空间理念与设计创新：Good Job Games办公室项目最引人注目的在于其对传统办公空间模式的颠覆。设计师并未拘泥于单调的传统办公室布局，而是巧妙地将两栋低层住宅建筑改造成一个充满活力的“校园式”办公环境。这种设计理念的核心在于创造一种“街道”般的氛围，入口画廊的设计模拟了公共街道，通过将配套设施（如餐厅）设计成独立的“小建筑”来强化这种感觉。这种设计手法打破了空间的单一性，营造出一种开放、互动、充满探索乐趣的工作环境，满足了年轻客户群的需求，体现了设计师对空间使用者的深刻理解。

细节之处的匠心独运：项目的成功离不开对细节的精心雕琢。设计师在空间中融入了诸多富有创意的元素，例如，画廊中央的圆形内置长椅围绕着一棵大树，成为视觉焦点和社交中心。主楼梯的独特设计，连接了各个楼层，既是交通枢纽，也是开放的会议空间。工作区域的布局也颇具巧思，吸音板分隔的工作站，既保证了团队的独立性，又为攀爬植物提供了生长的空间。此外，书写墙、自动照明系统等细节设计，都体现了设计师对员工工作体验的关注，以及对灵活办公模式的积极探索，这些都为项目增添了独特的魅力。

功能多样与氛围营造：项目不仅注重空间的美观性，更强调了功能的多样性和氛围的营造。“娱乐楼层”的设置体现了对员工工作与生活平衡的关注，健身区、游戏室、咖啡厅等设施，为员工提供了放松和交流的场所。此外，项目也充分利用了自然光，通过入口附近的楼梯引入自然光，保证了整个空间的明亮感。睡眠舱的设置更是体现了客户的个性化需求，创造了一种关爱员工的企业文化。景观设计和绿植的运用，进一步强化了空间的户外氛围，所有这些都共同营造了一个充满活力、年轻时尚的办公环境，在有限的预算和时间内实现了项目的完美呈现。

In the design task book, the Good Job Games team emphasized the importance of creating a vibrant office space that includes multiple leisure work areas. Their current office location is in the center of Istanbul, converted from two low rise residential buildings, and this mixed environment has raised concerns about their adaptability to traditional offices. This challenge highlights the need to avoid monotonous traditional office environments, ultimately creating a campus style office space to provide a familiar atmosphere for its young customer base.

To achieve this goal, the entrance gallery is designed to create an atmosphere of a public street, with supporting facilities arranged like independent buildings. For example, the exterior of the long restaurant is designed in the form of a glass house, bringing a feeling of strolling through the streets or parks. It is worth noting that the design language is intentionally differentiated, further enhancing the street like atmosphere.
为实现这一目标，入口画廊被设计为营造出公共街道的氛围，配套设施布置如同独立的建筑。例如，长餐厅的外立面被设计成玻璃房的形式，带来漫步街道或公园的感受。值得注意的是，设计语言被有意略作区分，进一步强化了街道般的氛围。

A circular built-in bench surrounding a large tree is set up in the center of the gallery, becoming the focal point of the entire space. The main staircase extends from the staircase seats and connects the various floors through bridges and stairs. These floors can serve as both dispersed work areas and open meeting spaces, distributed across the upper and lower levels.
画廊中央设置了一圈围绕大树的圆形内置长椅，成为整个空间的焦点。主楼梯从阶梯座位延伸而出，通过桥梁和阶梯将各个楼层连接起来。这些楼层既可作为分散工作区域，也可用作开放的会议空间，分布在上下各层。

Landscape design and greenery further enhance the outdoor atmosphere of the space. There is a market style caf é next to the circular benches, equipped with a semi open terrace, providing fresh air for employees and catering to their work preferences. The observation terraces and windows on different floors overlook the main entrance area, mainly for visitors to use. The 'back office' area accommodates various teams, with workstations separated by sound-absorbing panels that also support the growth of climbing plants. Each team is equipped with a writing wall for easy collaboration and discussion, and can independently control the automatic lighting system.
景观设计和绿植进一步强化了空间的户外氛围。圆形长椅旁设有一个市场风格的咖啡厅，并配有一个半开放式露台，为员工提供清新的空气，契合其工作偏好。不同楼层的观景露台和窗户俯瞰正门区域，主要面向来访者使用。而“后场”办公区域则容纳了各个团队，工作站通过吸音板隔开，这些板材还支持攀爬植物的生长。每个团队均配备了书写墙，便于协作讨论，并可自主控制自动照明系统。

A secondary staircase connects two floors of office buildings and also serves as a rest area and printing station. Tall library bookshelves have been set up around the perimeter of the wall, and reading benches have been embedded to create a strong learning atmosphere. The second floor is designed with a continuous walkway that runs through the library and extends to the balcony, further enhancing the block like spatial experience.
一座次级楼梯连接了两层办公楼，同时兼作休息区域和打印站。围墙周边设置了高大的图书馆书架，并嵌入了阅读长椅，营造出浓厚的学习氛围。二层设计了一条环绕的连续步道，穿过图书馆并延伸至阳台，进一步强化了街区般的空间感受。

The most active area in the office is the "Entertainment Floor" located on the lower level, which features a coffee shop, a fully equipped fitness area (including changing rooms and shower facilities), and a PlayStation game room. Cleverly introducing natural light through the stairs near the entrance window ensures the brightness of the floor. At the same time, this floor can also be directly accessed from the indoor parking lot. The quiet area is equipped with a sleeping cabin to provide employees with a relaxing space, which is also a special requirement of the customer. The entire project successfully created a spacious, vibrant, youthful and stylish office environment filled with campus atmosphere within the limited time and budget.
办公室中最活跃的区域是位于下层的“娱乐楼层”，这里设有咖啡厅、配备齐全的健身区（包括更衣室和淋浴设施）以及一个 PlayStation 游戏室。通过入口窗附近的楼梯巧妙引入自然光，确保该楼层的明亮感。同时，该楼层还可直接从室内停车场进入。安静区域设有睡眠舱，为员工提供放松的空间，这也是客户的特别要求。整个项目在限定的时间和预算内成功打造了一个宽敞、富有活力、年轻时尚并充满校园氛围的办公环境。
