在地文脉的深刻融合与场所精神的营造：项目巧妙地将海东市丹霞地貌的壮阔与湟水河的温润融入设计语汇。通过对高原丹霞风貌的抽象提炼，如建筑的“褶皱”形态和“丹霞红”的基调，以及参考瞿昙寺大殿的结构张力，实现了对地域文脉的深度传承。不规则的铺装设计呼应大地“皲裂”的意象，使建筑从色彩、肌理到空间形态上都与周边自然和历史文化产生了有机的对话，成功营造出扎根于地域的场所精神。

结构创新与理性表达的完美统一：在“结构即表现”的理念指导下，项目在结构选型上体现了高度的专业性和实践价值。体育场采用“树型”钢结构支撑大跨屋面，既实现了高效节材，又回应了建筑的三角形母题；体育馆则运用球形网架构建不规则体量，并将结构清晰地暴露在室内。这种理性而适度的结构创新，不仅满足了体育建筑的功能需求，更提升了建筑的观赏性和工程学的表达深度，对地市级体育设施设计具有重要的示范意义。

材料质感与技术集成的精细化处理：建筑立面通过红砂岩色穿孔铝板、轻质混凝土挂板等主材，塑造出浑厚粗犷的形象，同时辅以参数化设计的菱形、三角形穿孔图案，模拟出山峦起伏的动态肌理。技术层面，项目在设备系统上体现了集约化和灵活性的原则，如低速全空气系统和泳池热泵除湿热回收，辅以正向BIM和参数化建模的应用，确保了设计质量和施工精度。这种对材料质感、表皮设计和先进技术的高度集成，体现了当代建筑设计对全过程品质的精细化管控。

Haidong City Sports Center is located in Ledou District, Haidong City, Qinghai Province, overlooking the Danxia landforms and bordering the Huangshui River. While hosting large and medium-sized provincial and municipal events, it also serves the adjacent Qinghai Higher Vocational and Technical College and meets the needs of public activities and training. The project has a total construction area of 63,000 square meters, including a stadium (15,000 seats), a gymnasium (5,000 seats), a natatorium (2,000 seats), as well as parking, commercial supporting facilities, and a sports park. 海东市体育中心位于青海省海东市乐都区，远眺丹霞山，滨临湟水河；承办省市级大中型赛事的同时，兼顾相邻青海高等职业技术学院使用，同时满足群众活动和训练需求。项目总建筑面积6.3万㎡，包括体育场（1.5万座）、体育馆（5000座）、游泳馆（2000座）以及停车、商业配套、体育公园。

Landscape Scenery
We adhere to the strategy of "indigenous design," rationally constructing the relationship with the surrounding mountains and water bodies, achieving harmony with the natural environment from the perspective and scale of urban design.

The stadium is located slightly south of the site center, while the two gymnasiums are combined in the northwest corner, achieving good vistas from various directions, such as the highway and the riverside green belt. The 15,000-seat stadium features main stands along the east-west axis, keeping the north-south direction low and transparent to allow open sightlines. The majestic Danxia mountains and the continuous, gentle Huangshui River basin form the scenic line of Haidong City. The architecture, site, and landscape scenery are organically integrated.

我们秉持“本土设计”的策略，理性建构与周边山脉、水体的关系，在城市设计的视野和尺度下，实现与自然环境的和谐。

体育场据用地中心偏南，两馆合并布置于西北角，从高速公路、滨河绿带等不同方位，均取得良好的景观。1.5万人体育场以东西看台为主，南北方向低平通透，留出开放的视廊。雄浑壮阔的丹霞山体、绵延温润的湟水流域，构成海东市的风景线。建筑、场地与山水风貌有机融合。

Cultural Heritage Inheritance
The concept reflects the plateau Danxia landscape, with angled "folds" and a "Danxia red" base tone, combining with the configuration of the main hall of Qutan Temple, a treasure of the Hehuang region, to reproduce the tension and momentum of traditional timber structures. Irregular radial paving made of rammed earth + concrete color mosaics depicts the imagery of the earth "cracking." Carefully extracted color templates are applied to the stadium seating; wood tones and concrete tones serve as the base for interior and exterior scenes, appearing simple and generous.

