空间主题与文化意境：本项目的核心在于“停留”这一主题，并巧妙地融入了东方行旅文化元素，赋予空间独特的精神内核。设计者将“亭”这一古人休憩的建筑形式简化并现代化，作为咖啡操作台的主体，不仅满足了功能需求，更赋予了空间聚集人气和交流的意义。同时，对“笈”这一古人书生用于收纳的器具的借鉴，也为品牌未来的发展路径埋下了伏笔。这种对传统文化的提炼和现代演绎，使得空间在功能性之上更具有文化深度，传递出一种舒适、放松的生活态度，与现代快节奏的都市生活形成鲜明对比。

模块化设计与灵活性：项目的另一亮点在于其可拆解的建造逻辑。这种设计不仅提高了建造效率，更赋予了空间极大的灵活性，使其可以根据需求进行异地重建。这种模块化的设计理念也体现在多功能小车上，它既是展示收纳的载体，又是空间隔断，可以灵活地在室内外不同的场景中使用。这种设计思路体现了对空间利用的最大化，也为品牌提供了更多的可能性。这种设计理念不仅体现了实用性，也展现了对未来发展的长远考虑，使得空间更具生命力和适应性。

材质与细节的匠心：项目在材质的选择和细节的处理上，展现了设计者的匠心独运。入口处未经雕琢的原石，与周围现代商务氛围形成鲜明对比，营造出一种亲近自然的氛围，为体验者提供一个心灵的休憩之所。温润的木质、半透的布艺、以及工业感的金属格栅，都以一种柔和低调的姿态存在于空间之中，营造出一种和谐、内敛的氛围，与东方文化的谦逊内敛相呼应。这种对材质的精心选择和细节的考究，使得空间更具质感和温度，也更符合“停留”的主题，为顾客带来舒适的体验。

The project is located in a technology office industrial park, separated by a sports park. Whether you are a busy professional or a sweat drenched sports enthusiast, you all need a space to stop. The fast pace of cities drives economic development and also drives us to continuously invest in never-ending affairs. Whether it's physical or psychological, we need to stop at the right time, give ourselves a space to relax, and absorb greater strength and courage to face the real world. A tired body needs to stop and relax; The high-pressure spirit needs to be stopped and vented; A coffee brand with aspirations also needs to pause and consider the possibilities of the industry. Staying is for a better departure. We take "stay" as the theme concept and integrate travel elements from Eastern culture into the space. The resting pavilion placed between nature and the essential books for literati to travel have become the main evolution of our spatial form. Pavilion, a building where ancient people rested and stayed. We have simplified and interpreted this ordinary form through modern techniques, and incorporated it into the space as the main form of the coffee operation table, with the meaning of "staying", which can also become the focus of the space and gather popularity.
项目位于一个科技办公产业园区，一路之隔的是体育运动公园。不管是匆忙的职场人还是暴汗后的运动爱好者，都需要一个停下来的空间。城市的快节奏推动者经济的发展，也推动者我们持续不断的投入到永不停息的事务中。不管是身体还是心理，我们都需要适时的停下来，去给自己一个放空的间隙，去吸纳更大的力量与勇气去面对现实的世界。劳累的身体，需要停下来放松；高压的精神，需要停下来放空；有追求的咖啡品牌，也需要停下来思考行业的可能性。停留，是为了更好的出发。我们以“停留”为主题概念，将东方文化中的行旅元素融入空间，置于自然之间的歇脚亭与文人行路必备的书笈成为了我们空间形式的演变主体。亭，古人休憩停留的建筑物。我们将这个再平常不过的形式，经由现代手法的简化演绎，植入空间中作为咖啡操作台的主体形式，有“停留”的寓意，也可以成为空间的焦点并聚拢人气。

The detachable construction logic improves the efficiency of construction and allows for complete dismantling and reconstruction in different locations when needed in the future. At the same time, it also responds to the construction form of traditional Chinese architecture from the perspective of construction logic. When customers sit around the coffee pavilion, watching the barista carefully make coffee, coffee becomes a link of communication, and the pavilion becomes an interactive spatial carrier, a transparent yet focused spatial form.
可拆解的建造逻辑，提高了建造的效率，还可以在未来需要的时候完整拆除并进行异地重新建造。于此同时也从建造逻辑上回应了传统中式建筑的建造形式。当客人围坐在咖啡亭边，观看咖啡师精心制作咖啡的过程，咖啡成为沟通的纽带，亭子则成为互动的空间载体，一种通透但又聚焦的空间形式。

It has multiple functions, can be opened and closed, can block rain, and can also be used as a seat. We hope to bring this form into the space to carry the future development path of the brand in the space.
笈，古代文人书生背在身上用来收纳行李和书籍的箱子。我们从行旅的文人器物中找寻到了这一精妙绝伦的物件，它功能多样、可开可合、可挡雨又可成为坐具。我们希望将这样的形态带入到空间中，去承载品牌在空间中的未来发展之路。

Multi functional car with movable and fixed universal wheels at the bottom. The staff can easily push it to any required venue, and the possibilities of brand appearances have also increased. The daily state is the display, storage, and spatial partitioning of the interior space of the store. It can be a reception desk on the roadside outside the store, a stall in the market, or a stall at a coffee festival. According to the size of the venue, a variety of booth combinations can also be formed.
多功能小车，底部带有可移动可固定的万向轮。工作人员可以轻松将它推到任何需要的场地之中，品牌出现的场景可能性也变多了。日常状态是店内空间的展示收纳及空间隔断，可以是店外道路边的迎客台，也可以成为市集的摊位，还可以去到咖啡节成为摊位。根据场地的大小，还可以形成多样化的摊位组合形式。

At the entrance outside the store, we mainly use stone and even placed a huge raw stone as part of the signage. We hope that this unpolished raw stone can create a sense of distance from the modern business atmosphere around it, like entering a natural mountain, and dispel the inner turmoil of the experiencer in a simple and natural state. The warm wood, semi transparent fabric, and simple raw stones all exist in a soft and low-key manner in the space, achieving a spiritual harmony with the humility and restraint of Eastern culture.
在店面外部的入口处，我们以石材为主，甚至置入了一块巨大的原石作为标识的一部分。我们希望这种未经雕琢的原石可以与周围现代商务的气息拉开距离感，如同进入自然的山间一般，以一种拙朴自然的状态驱除体验者内心的纷扰。温润的木质，半透的布艺，拙朴的原石，空间中的材质均以一种柔和低调的姿态存在于空间之中，与东方文化的谦逊内敛达成了一种精神上的契合。

The outdoor seating area not only provides a small resting area for the community, but also serves as a communication area for pet friendly individuals; A counter area by the window is specifically designed to accommodate single dining. On the side of the project near the road, the exposed municipal pipelines on the roadside have become an unavoidable part of the indoor view. We use physical walls as barriers to create a background for the display shelf inside, and wrap the outer side with an industrial metal grille. Adding signage creates a new store image and expands the brand's display surface.
户外座位区不仅可以为社区提供一片小小的休息区，还可以成为宠物友好人士的交流区；专为照顾单人用餐而设置靠窗的吧台区。项目靠近道路的一侧，路边裸露的市政管道成为了室内视野不可避开的一部分。我们用实体墙进行阻隔，对内形成展示架的背景，对外一侧用工业感的金属格栅进行包覆，添加标识形成了一面新的店面形象，拓展了品牌的展示面。
