空间感知与视觉策略的巧妙平衡：该项目面对层高仅2.2米、单侧开窗的局限，采取了高明的空间策略。通过在现有天花板上铺设耐热铝箔带，设计师成功地利用材料的反射特性，极大地增强了空间的纵深感和光照的闪烁效果，有效“稀释”了局促感。这种低成本、易于实现的材料运用，体现了对建筑物理限制的深刻理解和富有创意的回应，将不利条件转化为独特的视觉资产。
材料的叙事性与工艺的致敬：项目最精髓之处在于材料的叙事性应用。近20公里长的铝箔带随机铺设，其交叠的线条巧妙地呼应了漫画中常见的同心圆和流线元素，将公司的核心业务美学（漫画视觉语言）融入到基础的地面处理中。此外，对LC2经典座椅的改造，使用废弃周刊杂志制作面料和包裹滚边，这种对手工工艺的坚持和对材料的再利用，不仅提升了设计的独特性和品质感，更实现了对品牌文化（创意与重生）的深度植入。
氛围营造与品牌精神的融合：这个设计超越了单纯的办公空间改造，它成功地为集英社TOON FACTORY的创意工作者营造了一个既“清新又似曾相识”的沉浸式环境。地面的反射光线柔和地引入了室外的环境元素，增强了空间的连贯性。最终，这种对细节的极致关注——从天花板到座椅——旨在激发员工的创造力，让他们感受到自己是“人生主角”，这体现了建筑设计在塑造企业文化和工作体验中的重要作用。
Due to the limited opening on only one side and the low ceiling height of approximately 2200mm, these unfavorable conditions made the space prone to feeling narrow. We designed this floor to utilize the existing ceiling while achieving a visual sense of spaciousness and comfort.
由于只有一侧有开口，且天花板高度约为2200毫米，这些不利条件使得空间容易显得狭窄。我们设计了这一层，利用现有的天花板，同时实现视觉上的宽敞感和舒适感。
To compensate for the insufficient ceiling height, we used heat-resistant aluminum foil tape—a material that is both inexpensive and easy to install—which imparts depth and shimmering light to the space through its reflective surface.
为了弥补天花板高度的不足，我们采用了耐热铝箔带——这种材料既便宜又易于安装，通过其反射表面为空间带来深度和闪烁的光线。
Approximately 20 kilometers of tape is randomly laid along the long sides of the building, maintaining a subtle sense of rhythm. Each strip of tape is meticulously pasted by skilled artisans by hand. The overlapping lines evoke the concentric circles and streamlines often found in comic backgrounds, creating an atmosphere that is both fresh and familiar. With a brushed finish, the light is softly reflected, integrating the surrounding architecture and street trees into the interior floor, adding depth and coherence to the space.
大约20公里长的胶带沿着建筑物的长边随机铺设，保持着微妙的韵律感。每一块胶带都由技艺精湛的工匠手工精心粘贴。交叠的线条让人联想到漫画背景中常见的同心圆和流线，营造出一种既清新又似曾相识的氛围。经过拉丝处理，光线柔和地反射，将周围的建筑和街道树木融入室内地面，增添了空间的深度和连贯性。
The waiting area is inspired by the classic LC2 model, where discarded weekly magazines were repurposed to create the seat upholstery. The piping connecting the seat fabrics is manually wrapped and decorated with magazine covers by artisans—integrating the company's aesthetic philosophy into every detail of the space.
候车区的设计灵感源自经典的LC2车型，废弃的周刊杂志被重新利用，制成了座椅面料。连接座椅面料的滚边，则由工匠们手工包裹并用周刊杂志的封面进行装饰——将公司的美学理念融入到空间的每一个细节之中。
With this office as the backdrop, we hope that everyone who works here can become the protagonist of their own lives, just like characters in a comic, creating inspiring work every day.
