terrace.
公寓的楼下作为夜间休息区，包括一间卧室、一间儿童房和一间浴室，这三者之间由一扇半透明的玻璃砖墙隔开，为入口大厅带来了光线。宽敞的主楼梯通向一个开阔的空间，这里作为生活区。一个嵌入式的中央盒子将空间分隔成不同的功能区，同时提供了额外的区域用于展示画作。这里有一个阅览室、一个钢琴区、一个带用餐区的厨房和一个客厅。这个盒子不仅用作卫生间，还兼作氛围灯。公寓四周都是大窗户，从窗户可以走到露台上。

The movable staircase, long 'kitchen unit', and sofas in different positions add flexibility to the apartment. The interior itself adopts visually isolated furniture, highlighting the cleanliness and diversity of the space. Neutral toned materials, such as white wall paint, exposed concrete drainage ditches, birch plywood, oak flooring with mortise and tenon joints, stainless steel surfaces, white and black furniture, and striking blue on stairs, together form the background of the painting collection.
