空间改造的巧妙策略: 这家Veron精品店的设计充分体现了对有限空间的巧妙运用。 项目的核心在于将一个废弃的车库改造为充满现代感的零售空间,并巧妙地解决了其位于地下室、不易被行人直接看到的难题。通过精心选择的材料、颜色和布局,设计师成功地将原本封闭的、阴暗的空间转变成一个引人入胜的场所。尤其值得称赞的是,设计师在维持空间流畅性的同时,又利用金属家具和独立元素界定了不同的功能区域,这种策略在视觉上拓展了空间,并赋予了其独特的个性,为顾客提供了愉悦的购物体验。
材料与光线的完美融合: 项目对材料的选择与运用是其成功的关键之一。 淡粉色瓷砖的全面覆盖,以及不同规格瓷砖的巧妙搭配,创造出了一种统一而又富有变化的视觉效果。设计师深谙光线对空间感受的重要性,巧妙地利用了反射原理,通过与瓷砖颜色相近的有机玻璃覆盖天花板,从而在视觉上提升了空间的高度,缓解了地下室的压抑感。此外,改造后的透明玻璃车库门,不仅将自然光引入室内,也增加了店铺的可见性,使其从街道立面脱颖而出,将店铺打造为一幅从建筑立面上剪下来的框景,从而为整个项目增色不少。
对细节的精湛把握: 整个设计体现了设计师对细节的极致追求。波浪形的金属服装架,限制了展示产品的数量,在保持空间清爽的同时,也突出了商品的品质感。独立试衣间的设置,以及蓝色金属接待台的设计,都体现了对顾客体验的关注。而拆除入口坡道后形成的小型庭院,更是为店铺创造了一个友好的入口,将店铺与周围社区连接起来。这种对细节的关注,不仅体现在内部设计上,也体现在与外部环境的互动上,最终实现了对闲置空间的完美激活,赋予了其新的生命力,为城市的商业街区增添了一抹亮色。

From the architect. The Veron store is located in the front garage of the central building that the customer family has owned since its completion. Due to the continuous addition of multiple layers of pavement on the sidewalk and the degradation of the entrance ramp, the garage has not been used for decades. The client hopes to revitalize this idle space by transforming it into a small accessory and fashion boutique. This 22 square meter space includes a main parking room and a small storage room, which was converted into a fitting room in the renovation plan. The challenge of this project is to create a contemporary image for this small shop, which is located on the basement level but not visible to passersby, despite facing the street.

The renovation plan involves fully covering the space with light pink tiles of different specifications. The walls are leveled to accommodate 10/10cm ceramic tiles, while the floor is paved with rectangular tiles arranged in a herringbone pattern. The central island and accessory base use 5/5cm ceramic tiles. The ceiling height of the space is relatively low, only 230 centimeters, so in order to create a height increase effect through reflection, the ceiling is covered with organic glass that is similar in color to the tiles.
改造方案涉及用不同规格的淡粉色瓷砖全面覆盖空间。墙面被整平以容纳 10/10 厘米的瓷砖规格,地面则铺设了以人字形排列的矩形瓷砖,而中央岛屿和配饰底座则使用了5/5厘米的瓷砖。空间的天花板高度较低,仅有 230 厘米,因此为了通过反射创造增高效果,天花板被覆盖上了与瓷砖颜色相近的有机玻璃。

In order to maintain the fluidity of the space, metal furniture is designed to be separated from the walls. The clothing rack is made of wavy metal rods, and the wavy design limits the maximum number of products displayed, thereby maintaining a refreshing atmosphere in the space. The reception desk is made of a blue metal plate that wraps around the counter and is separated from the wall. Even the fitting room is an independent element, composed of a separate mirror surrounded by curtains.
为了保持空间的流畅感,金属家具被设计成与墙面分离。服装架由波浪形的金属杆制成,波浪形设计限制了展示产品的最大数量,从而保持了空间的清爽氛围。接待台由一张包裹着柜台的蓝色金属板制成,且与墙面分离。甚至试衣间也是一个独立的元素,由一个被窗帘环绕的独立镜子组合而成。

The only fixed elements are the central island covered with 5/5cm ceramic tiles and the accessory base near the entrance. The existing visibly aged wooden garage doors are not original. Therefore, for the main entrance, the renovation plan proposes a door that replicates the original metal garage door design but uses transparent glass instead of opaque glass to naturally illuminate the interior space and provide visibility at the street level. In this way, the store becomes a framed landscape cut from the building facade, adding depth to the street facade.
唯一的固定元素是覆盖着 5/5 厘米瓷砖的中央岛屿和靠近入口的配饰底座。现有的明显老化的木制车库门并非原装。因此,对于主入口,改造方案提出了一扇复制了原始金属车库门设计但使用透明玻璃代替不透明玻璃的门,以自然照亮内部空间并提供街道层面的可见性。这样,店铺就成为了一幅从建筑立面上剪下来的框景,为街道立面增添了深度。

When dismantling the damaged entrance ramp, a small courtyard surrounded by existing garden pots and protected by ground height differences was formed. In this way, the store opens up to the neighborhood, creating a friendly atmosphere. The main success of this project lies in revitalizing an idle space, which has become a part of the vibrant commercial neighborhood in the central urban area through this renovation.
在拆除损坏的入口坡道时,形成了一个由现有花园花盆环绕且利用地面高度差保护起来的小庭院。通过这种方式,店铺向街区开放,营造出一种亲切的氛围。该项目的主要成功之处在于振兴了一个闲置空间,通过此次改造,它已成为这座充满活力的中心城区邻里商业的一部分。
