形态的策略性与场所的契合：该项目位于杭州未来科技城，面对复杂的周边环境，设计巧妙地运用“钻石般的多面体形态”，在45米限高内实现了既特别又克制的表达，使建筑成为城市景观中一个引人注目但不过分张扬的焦点。同时，建筑通过边界退让和体量出挑，策略性地组织了主入口广场，并在南侧通过下沉庭院和首层花园，在有限的基地上创造出高品质的半室外办公休憩空间，实现了对场地复杂性和功能需求的精准回应。

未来感立面与技术美学的融合：在立面设计上，项目展现了高度的技术美学追求。采用阳极氧化铝板表达结构骨架，并通过定制菱形夹具实现隐框玻璃幕墙效果，使大面积玻璃呈现出富于节奏感的渐变肌理。更体现专业性的是，设计通过隐藏式通风器解决了无开启扇状态下的空气流通问题，确保了立面的纯净和未来感。这种对细节的精细处理，完美契合了企业“科技驱动”的先锋精神。

内部空间的复合激活与流线组织：内部空间设计以南北贯通且局部通高的中庭为核心，有效串联了主要入口并组织了复杂的功能布局。中庭内的交错连廊不仅是高效的交通组织元素，更被创新性地整合为建筑结构的一部分，并拓展为公司直播业务所需的多功能场景。通过这些设计，有限的体量被最大化地激活，实现了商业、办公、会所等多种使用场景的丰富共存，体现了对现代企业办公需求的前瞻性考量。

The Yowant Headquarters is located at the intersection of Chuanglian Street and Haiyuan Road in Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City, with a total construction area of approximately 42,000㎡. Based on the enterprise's positioning as a "technology-driven new consumer service platform," we attempted to integrate architectural space, form, and function to make the building part of the urban landscape, helping the enterprise inspire and nurture creativity.
遥望总部大楼位于杭州市未来科技城联创街与海园路交汇处，总建筑面积约 42000㎡。基于企业“科技驱动的新消费服务平台”的定位，我们试图通过建筑空间、形式、功能的整合，让建筑成为城市景观的一部分，助力企业激发灵感、孕育创意。

The surrounding architectural environment of the site is complex, with varying heights and diverse interfaces. Under the height restriction of 45m, the building design adopts a multifaceted form like a diamond, creating a presence that is distinctive yet understated in the area.
用地周边建筑环境复杂，高低参差、界面多样。在建筑限高 45m 的条件限制下，建筑设计以钻石般的多面体形态，成为区域内特别而不张扬的存在。

On the north side of the building, a main entrance plaza of the largest scale is formed through boundary setbacks and cantilevered massing. The south side, serving as a secondary entrance, creates an independent small park for office use within the limited site area through the design of a sunken courtyard and a ground-floor garden.
建筑北侧通过边界退让与体量倾斜出挑的方式，形成最大尺度的主入口广场。南侧作为次要入口，在有限用地内通过下沉庭院、首层花园的设计，营造办公场所的独立小公园。

The building facade uses anodized aluminum panels to express the structural skeleton. In the curtain wall design, custom diamond clamps fix the glass to achieve a frameless effect, and the gradient texture brings rhythmic variation to the continuous large areas of glass. Hidden ventilators solve the air circulation problem without operable sashes, ensuring the flatness and purity of the facade. The building's futuristic form responds to the pioneering nature of the technology enterprise, making the architecture "stand out" in the environment.
建筑立面用阳极氧化铝板表达结构骨架。幕墙设计中，通过定制菱形夹具固定玻璃的方式实现隐框效果，渐变肌理让连续的大面积玻璃产生有节奏的变化。隐藏式通风器解决无开启扇下的空气流通问题，以保证立面的平滑和纯净。建筑充满未来感的形式回应了科技企业的先锋性，让建筑在环境中“独树一帜”。

Regarding the interior space design, we use a north-south through, partially double-height atrium to connect the main and secondary entrances on the ground floor and organize internal functions. The staggered corridors in the atrium are not only circulation spaces that enrich the path experience but also part of the building's overall structure, while also providing diverse live streaming spatial scenarios for the company's live broadcasting business. Furthermore, within the limited building volume, we have created a rich variety of spatial scales, openings, and experiences, including commercial, dining, office, reception, exhibition, clubhouse, and viewing spaces.
关于内部空间的设计，我们以南北贯通且局部通高的中庭贯通首层南北主次入口，并组织内部功能。中庭中交错的连廊，不仅是丰富路径体验的交通空间，也是建筑整体结构的一部分，同时为公司直播业务提供多样的直播空间场景。此外，我们在有限的建筑体量内创造出商业、餐饮、办公、接待、展示、会所、观景等不同尺度、开合、体验的丰富空间与使用场景。

The design of the Yowant Headquarters is a spatial practice based on the multi-dimensional considerations of the city, nature, architecture, and users, and it is also an architectural expression of the Yowant corporate spirit.