文脉传承
立意上映射高原丹霞风貌，折角型的“褶皱”，“丹霞红”的基调，结合河湟瑰宝瞿昙寺大殿的构型，再现屋宇木作的张力与气势。不规则放射铺装的夯土+砼色拼贴出大地“皲裂”的意象。精心提取的色彩模板应用于看台座椅；木色、砼色作为室内外场景的基底，素朴大方。

Structural Selection
Under the principle of "structure as expression," the main structure of the stadium is a space truss + frame, with "tree-shaped" steel structures supporting the large-span roof, which is both material-saving and echoes the triangular motif of the building; the gymnasium adopts a spherical space frame to construct an irregular polygonal body, exposing the structure indoors. Based on rational and moderately innovative structural design, it holds strong practical significance for prefectural-level sports architecture.

结构选型
在“结构即表现”的原则下，体育场主体结构为空间桁架+框架，“树型”的钢结构支撑起大跨屋面，高效节材的同时呼应建筑的三角形母题；体育馆采用球形网架建构不规则多边形体，并将结构暴露于室内。基于理性、适度创新的结构设计，对于地市级体育建筑具有较强的实践意义。

Materials and Craftsmanship
We primarily use 5mm thick sandstone-colored perforated aluminum panels, lightweight concrete hanging panels, and fair-faced concrete coatings to create a robust and powerful architectural image; materials such as wood-look grilles, antique bronze aluminum frames, and Low-E glass serve as transitional interface materials. The lower part of the facade features rhombic and triangular perforated patterns generated through parametric design, naturally and irregularly depicting the undulating image of mountain ranges.

我们选用5mm厚红砂岩色穿孔铝板、轻质混凝土挂板、清水砼涂料为主材，塑造浑厚粗犷有力的建筑形象；仿木纹格栅、古铜色铝框、Low-E玻璃为辅材，作为过渡界面材料。立面下部则是通过参数化设计的菱形、三角形穿孔图案，自然无序而生成山峦起伏的影像。

Technical Integration
The project is equipped with intensive and flexible equipment systems: large spaces such as arenas and halls use a low-speed constant air volume system, the pool utilizes dedicated heat pump dehumidifying air conditioning units with heat recovery, and small spaces like offices and coaching rooms use a centralized fresh air system for green energy saving, etc. The design incorporates forward BIM and parametric modeling, ensuring construction completion while improving professional coordination.

技术集成
项目配置了集约和灵活的设备系统：场馆、大厅等大空间采用低速全空气定风量系统，泳池专用热泵除湿空调机组热回收，办公、教练等小空间集中新风系统绿色节能……设计应用了正向BIM和参数化建模，在提高专业协同度的前提下保证了施工完成度。

Conclusion
Haidong City Sports Center is a local demonstration project that begins with indigenous construction and ends with rational composition. In 2021, the 7th Ethnic Traditional Sports Games of Qinghai Province was successfully held here to great acclaim. The design strives to explore the optimal convergence point between intrinsic meaning and regional context, effectively balancing multi-dimensional factors such as functional suitability, appropriate scale, structural honesty, and operational intensity throughout the planning, design, and construction processes, creating a regional masterpiece rooted in the earth.

结语
海东市体育中心是始于本土营造、终于理性建构的地方示范工程。2021年，青海省第七届少数民族传统体育运动会在此成功召开，反响热烈。设计力求探寻本体内涵与地域文脉的最佳契合点，在规划设计建造全过程中，有效平衡功能适配、尺度适宜、结构真实、运营集约等多维因素，营造生长锚固于大地之上的地域精品。
