To revitalize public life in Jalpa de Méndez, Tabasco, the most emblematic public spaces, including the Multipurpose Sports Center and the Manuel Vargas Izquierdo Baseball Stadium, were updated within the Master Plan designed for SEDATU. 为了重振塔巴斯科州哈尔帕得门德斯市的公共生活，在为 SEDATU 设计的城市总体规划中更新了城市最具代表性的公共空间，包括多功能体育中心和曼努埃尔·瓦尔加斯·伊斯基耶多棒球场。

The Multipurpose Sports Center renovated existing courts and service areas and built a new structure housing a basketball court, volleyball courts, and rooms for karate and judo practice. The Manuel Vargas Izquierdo Baseball Stadium is composed of ten exposed concrete umbrella structures, visually and structurally supported by a system of tubular tension elements.
