This low-key apartment is quietly located at the intersection of the prosperous city. Now it has been redesigned to become a sanctuary for a unique family: a pair of twin sisters are raising their young daughter Margo. This project is not just a renovation, but also a care - to create a home that can adapt, be comfortable, and constantly evolve with the pace of shared life.
这栋低调的公寓静静地坐落在繁华都市的交汇处，如今被重新设计，成为一个独特家庭的庇护所：一对双胞胎姐妹正在抚养她们年幼的女儿玛戈。这个项目不仅仅是一次翻新，更是一份关怀——打造一个能够适应、舒适，并随着共同生活节奏而不断演变的家。

The initial layout brought a series of common urban problems: narrow rooms, partitions, limited natural lighting, especially in the kitchen. The solution comes from subtraction. By removing the partition walls between the kitchen, dining room, and living area, a continuous and well lit public space has been designed - a shared space that creates a warm atmosphere without appearing deliberately deliberate.

The central structural column, once seen as a constraint, has now become an opportunity. It now connects the kitchen and dining area, with soft lighting projecting a gentle atmosphere, transforming technical essentials into poetic focal points. After it, the dining area is wrapped in a soft gray blue color - this deliberate color change creates both visual calmness and emotional clarity in the warm wood and soil colors.

The spatial layout of residential buildings aims to promote interaction without sacrificing personal space. Open core design encourages daily activities - cooking, entertainment, relaxation - to unfold naturally. The rest of the layout remains compact yet well-designed, ensuring that each corner performs its own function and does not appear cluttered.
住宅的空间布局旨在促进互动，同时又不牺牲个人空间。开放式核心设计鼓励日常活动——烹饪、娱乐、放松——自然展开。其余布局保持紧凑但又不失设计感，确保每个角落都各司其职，不会显得杂乱。

Materials play a central role in defining the tone of residential buildings. The unprocessed edges of the plywood are exposed, highlighting its layered sincerity and providing a serene metaphor for the family itself - tough, imperfect, and solid. There are no shiny or unnecessary decorations. On the contrary, design focuses more on the expression of touch, warmth, and tranquility. The selection of each element is not for eye-catching purposes, but for durability.

This project resisted the temptation of visual spectacles. It does not pursue visual dominance; It whispered softly. In the process of doing so, it redefined luxury as the ability to feel calm in one's own home. Here, good design means creating space for care to take root - allowing love, daily life, and memory to coexist harmoniously.
