历史遗产的敏感再利用与功能激活：该项目成功地将瓜纳华托一处具有历史意义的私人宅邸（Falguera House）及其周边环境，通过引入现代公共服务（板式网球俱乐部）进行了活化。设计师尊重了基地深厚的历史背景——包括19世纪末新艺术和新古典主义风格的建筑群以及波菲里奥时代的城市肌理。设计的精髓在于如何在不破坏历史风貌的前提下，植入新的、面向公众的功能，实现了遗产保护与当代生活方式的有机结合，为城市私有历史遗产的未来利用提供了前瞻性的示范。

地形挑战下的场地策略与自然融合：项目场地位于一处陡峭且毗邻沟壑的闲置区域，原为古老淤积水库地带。建筑师将挑战转化为机遇，巧妙地利用了这一独特的自然条件。通过在围墙上开大口、设计石阶过渡、以及将自然岩床暴露并融入球场体验，项目最大化地实现了俱乐部与拉布法山脉及城市自然遗产的直接对话。这种策略不仅解决了地形高差带来的建设难题，更将场地本身的粗犷地质特征升华为独特的场所精神。

材料的地域性与经济性创新：在材料处理上，设计展现了高超的智慧和对地域性的尊重。大规模挖掘出的岩床被保留并裸露作为场地特色，体现了对场地物质性的尊重。酒吧区域的混凝土吧台骨料直接取自现场岩石，强化了建筑与土地的联系。更具创新性的是，屋顶结构采用了波纹钢筋丝网，以一种经济且高效的方式实现了结构强度，同时其纤细的形态和涂漆处理，巧妙地融入了周边植被，体现了可持续和精明的构造哲学。

A new concept is re-examining the use of spaces within private historical heritage buildings in the city, launching new projects and services open to the public for enjoyment.
针对城市私人历史遗产建筑的回收再利用，一项全新构想正重新审视这些空间的使用方式，通过推出面向公众开放的新项目和服务，供人们享受其中乐趣。

Falguera House is located next to the Paseo de la Presa in Guanajuato.

The avenue dates back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries, with infrastructure from the Porfirio era, mainly consisting of old mansions in Art Nouveau and Neoclassical styles, all belonging to the legendary mining entrepreneurs of the city.

With the La Bufa mountain range as a backdrop, nature, art, and well-being coexist in this new space incorporating new services. The planned project includes the design and construction of two paddle tennis courts and a leisure area with a bar. This project presents a challenge: introducing this sport in the heart of the city while being complicated by the constraints of the mountainous topography limiting the location.

Despite the mansion's extensive grounds, the best location was found behind the house: a vacant area adjacent to a ravine, next to an old accumulated reservoir. Although the terrain was steep and made it difficult to create a level surface, the decision was made to locate the paddle tennis club here due to its direct contact with the city's natural heritage.
尽管宅邸占地面积广阔，但最佳选址却位于宅邸后方：一处毗邻沟壑的闲置空间，沟壑旁是一个古老的淤积水库。尽管地势陡峭，难以打造一个水平面，但考虑到这里能与城市的自然遗产直接接触，最终还是决定将板式网球俱乐部设于此处。

Based on this location, the strategy focused on strengthening the link between the natural heritage and the club through specific interventions: creating a large opening in the retaining wall to expand the view; using stone steps to transition between spaces and manage the change in elevation; and remodeling a service area with a new roof to create the bar area.
基于这一选址，策略聚焦于通过特定操作来强化自然遗产与俱乐部之间的联系：在围墙上开设一个大开口，以拓宽视野；通过石阶实现空间的过渡，以应对高程变化；改造一个服务空间，并设计一个屋顶，以打造酒吧区域。

During the construction process, large-scale excavation of the bedrock was carried out. Its hard texture allowed it to be preserved and exposed, adding value and character to the experience of the players on the courts. The excavated material was reused in the rest of the buildings, achieving simplicity and unity with the environment.
在项目施工过程中，对岩床进行了大规模的挖掘。岩床的坚硬质地使其得以保留并裸露在外，为球员在球场上的体验增添了价值和特色。在其余建筑中，挖掘出的材料得到了再利用，实现了与环境的简洁与统一。

A concrete bar counter was cast in situ in the bar area, with the aggregate sourced from the same rock excavated from the site. Furthermore, a new roof made of corrugated steel wire mesh was designed to improve cost-effectiveness: understanding the potential of these smaller section steels as structural components, when connected and interwoven, they can create surfaces comparable to more expensive profiles. This results in a structural system that is both slender and very robust. The decision was made to paint only the top surface of the roof to blend in with the existing vegetation, while the columns remain exposed, allowing the marks of time to show on them.
