垂直分层与多维体验的景观策略：建筑师巧妙地利用了3.7公顷的场地，通过将景观设计垂直分层至四层空间，极大地拓展了户外活动的可能性。从地面的社交互动区到顶层的全景空中步道，植被的连续性和有机形态的地面材料创造了一种流动的“绿色韵律”，使得整个校园成为一个全天候、多功能的沉浸式环境。这种策略不仅优化了空间利用率，更通过亲生物设计提升了用户体验和社区归属感。

As cities become increasingly dense, the boundaries between work, study, and leisure are blurring, necessitating new urban models that prioritize people, climate resilience, and harmony with nature. The Oriente Green Campus, located in the eastern business district of Lisbon, is a testament to this vision. This project transforms a disused commercial complex into a modern green hub, integrating education, work, and landscape into a vibrant and interconnected ecosystem.

Spanning 3.7 hectares, with 42,000 square meters of built area and over 19,000 square meters of green space, the campus redefines the relationship between architecture and landscape in urban regeneration. It transforms flat rooftops, terraces, and courtyards into immersive outdoor environments that support biodiversity, social interaction, and sustainable living.

The landscape is layered vertically across four levels, offering diverse experiences throughout the day. A panoramic rooftop walkway offers magnificent views over Lisbon and the Tagus River, serving as both an active co-working space and an ideal setting for leisure and informal gatherings. Terraces and courtyards feature resilient vegetation, organically shaped ground materials, seating areas, pergolas, and outdoor classrooms, creating a flowing "green rhythm" within the architecture.

The landscape becomes an informal extension of learning and collaboration, with zones transforming into outdoor classrooms, amphitheater-style seating, and event lawns, drawing students and professionals out of traditional indoor spaces for interaction. Here, landscape is central to daily life—a social binder and a catalyst for creativity.

Water-sensitive design strategies—including bioretention ponds, low-flow irrigation systems, and the use of resilient, native plants—ensure environmental adaptability and long-term efficiency.

Students, staff, and local residents share open and accessible outdoor spaces that adapt to evolving needs—hosting cultural events, serving as co-working areas, or simply for daily relaxation.
