结构与材料的在地化表达：在结构和材料的选择上，项目展现出对环境的细致考量。建筑主体采用木材，这种材料的选择与其仿沙丘的曲线设计相得益彰，强化了建筑的自然感和轻盈感。栈道系统被精心设计为蜿蜒、高架的路径，这不仅是交通流线，更是场地策略的一部分，它避免了对脆弱沙滩地表的直接干扰，并通过材料和形式的呼应，将整个设计语汇统一在了“自然形态”这一核心概念之下，实现了功能、美学与环境的统一。
Salinas del Rey's beaches are considered the second best location in the world for kitesurfing due to their excellent bioclimatic and atmospheric conditions. This project arose from the need to install high-quality sports facilities to meet the tourism demands of water sports enthusiasts.

In addition to the facilities, the project aims to develop recreational areas for visitors to promote local commercial and cultural development. The proposal includes the use of native vegetation to create vegetative barriers that limit urban sprawl and protect public space on the beach.

The building project is divided into three main parts. The first focuses on the development of a dune or landscaped canopy intended to protect the main facilities from the prevailing winds from the northwest. These dunes also act as decorative elements, introducing vegetation and paths using natural elements of the environment, and providing space for commercial and gastronomic culture.

The design of the main building is inspired by the abstract form of the dunes, whose shape blends organically with the surroundings. The facility takes the form of a large raised sand cover, whose interior spaces enhance thermal comfort and meet the needs of the activities planned for the project.

The building primarily uses wood to adapt to the curved design of the dune surface. The project's boardwalks are designed as a link connecting the beach to the main building and as the main access to the project. Its winding elevated path prevents flooding and organically connects the parking area with the architectural elements of the project.
