多层次的动态空间序列与功能导向：项目在功能布局和流线组织上实现了精妙的四层级划分，体现了对不同使用者需求的深刻理解。从服务于后勤的技术层（地下二层）到面向公众的互动层（地下一层和地面层），流线组织清晰且互不干扰。特别是地面层主入口的“欢迎地毯”式引导，以及礼堂内部深红色调所营造的正式与温暖的氛围对比，展示了建筑在公共性表达上的叙事张力。空间序列的层层递进，确保了文化体验的流畅性和丰富性。
From the architect. The Ponto C Culture and Creativity project is more than just a new space for the city of Penafiel; it drives a transformation in the city's urban structure. The new entrance and the connection to the southern area allow the city to expand in an organized manner, improving the fragmented situation that had separated the city in two for many years. The former "back of the city" now becomes a carefully designed front facade, facing Praça de S. Martinho, re-establishing proximity with the historic center.

Given the large volume of the building and the variation in the terrain, the structure is hidden among the greenery and magnolias. The existing structure remains, making way for the new texture and functions.

However, the most striking aspect is its bold green color, which is expected to gradually merge with the surrounding vegetation over time. Depending on the angle and light, the projections create different visual effects, as if providing multiple interpretations for a work of art.
然而，最引人注目的还是其大胆的绿色，随着时间的推移，预计将逐渐与周围的植被融为一体。根据角度和光线的不同，投影呈现出不同的视觉效果，仿佛在为一件艺术品提供多重解读。

The building is divided into four levels. The second basement level is the technical area, where loading and unloading of goods take place, without interfering with other circulation routes. An independent system transports goods to all four levels via a freight elevator. The first basement and ground floor are for visitors. The ground floor is the main entrance level, which leads directly to the foyer, featuring a ticket office, and provides access to two usable spaces: the auditorium and Casa da Caturra.
该建筑共分四层。地下二层为技术层，货物装卸在此进行，不会干扰其他通行路线。独立的系统通过货运电梯将货物运送至全部四层。地下一层和地面层供访客使用。地面层为主入口层，直接通向门厅，设有售票处，并可通往两个可用场地：礼堂和卡图拉之家（Casa da Caturra）。

On the first basement level, visitors can tour the exhibition spaces, enter the ground seating area of the café and auditorium, and have direct access to the garden, the outdoor auditorium, and the walkway towards Cavalum. The first floor offers direct access to the main stage. The reception plaza acts as a welcome carpet guiding visitors inside the building. The auditorium contrasts sharply with the exterior, featuring a formal decoration with warm deep red tones, awaiting the audience.
在地下一层，访客可以参观展览空间，进入咖啡馆和礼堂的一层座位区，还能直接通往花园、户外礼堂以及通往卡瓦卢姆（Cavalum）的步道，一层可直接通往主舞台。接待广场如同一张欢迎地毯，引导访客进入建筑内部。礼堂与外部形成鲜明对比，装饰正式，深红色调温暖了空间，静候观众的到来。
